Good Morning,

Its been 5years since my mom passed away willing her property to us. Initially the property was bought with a mortgage and was in the name of one sister and my mom. After my mom passed she will her 2/3 shares to my self and other sister, the title was passed into all 3 names in equal shares. Now one of them wants to buy out myself and my other sister but she is looking to get the property at the least cost and that is not fair to us. She has written us lawyer letters saying that if we do not agree to her offer she will go to the court to ask for a sale of the property and a bidding will begin.

I have been having nightmares over this as I live in the home, and have been living here since we bought the house with my mom and dad, now they are both no longer with us. We have asked that the house be put on the market to attract buyer so see what the offers may be but she is not in favor of this period. I have been searching the forum to see what I can do change the situation. I would like for her to step back and allow us to show the house to other buyers and see what they offer. I am hoping we can sell to the best offer and move along happily but I am afraid if she is not the buyer at her price she will not sell to anyone else.

How can I change this situation around can i do an ammonia jar? Please for any assistance in this matter.

An ammonia jar spell is one spell which would be utilized in this manner. Write the petition out as it currently is, when you flip it over, it changes the to the opposite.

Hi everyone,

My situation is a tad layered.

I am not working because I receive disability, which is under a grand a month. My problem is getting a mortgage with no job history and with such low income. I am an orphan with no family or friends I can trust to go in on the mortgage with me, so I would have to go about this alone.

I do have good credit, no debt and I have a good amount for a down payment.

I currently am on housing authority which is a gift and a curse: if I didn’t want any growth in life it would be a gift because all my needs are met but because I want more out of life and I am tired of the government in my business and dictating how much money I can have and make, it’s a curse.

Being that I have housing assistance a side job would disqualify me for the housing assistance cause ironically I would make too much money, so I don’t have the ability to work and save while living in my current apartment and I don’t have anywhere else to go, hence why this is the curse. But if I could simply get qualified for a modest home I would be able to pay the mortgage and bills with my disability check and a side job.

Anyway I know of three men who would be able to help me out in my situation:

1) Lawyer as benefactor: One is a lawyer who makes a ton of money and he could gift me the money and go in on the mortgage as a co applicant-but he’s interested in me and I am not interested in him or open to doing anything sexual of the sorts for his help.

2) Business Owner as benefactor: The other is a business owner who is willing to do some creative ways to make it seem as if I’ve been working for him on paper-but he too is interested in me and maybe even wants to take advantage of the fact that I need him. He’s a bit risky.

3) Distant Relative as benefactor: he last is a distant family member who is a business owner who makes tons of money too. He can actually help me out legitimately but he’s always so busy, never answers or returns call and lives in another state. The very few times I’ve spoken to him he agreed to help me but we have never had the opportunity to meet up. I do believe that if I could actually meet with him he’d give me a job at his business (I actually am very smart with a degree) that would help with my income to qualify for the loan and he may even gift me money for a down payment. He would be the ideal scenario but he’s just all over the place and I can’t ever get in contact with him. He seems to be free whenever I’m NOT in his state which is frustrating.

4) Possible curse of stagnation: I don’t know what to do because I know my lack of growth in life comes from me being in these assistance programs. I want to get married and have my own family but I know a good man wants a woman who can bring something to the table and being a homeowner is a great thing. I also know that my stagnation in life may be due to some sort of curse (I have been told this repeatedly by readers) because there is no true reason why at my age, with my intelligence, and beauty that none of my attempts to get out of this situation and find love and marry has worked.

I'm asking for someone to help me with any part of this:

1, 2) how to get the first two men to help me without wanting anything in return.

3) how to get my relative to finally sit down and take some time out to meet with me and help me.

4) how to help me with the jinx or curse that has kept me from progressing in life.

I’ve used a honey jar to get a house before thanks to this group, but now I need to stop a home sale.

Is there anything to reverse a sale. It seems my neighbors got duped by a real estate agent and are now locked into a contract they didn’t have time to read. (It’s a long story but I’m pretty sure this guy preys on older people I’m so mad that it’s probably a good thing I can’t spit fire) so I’m looking for something to help them get the sale cancelled and maybe get him outed for being a word I won’t say online.

I would read over the document, most have a clause such as allowing the buyer to bail out after an inspection. You can use products like Controlling to force the seller to end the deal, Inflammatory Confusion oil to confuse the seller to make mistakes, and Separation products on the buyer and seller to end the deal.

For this man, take a black figural candle carve and baptize it after the man. I need help. We are in the process of buying a house, but I am not able to get dirt from the new house or anything, as we are moving from NY back to TX. We have a proxy that is looking at the house and helping us (it’s our realtor)
Because we are trying to move halfway across the country, we have asked for quite a few seller concessions.

I am assuming you have a photo of the house, either from the realtor or Zillo.

To start do some Stop Gossip work so no one can say anything bad about you.

My home was all but destroyed in a flood recently, and I’m facing having to sell up at a loss and move in with family because I’ve been unable to hire anyone reputable to help fix it. (Many houses in my area were damaged in the same flood so everyone good is booked about two years out now and my place is older with some structural issues that nobody wants to touch.) The insurance payout so far isn’t nearly enough to get all the work done, and I was also defrauded by an unlicensed mold contractor.

I feel like I need a miracle, and I’m wondering if there’s some kind of Road Opener work that I could do? Or an attraction work that might draw in someone highly skilled and honest to help fix the place? I’d rather not sell up if there’s any way to fix the house and stay.

I am planning to sell my property soon, and there is an amazing newly built house across the street that is currently for sale. I’m hoping it will sell soon for a high price to boost the potential value of my property. Sales have cooled off here in the past few months, so it has been sitting.

If you can take Attraction and Money Drawing powder and sprinkle it into the home and around it. If you cant do that, mix it with dirt and sprinkle it around the outside to the door.

Hi I have a big problem--I lost the potted plant I put St Joseph in.
I was trying to sell my house and did a St Joseph's novena and buried him upside down in a potted plant.
I got a buyer and I am now in contract. As soon as I got in contract (while waiting for closing) I moved -driving to Florida and took it with me because I didn't want it to die while I was gone for a few weeks. The problem is I left it in a Hotel and now its gone - they threw it away .

I am freaking out! What do I do? It was really hard to get the buyer.

i also have applied to my local housing to purchase a piece of land. This usually takes a long time to get approval as well. I have an acknowledgement letter but I also want to speed things up as well. I forgot to mention that I only have until Oct 2023 to sell the property.

I really need help with firstly selling the property for a good fair price befire Oct. and to be granted permission/ an offer by the local housing to purhase a house lot in a good area.

You can take a photo of the house and stick it under an Attraction candle praying to attract the right purchaser with the amount you want it to sell for, this can also be done with a lodestone and some dirt from the property placed under the stone.

To speed them up, you may want to burn candles as the fire heats things up and pray to speed the process. A good working would be a honey jar for them to be sweeten and accept your offer.

Hello Jaydee,

Thank you for your kind response. I will work as you have advised for the sale of the property. However I am very worried about the land application that is sitting on the file at the housing department. How can I push start this process to get the department to allocate/offer the land as soon as possible? There is an upcoming expo that takes place next month where they is a possibility that I may be able to meet and speak with the housing department directly, but I am not sure as yet.

I really need to progress forward with this land application it hold the key to constructing my new home and I do not have much time as the house I am currently in has to be sold before the end of October so I have from now until October month end to sell this house and to purchase a land to build my home.

Hi all Beautiful People!

It’s been a while since I last posted but I have been reading and learning silently.
I’m am in needing of advice in the matter of real estate.

We are currently selling our home! I have done the St.Joseph Kit, we have viewing and showing but we receive no offer.

We have 1 family that is very very interested in our home.

But they want to look at 1 other home to compare. The Lady said that they don’t wanna first house they’ve looked.

There is only 1 house that they want to view.

I plan on doing some work, so that the buyer will choose my house rather than the other house.

Here is my thought:
First, I will make HoneyJar, I have the picture and the name of the buyer. i will put the picture of my house with address, the picture of the Family, my agent, their agent and my picture inside the honey jar. To sweeten them and petition that they will choose to buy my house.

Second
I will print out the other house that they want to view and compare to our house.

I will make vinegar jar, put the other house, the agent and the buyers picture. (To sour their interest to the other house)

I will make an altar,

Moving candle
Put the picture of my house, key and loadstone,

In the middle a candle that represent the buyer

On the other side I will put the contenders house
I will put a Spicy

and black pepper line and sprinkle them too on the photo.

I will circle the Candle (the buyer), the picture of my house loadstone and keys with honey, sugar and attraction herb.

I will light the candle and move the candle towards my home
Every day until they view the other house.

I need your advice what else I can do from here.

Any herbs to sour their view on the house?

Any herbs I need to attract and the buyer love my house better than the other house.

Are these strategies good? Any suggestion are welcome thank you all.

Hello

I want to buy an apartment, I visited it already. We agreed with the the owner (lady 92 years old with a bit of dementia) for a certain price. Before proceeding with the contract, the owner changed the price to 25% more. I found out she is influenced by her friends that told her she can sell it for more. I was also informed that this lady owner is very volatile and changes her mind all the time, she has done the same with another person that wanted to buy the place.

What can I do to influence her to keep her original price? I think I should also do something in order not to be influenced by her friends.

Write her name 9 times, then around the names this:
“I stop the influence of others on mrs Name about the apartment price”? Maybe this is too long phrase…

I would put alum to keep their mouth shut, what other herbs would be appropriate? I have many of your herbs but not so many bath crystals yet.

I would write a detailed petition without including her name. May all interfering women, friends, nosy individuals, and family members, who are influencing the selling and purchase of the property, may they be frozen and stuck and unable to communicate or interfere in any way. Then add Alum to silence, Poppy Seed to confuse, Black Pepper to confuse.

I am desperately looking for some help.

I put in an offer for sale subject to me selling my house. Yesterday I was notified that another buyer put in an offer as well on the house I want, so I only have a day or two to remove my subject to sell condition. However my house is still not selling yet even though I have already prayed to St Joseph and buried his statue.

What can I do now to stop the other buyer from buying the house I want and blow off their deal? I don’t have any supplies with me handy and I was wondering of ordering a light at MISC … but I can’t find any "I can You Can’t" light available.

Any recommendations will be greatly appreciated. Many thanks!

I suggest (1) a free emergency light with a petition and (2) a Victory light with a petition, State the petition clearly (as you did here, and note that "I Can You Can't" oil should be added to both lights.

Hello LM Family

I want to sale a piece of land though real estate agent
Well, what can I do to have success???
Unfortunately I don't have the saint Joseph kit...it is on thr wayy last order but not delivered yet
I have Saint Joseph statue though and a yellow novena candle
So can I put a picture of my land under the statue with a petition like "I want yo sale this piece of land for this amount of money"??? Or under the novena???
Can I use oil of crown of success or any other oil???
I have to say that I can't put the statue inside the land because it is 3 hours away...

Any suggestions?

You can petition St. Joseph with the statue you have and the candle you have, place the petition under the candle with the desire of selling the house and how much. Make a promise to Saint Joseph to pay him for the work. When he fulfills it pay him for the work. How to pay? Make a donation in a church to his name, donate to a carpentry program etc.

Yes, you can use Crown of Success oil praying to sell the property. You can also dress a petition with Attraction oil with a Lodestone with magnetic sand.

The First Pentacle of the Sun, brings the bearer anything they desire. You would write the desire on the back, dress it with the oil, and place it with the other items you are working with (lodestones etc).

I have 3 pairs of Lodestones
Can I separate them in order to use one of them for the sale of my property... and if yes, which one should I use, the male or the female one?

And I will place it next to the st saint Joseph statue with the petion, right?

Lodestones that are used singularly are often square, round, or have no drawing companion. Two matched lodestones are a perfect pair that match. I would not separate them, rather I would name one stone after the property, the other stone as the "perfect purchaser" or some similar phrase. Separate them and over the course of 7 days move them closer until touching, all the whole feeding magnetic sand. Then keep them on the altar by the St. Joseph Statue and burn candles next to it, sprinkle with magnetic sand to feed it. When the prayer is answered you can bury them in the ground.

Hello wonderful and amazing people.

It's been a while since I was here. We finally found a house that we love and we are in the process of preparing for the move.
I do need a few suggestions from all of you.

My friend and her daughter is renting out our current home: she is an estheticians, so she will partly use the home for client intakes of scheduling and marketings.
I want to help her, attract more good quality clients so she will be happy and comfortable.
I have the cleaning materials I ordered from LM before.
Chinese Wash for cleaning
I have a house blessings too, for blessing the house
What are you suggesting for her to attract new high-paying clients, and friendly clients. She is very new to this area.

Second:
We are moving to our new house too. It is a bit older house but in a very nice location.
It was on Estate Sell. Both of the owners are the first owner of this 1971 house. they both pass now.
I will be cleaining the house with Chinese Wash and some other herbs.

My Questions:
1. What other cleansing herbs I can use to get rid of badluck and negative spirit.
2. I want to asked the spirit of the couple for their guidance and protection since they are the first people who built and loved the house.
What would you suggest me on how to do this. (This is my first time asking for the deceased for help).
3. currently I am also studying and have my own homebased business that I will also be doing business in this house.
Aside from house blessing, money blessing and attraction.
what are other herbs I can used.

My goal: is to atrract clients too for my homebased business when we move into our new home.
And I want this houseto be happy and prosperous.

Is there any suggestion on how to ask for the deceased couple for guidance to help me grow my homebase business and protection?
