Black Arts Incense Questions and Answers
Black Arts Incense Questions and Answers
Hi everyone,
I have purchased LM Black Arts incense. I am wondering if it is safe to burn this incense indoors near a break-up jar I am burning candles on?
I seem to remember reading somewhere on this forum that is is not a good idea to burn some of the incenses indoors, that they're intended for outdoor use.
Thanks!

Re: Black Arts Incense Questions and Answers
Hello, Poeticone,
I burn mine outside (but that's just me).
Otherwise, burn it near an open window so that it doesn't linger in your abode. And, I would follow that up by putting Florida Water in a spray bottle and spray it all around your house after the incense has been consumed.

Hope this helps.

Re: Black Arts Incense Questions and Answers
Thank you, Rev. Ernest, for bringing this topic up again. It gives me the opportunity to commend Black Arts Incense as a nice complement to a four-way blend of Resin Incenses Dragon's Blood and Myrrh and the herb Tobacco, to produce a room-scent suitable for a variety of ceremonial invocations. There is a distinct whiff of the infernal -- and more than a hint of Patchouli -- in Tyagi's formulation of Lucky Mojo Black Arts Incense. It is a fine old-fashioned incense, and very well made.

Re: Black Arts Incense Questions and Answers
This week in "It's All Ephemera" we give "Hoodoo in Theory and Practice in Progress" a three-page upgrade. For those unfamiliar with it, "HITAP" at the Lucky Mojo web site consists of hundreds of free pages about African American conjure and root magic that i have written and uploaded to the internet over a period of 31 years. If you are not yet familiar with the site, check it out at:

Patreon members support my work with contributions of $8.00 per month and in gratitude, i give them a one-year advance access to four new articles per month.
This week, to give you all a chance to see how my Patrons are helping you learn hoodoo by funding my work, i am releasing three new pages to the public on the same day that they go out to the Patrons. I have only done this a few times, so be sure to take advantage of the opportunity and read the new pages today instead of next year. They are:

Dixie John Root Spiritual Supplies:
