What would you guys recommend if I want the HR personnel at a company to like me and on my side on everything? I have a basic idea of what I could use but it is always good to get a second opinion. I'm guessing this could also apply to my supervisor and boss as well, or anyone that I work with that it is mandatory to have a good relationship with in order to climb the career ladder.

I hope you are in good spirits. I wouldn’t use Love Me oil unless you want the interviewer to falling in love with you. Get a business card from the agency or their brand name. I would use Look Me Over, Steady Job, and Crown of Success. Good luck!

Hi all. My boyfriend was let go from his job of 20 years back in July 2018 because he violated the drug and alcohol policy. They allowed him to retire. He is sober now and trying to get back with the company in the same role. He already had his phone interview and has his face to face interview tomorrow. What rootwork can we do to ensure that he progresses through the process under the radar (out of view from the people who don't want him back)? One of the managers has expressed willingness to help him come back but I'm not sure how much he can do.

First of all, congratulations to your husband on his sobriety! I know that is not an easy accomplishment, so I wanted to acknowledge his hard work.

For your goal, put the hiring manager who is favorable towards him in a honey or sugar jar, to keep him sweet on the idea of re-hiring your husband. You can read about sweetening jars here:

Then, take the names of the managers who are less favorable towards him and put them in a freezer spell, to stop them from interfering in the process of him being re-hired. Read about freezer spells here:

Thanks Miss Athena! Yes, I'm very proud of him. Actually our sobriety dates are one day apart.

He just had his interview and their recommendation now goes to the company headquarters. He fears that the real reason behind his retirement will come out at that point. Is there any spell that helps conceal information or keep him under the radar? I have Law Keep Away oil but I'm not sure if that applies.

There are readers in AIRR that will do a reading for less than $20. If you would rather start on rootwork to draw in a better job, I would start on page 1 of this thread. There are a ton of spells on this thread and I'm sure you will find something that will fit your budget.

Blessed evening all! If this question is in the wrong place, my apologies - it's not intentional.
I have an interview coming up this Tuesday (09/17/19) and I visited a metaphysical shop yesterday for "assistance". The woman who helped me said if I put a pinch of Master of the woods & a few drops of bend over oil in my left shoe before going to the interview, I'd be guaranteed to get the job. Before I do this, I want the opinions of you all - does this sound right? Is there something more I can do in addition to this? I'm nervous bc our finances are super tight and I really need this job.
Second: she also suggested I burn a novena from Legitimate Candle that's both cinnamon and coconut combined to keep money flowing into our home. Bc I've never done this before, does that work? Thank you all in advance and I hope you all have a wonderful week

We don't make guarantees of success, as there are many variables to when, how or if a spell will work.

You can do that spell, but I would add the name of the hiring manager to a piece of paper, five-spot it with the oil and put that in your shoe as well.

I can't speak to the candle she recommended as this is a forum for the traditional practice of hoodoo, and specifically to assist customers of the Lucky Mojo Curio Company in their use of their products. Since this candle is neither based in hoodoo nor sold by Lucky Mojo, I can't advise you on using it.

Hi - I'm back to give an update on the job interview I had yesterday. The interview went amazing - honestly, I felt like it was one of the best ones I've had! I got a call this afternoon from the hiring manager - she offered me the position (of course pending a drug and background test, which I'm all good there). Any advice on an attracting work spell that will get me into the job and company I want to work for, but I don't necessarily have the skills yet for, however it would be nice to start off at that company and work my way into skills so it would be nice to get "a job" similar or as close as possible to the my end result but be directly at the company I am working for.

Any advice on that? I just don't want to sit on my butt all day applying to multiple positions with no luck, and having to go back to school (Been there done that).

I did read through all the posts. Most people seemed to be asking about what they can do for themselves as well as their husbands and it doesn't relate to me.

However my question still remains on whether or not the Steady Work alone is for people who already are in position or can it have the power to build on skills towards the company/position? Does it have power to simply get me into that company and set me up for success - what will I need? If addition to Steady Work.

To clarify, are you asking if Steady Work supplies can help you build the skills necessary to get a job at your desired company?

If you're looking to build your skills in order to be a more attractive candidate, I'd say that's a separate step from using Steady Work to attract a job. If you'd like to enhance your personal power and leadership skills, you might use Master Oil, either as a personal scent, or to dress a purple candle on a petition.

If you want more focus while you learn new, appropriate skills, then Clarity Oil might work better for your needs, or even King Solomon Wisdom Oil.

However, Steady Work won't help you attain new skills. It's more for attracting a job and helping you keep it, but not for personal improvement, if that makes sense.

Moongoogle, just wanted to share that a good trick I've found here and applied successfully is to wash your socks with bath crystals in the rinse cycle---crown of success, look me over, steady work, attraction, etc.---really whatever you are looking for. I do this regularly for my husband (and children), but no reason you couldn't do this for yourself. Pray over the crystals that with every step you take, you are moving closer to the opportunities and success that you seek. It works tremendously!

I was fired from my job on the last week on sept 2019, I have applied for unemployment and still haven't received my money. i have applied to jobs but, no luck. FYI, I lost my job thanks to the gossip by this girl co worker,my ex boss being a "good friend" of her. Also, a Manager and a wholesaler have put on a bad word for me not getting my unemployment. I don't know where is the proper section to ask this, if this one is not, please, remove my post to the correct place and sorry in advance.

I work as a translator and a language teacher, and I don't know what kind of Lucky Mojo spell will be the right one to proceed in my situation. I'm jobless in that arena at the moment but I own a business and that's good for me, just it's quite different from the languages scenario. I'm comfortable with my business but I need a boost to improve my translation and teaching career.

I tend to work with saints.I know that a patron saint for job issues is Saint Joseph, who always help me in my business.

1) Do you know another patron saint who can help me in the languages and teaching arena and does Lucky Mojo have products related to that saint?.

2) What Lucky Mojo spells should be efficacious or at least recommendable to perform to help with my translation and teaching opportunities? I understand that Steady Work is the most common regarding this situation, am I right?. 1) Saint Jerome is the patron saint of translators. We do not make any products specific to Saint Jerome, but we do make an "All Saints" line of goods. If you cannot find special candles for Saint Jerome, i would suggest printing out his image from a digital source and labelling your own candles. If you wish to "customize" our All Saints Oil to specially petition him, i suggest that you buy a packet of Deer's Tongue Leaves -- an herb reputed to help with speech, language, and education -- and crumble some into the All Saints Oil with a special petition to Saint Jerome to assist. Mercury Oil would also be good for this, as Mercury is the planet of speech and communication.

2) Steady Work would indeed be the spell kit i would recommend. What i think might be a good idea is to order a bottle of All Saints Oil and a packet of Deer's Tongue Leaves, as described above, and blend the Steady Work Oil and the All Saints Oil (with added Deer's Tongue Leaves) together as you work the spell.As for the Spell, we make a Steady Work Spell Kit and a Steady Work Honey Jar Mini-Spell Kit -- your choice. I knew Saint Jerome was related to traslators as he was the first one in traslating the Holy Bible, but had my doubts because had heard that the Holy Spirit had something to do in here. That's clarifying.

Wow!, what a nice list of interesting products!. All Saints products seem good to me as I can use them for other purposes when working with saints, as well the Crown of Success and also Mercury Oil (didn't take this into account), and of course Steady Work. It seems a pretty nice blend to me.
Have a question about the Deer's Tongue Leaves: must I add them to a honey jar or do you mean I should annoint then in a candle on top of the honey jar?. Are these leaves edible?.

I work in between my own business and also teaching languages, I want to improve my teaching arena, would the listed products be suffice to my purpose or maybe I should add a boost concerning teaching?. I heard of Saint Thomas Aquinas as the patron saint of teachers, do you agree?.

Greetings everyone,

I accepted a job in November 2019 to begin work in July 2020. My current job ends in June. Due to COVID -19 many companies in our industry are laying off or outright telling new hires that they no longer have a job. This is because we work in the international sector and there are visa and transportation issues due to COVID which also led to decreased money coming in. Thankfully, my future employer still plans to bring me on with a significant reduction in salary until I am able to travel into the country. What I am seeking is something that will keep me employed with this company even though there is a delayed start. I really want to move to his particular country but I am concerned that there may be additional job cuts. I was researching Steady Work. Would that suffice if I were to someone make it specific to the company?

I'm a college student and I really need a job ASAP. I've done the success sigil on money I've used for groceries, I've been applying to online jobs, I've gotten a consistent schedule set up, but to no avail.

I can't use candles in my room, so should I just buy Steady Work and/or Stay with Me Oil and dress my laptop with it?

I've also recently gotten into planetary magic and I'd be fine with working with Jupiter as well.

You are in the right place for spell advice to help you land a new job. Have you read through the many posts here? There are lots of spells here which do not involve candles, so I think you can find something suitable in these pages.

And yes, you can anoint your fingers with Steady Work oil and lightly run them around the edges of your computer as you submit job applications. I would not use Stay With Me for this purpose, as that is formulated to help retain a lover.

But do please read the posts in this thread as I think you will find useful advice and ideas here.

Thank you, Ive read through some of the posts-- maybe about a third, it's a lot of information! But it's very much appreciated. I mostly used the search function.

I decided to order lodestone, magnetic sand, and steady work oil. (Also a book, but that's for something else)

I don't know if there's any whiskey here, so I also have Hoyt Cologne in my cart.

Should I replace the Steady Work oil with Money Drawing oil if I'm doing a lodestone spell with money under it and a petition paper?

Forgot to mention I also have a sugar jar with petition papers for a specific job and for the universe to help me with finding a job. I should probably make something with that sugar.

Hi. Everyone, since the past 3 years I been jobless. I work for 20 years as a nursing assistance, in different facilities, now that I'm not able to continue it due skinless and disability I Like to get a new skills . my question is what's the carrier for me now that will empower for my future. Also I'm close to 60 . I need any kid of income to survive in my own.

I'm sorry to hear about your situation. I would list the things you would like to do and write them all down. Education programs that can assist you if certificates or licenses are required. There are a TON of possibilities now that many people are working remote. Do you like to teach? Could you tutor students about to take their nursing exams? Maybe start up consulting service for helping people find the right care. Or you could be a patent advocate. Many people don't understand the ins and outs of medical care. How to make their concerns heard or what they are entitled to from the system. Just some thoughts. You have a wealth of experience. If you would like to explore a new path, I would suggest a reading or get your natal chart done to see what other careers are suited for you.

Please read this thread for spell advice once you find that path. For now, I recommend working with Clarity and King Solomon Wisdom to help you search for the next opportunity.

Hello Everyone, I have a question about job getting/interviews which I am hoping for some guidance on...

Back in October I did three different spells (involving honey jars, candles, coins) for a specific kind job that is very competitive and for which you can only apply to at a specific time of the year. I ended up not getting any of the interviews. I did receive a personal rejection from the place I wanted to work at the most (an email from someone whose name was in one of the honey jars). I thought that was the end of it. I ritualistically discarded the contents of the jars in a stream by my house.

Seven months later - completely out of the blue - I received an email from the place that sent the personal rejection (the one I really wanted) that things got 'held up' and they would like to interview me for the position via Zoom. I'm not sure what happened, but I am obviously happy about this opportunity. The interview is two days long, and I have a week to prepare. I'm doing so with every spare second I have while having kids at home and dealing with all manner of stresses (as many of us are).

I am wondering if there is anything else spell-wise I should do to move things in the right direction for this job. I feel like the call was auspicious, but I am also feeling nervous and discouraged - it feels like a lot of pressure. Maybe a confidence spell? Another honey jar? Or something else?

I would remake the honey jar for the company and people who will be holding the interview. When it comes time for the interview you can take a small spoonful to eat while stating "may my words be sweet and convince them to hire me immediately." You could also place the honey jar behind the computer.

Make sure you set up the room you'll be interviewing in. Stage the background to be what you want them to see. Books, favorite picture, plants, are all good to have but no clutter. Launder your clothes with a small blend of Look Me Over and Crown of Success bath crystals. This will get them to notice you and give you a successful interview. Power products can give you that boost of personal power. I like to dress my feet with the powder but you could use the oil on your head too. Finally, Steady Work. This could be a vigil candle burning some place in the room but out of sight or you could smoke the room with Steady Work incense before the interview.

These are just some ideas. These interview are tricky, especially with kids so ask if you can have someone babysit them while your on the call. You can really use the call to your advantage because of all the tricks you can do with the room. It's your space and your in control. Please read this thread for more ideas.

Congratulation on finding your dream job!

This topic has lots of ideas in its many pages on spells to get an interview so if you have not already done so, please read through the posts here. I'm sure you will find at least one spell idea that speaks to you.

You could also put yourself and the company's hiring manager in a honey jar, to sweeten them up to you. If you do not know their name, just write "Hiring manager at (company name)" on a piece of paper together with your name on a piece of paper. This will help sway their decision making in your favor.

I am introducing myself to this forum. I would like to take the correspondence course so I am making the post for this too.

I am not attached to finding something that I am looking for, since no one has ever been able to help so far. Ive always made the most progress on my own.

I suffered since birth from a curse (or so ive been told) that had one effect of never allowing me to find and keep and grow in any job. Always something happens which makes the situation unbearable for me or I lose the job, also I am never able to manifest my potential, learn or do good work in the job. Its hard to explain, no one understands this, but please take my word for it.

I do believe I succeeded in making progress against this attack. I have done so many things magically, more than many humans probably has on one thing...

I'd like to have a spell to attract a job where people are nice to me, and treat me with basic human respect.

I feel I need to work magic to help reverse the deep grooves of the past.

Its not a normal spell to attract a job, it needs to be to attract a job with certain kinds of people in it. I found that I can use influence magic, but I cant use magic to fundamentally change who a person is and what their agenda is!

My idea was to use magic with Venus and Spiders so far...

My intuition can be quite random - it has helped me survive so far.

Looking for more ideas. My desire is to be free of this so I can be of healing service to others (I am a healer).

So, let's start with the curse on your job-getting. That would have to be removed before you could hope to do efective spell-work to get a specific job.

To make an analogy, you could not train for a marathon rce while you had a iron-defiency anemia. You would have to diagnose and treat the anemia first, then, when you had fully recovered, you would be able to start training.

Now, if you read this thread from the beginning, you will find some spell ideas for getting a specific job, such as working with the logo of the company, the business card of a hiring agents, and so forth -- but you need to be confidently clear of the effects of the curse (which you should get a reputable psychic to diagnose, because "i've been told" is not enough for a worker like me to trust, being as how there are many fake psychics who falsely diagnose "a curse" to try to lure in clients).

Finally, with respect to your idea "to use magic with Venus and Spiders," i have no idea what you are talking about, alas. I am a practitioner of hoodoo, and could tell you about that, but your statement that your "intuition can be quite random" will not help you to learn African American folk magic, i am sorry to say. What you describe is called "personal gnosis" (self-developed knowledge) and is not a topic we deal with here. If you want to learn hoodoo, either formally from me, as per my course, or informally, by hanging out in this Forum, hen i suggest you connect with the community. t's a folk tradition, and very detailed in its ways of working.
