Hello,

My boyfriend’s ex recently started dabbling with spells, but not rootwork. She does not like me and in the case that she attempts to cast anything on my boyfriend or me, I would like to prevent it. Maybe even have it come back to her. I am thinking about doing a hot foot spell and add some goofer dust. What else could I do? Would a banishing spell work? Also, any psalms that would be helpful?

In the case that she already has casted a spell, how can I reverse it and have it come back to her? Thinking about a crossing spell, but unsure.

First things first, it sounds like you are unsure if there is a threat, but are already leaning toward some seriously powerful cursing, like Goofer Dust. I'd recommend getting a reading to a) verify if the ex is actually throwing for you, or thinking of throwing for you, and b) see what kind of retaliation would be justified.

You might find that even though she started doing spells, she's doing healing or cleansing spells for herself, and then you're an accidental aggressor. Or, you could get more accurate intel on what is coming your way, which will help you know how to appropriately respond.

1) What can I do if I suspect that a person has done negative work on/at me?

2) I have no proof, heck I may even just be paranoid but if this person has hexed, cursed, or cast out against me can I do a reversing or uncrossing?

3) I guess I am looking for something that will take anything off of me that she may have put on and send it right back.

1) Get a reading to make sure.

2) Well, Reversing and Uncrossing are two VERY different kinds of work. You can always do an Uncrossing spell, such as a bath or house cleaning to take any mess off of yourself. You can always do a Reversing spell against an an enemy, and since Reversing is conditional, if you were wrong, then the GOOD they did will go back to them. No problem.

3) That would be Reversing, since having i go back, rather then simply cleaning yourself up, is the objective of greatest concern to you.

There is a guy who is stalking me, he is a Warlock/Skinwalker.

He has caused me so many problems because he wants me to belong to him.

My husband is in prison and is also aware of this but we need him to assist with my living situation until my husband is released. We do not live in the same state but unfortunately he is needed. He is a married man with four children.

Since then, they have become friends but my relation stopped with my crush. We had arguments and all of a sudden she disappeared. The both of them are still in contact. During this period, my crush and I reconciled several times (On/Off). I stopped talking with this other friend since that evening because she did things that indicated her envy (imposed herself, laughed at me, sit between us, etc.). To make this short, each time my crush and I reconcile I get a message from that "friend" after a long period of silence. My crush and I reconciled on Feb 6, my friend texted me two days ago. Where did she come from?! Very weird knowing that each one of them is in a relationship. How to cut her out of the equation? What to do please to clear the way between my crush and I? Thank you.

I have not encountered this situation personally, so can't say what I have seen happen. I would ensure that your cleansing spells are done privately and the remains be kept from other people.

Meanwhile, if someone has ingested the egg, keep an eye on them. You can always perform a cleansing spell on them to make sure nothing negative has affected them.

Hi all, I have been doing some serious self-reflection over this period of sheltering-in-place and have come to realize just how negatively my tendency to think and act out of jealousy is affecting my life, especially my love relationship.

I love my boyfriend very much and had plans to move in with him prior to the pandemic, but it got moved way up as a result of it, which has been a little overwhelming to say the least - especially as he has a very active social life and is now mostly stuck at home, which he admits he is having a hard time with.

I myself have had very bad luck in love up until this relationship (mostly due to me making poor decisions about who I chose to be my partner) and I know in my heart, mind, and soul that this relationship has been very good and healing for me so far. Now that we are living together, I find myself getting mixed up in my fears and my feelings a lot - everything from feeling like he probably regrets moving in with me (I previously lived with a man who would talk with other women behind my back about how having me move in was a mistake - I loved him and he mistreated me and cheated on me a lot and it was a very traumatizing experience) to getting jealous of his friends (male friends) and even his ex (whom I have never met, he has no relationship with, and has given me no reason to believe he even thinks of her.)

I hate that this experience I had been looking forward to has in reality been so stressful, hurried, and difficult for us both, and I hate even more that so much of the problem seems to be bubbling up from my baggage. I'm trying to look at it as an opportunity to heal and become a better partner, however.

I know that much of this behavior runs deeper than trauma the cheater I mentioned caused me, as I have always been jealous to a certain degree in my love relationships, and even friendships! I don't know why it is so hard for me to feel comfortable with the fact that the people I care about have other important relationships - I know they deserve to have them and to live full, happy lives with plenty of people that love them around - maybe I just wish I had more relationships like that and that is what I'm really jealous of?

I would really appreciate some help with rootwork to help me grow as a person and move past this distressing tendency I have. :/ (By the way, I did start a honey jar for my boyfriend and I, but I keep getting in the way of my work when I get jealous like this!)

Apologies for the long and unmanageable post, like I said I have been stuck in my negative thoughts more and more lately and I guess I didn't even realize how much I had written, lol! I will be sure to be more mindful of that moving forward.

I have read through the posts in this thread and am thinking of proceeding in the following way:

- Start with an uncrossing bath, praying Psalm 137 and asking that all hate, envy and malice be removed from my heart
- Using Clarity and Tranquility oils after the bath to annoint myself, praying for clarity to see the difference between real and imagined problems, and for tranquility to keep my mind from creating issues.
- Continuing to support the bath and my prayers to remove my jealous thoughts and feelings by burning a black candle dressed with Banishing oil on my name paper and petition to remove all hate, envy, and malice from my heart, praying Psalm 137 over it - continuing this daily until I feel a change in my thoughts and feelings.
- Continuing to work the honey jar I started for my boyfriend and myself, but for now burn blue candles dressed with Tranquility oil and praying Psalm 140 over it, praying that tranquility be restored between us and to maintain and sweeten the relationship.

Any advice on my ideas is welcomed and appreciated!

Sorry if I’m not posting this correctly in advance, I’m a bit of a knucklehead technology wise.

I’m going to attempt a fiery wall of protection spell. I’ll be getting a St Michael candle in red if I can find it. Can anyone weight in when would be the best time to do this considering lunar aspects, and that we have a number of planets retrograde right now? Does this matter or is it something I can do anytime?

Some work by the moon phases, others work by the days of the week, or times of the day. It is really a personal choice. It does tend to put some extra oomf in to a spell. Protection work doesn't usually have a recommended time because the need can be urgent. I would go ahead and start the spell when you have everything you need ready.

Some planets are in retrograde for a LONG time. Don't wait on them. It's not going to have any effect on a protection spell.

I'm sorry it was late and I was reading two different topics and decided to edit my post and join the two. I had so much to say but I made it short. I've done the uncrossing about 2 years ago. I'm waiting for results. Someone was cursing me and it felt like everything in my environment was being destroyed. At one point, I could not even go to the hairdresser without fainting in her chair. I've been to a psychic and she told me it was a destruction spell. It turned out to be a guy from my past with a "love me or die spell." I believe there is so much more to the story but she could't communicate the details. So, I started collecting wisdom products but these products are not working for me. I guess I have to wait for the uncrossing. I'm always disappointed with conjure. I started with the 72 demons where I picked one waited for it to come and became afraid to sleep with the monster wondering around. My most comfortable experience was King Bael and he was in the form of a cat and he sat with me at night. He communicated one thing and said, "I made a mistake." And I knew he was me but I do not know what mistake I made. Anyway, I found out that someone put a spell on me for the mistake to repeat itself throughout my-life. I will always be a failure because of this. After this revelation, I tried to scry with an obsidian crystal to remove the monsters but instead I loss access to the 72 demons and I'm having difficultly accessing wisdom in any-form. I do not know how to restore or free myself. It was same day results. Now, I can't even have next day results and I'm afraid that 2 years later it will never come.

If you want to be successful with your hoodoo rootwork, you need to let go of your belief that nothing in it will work. Why would you expect Spirit to grant your petition if you yourself insist that it's in vain? Why ask for protection from spiritual attack if you don't trust you will be protected at all?

As I tell my students, "I can't care about your success more than you do." I'm willing to help them if they're willing to make the effort. Spirit will say the same thing to you when it comes to rootwork.

You said "I'm always disappointed with conjure." That is not the right attitude to take, when it comes to studying or practicing it. You will sabotage your efforts before you even begin. I encourage you to re-examine this belief and shape its replacement out of faith and optimism.

Hello, I have a friend who I care about a lot, I know they care about me as well. We have been friends for many more. And they do have a girlfriend.

However after certain current events I got a reading done. I was informed that the girlfriend is causing the blockage. And I am not saying that is aimed directly at me, I believe that she’s doing that to hold onto the relationship as strong as possible. And now we are affected by it.

There are many ways to do this, first, you need to cleanse your house to remove the energy and cleanse your body. Bad thoughts and envy lead to the evil eye -- ayin hara, nazar, whammy, jinx, or durnoy glaz (дурной глаз).

This is a very complex situation that I am dealing with. There is a man that has been continually doing black magic love spells on me for two years now. Come to find out now a woman that just turned into a lesbian is now doing love spells on me, when she destroyed my life for the past 7 years. She hated me, now she wants me.

The man won’t stop. I did a full protection jar with candles, herbs, and oils. Believe me I purchased from LM every oil and herb listed for protection and uncrossing. Did the jar and everything, have been cleansing like crazy with baths. Cleanings my house, smoking it out etc. Up to this day his spell is still hitting me.

At this point I don’t know what to do. It’s making me turn very aggressive. I have been treating him like shit, and he’s still after me. The woman I mentioned, is doing love and break ups on me which haven’t worked. I am a reader so don’t need to seek out a reading, but I know he did a love binding on me.

I told him I’m going to call the cops if he contacts me again. That doesn’t stop him. What should I do? I did a mirror box on the lesbian, him I need to know what I could do. I have all the oils and herbs. Please help me out

Hi Pyromancer,
I’m quite new in hoodoo so don’t have a great deal of advice to give other than to suggest a reading (Deacon millet is very good) and perhaps then getting additional help from a LM experienced practitioner, and they could either do the work and you do work as well to add extra oomph or advise/coach on work to be done by yourself.

Daenerys gave excellent advice! Even though you do readings, it would be beneficial to have an outsider read you who would have a different perspective. Many people seek outside readers, I also do to get a different perspective.

Because this work is ongoing, the work you did was not effective, I would suggest working with a Rootworker to assist you. It is possible that your work is not affecting them, that the specific spell will not work, or you need to hire someone to assist you. If someone is doing love spells on you and it is unwelcomed, I would cleanse your house top to bottom back to front, then cleanse yourself in Uncrossing products, followed by Fiery Wall of Protection oil. If the work is consistent then you will need to continually do this type of work.

If you want to work with an AIRR member you can email them, but I would order a reading from their page, the reader will require a reading prior to agreeing to Rootwork.

Hopefully I'm putting this in the right forum, and apologies if it's not the best place to be.

My primary question: What roots/herbs, spells, materials etc do you think are best to block unwanted reconciliation/ love/ lover return work?

I've been going through an extended period of idiocy as a result of someone who continues to do that type of work on me. For context- I wasn't actually ever in a relationship with this person; just went on a few sexless dates and knew each other for a little while, years ago. The person revealed themselves to be both abusive and unstable fairly quickly, so I got the heck out of dodge. Since then, they've stalked me and have begun doing work against me, and my true partner (who I happily met not long after). As mentioned, this has been going on for a few years. But my honey and I are certainly no slouches so we've been able to hold our own against all kinds of stupidity, including a torrent of breakup magic, messing with our finances etc- all of it aimed primarily at my partner. That's all been cleared up though, so I only mention it for context.

I know this person is doing reconciliation/ lover return work because I'm being warned via my dreams (again) and my cards confirmed it too. She'll generally show up in some way, usually looking for me, trying to get me on the phone or trying to interact with me, and there's often some apologetic/ longing energy to her in that space. The dreams aren't consistent; they only happen when she's either gearing up to do this kind of work or is just beginning. It's unnerving at times because I feel the pull of the work, even though I want nothing to do with this person. One day I'll just feel normal and in my life, and then the next she'll gear up and I'll feel as if something is trying to pull me to her/ get me to forgive her. Sufficed to say, I'm annoyed.

Now I've already done cut and clear, and black walnut baths and candles on this person. But she's ridiculously stubborn, so when she notices things are different, she gears up again. So I was thinking that I'd need a jomo with ingredients that block the unwanted love influence, in addition to whatever else comes up (I also have her full name, photos and birth info).

In terms of ingredients, so far I've been thinking about nettle, dill, agrimony, black walnut, lemon, mint and patchouli as the star herbs here. But truthfully, I'm not sure some of those are right. The issue I'm having in narrowing down which ingredients to work with is that although this is invasive to me, it's technically not a curse or jinx on me. I would think that matters- especially if she's working with things like balm of gilead etc. Is it primarily just lemon, black walnut and maybe even vinegar that should be employed here? I'd prefer not to sour her because she's volatile enough that it would only add gasoline to the flame. But it's really all I can think of in terms of the opposite of that kind of reconciliation energy.

Sorry to hear about this obsessive stocker. I have a few suggestions:

1. Do a Fiery Wall of Protection for you and your current partner, this will block all psychic attacks

2. You need to get some protection talismans, you can either make them or buy them.
- To make a talisman you need Gensing, Magnetic Sand, Mint, Yarrow, and Rose Petals.
- Make a small seed packet with post-it notes from "Paper in My Shoe" by catherine yrodwode, or "The Red Folder"
- Put the items in pray Psalms 91, and tape it closed.
- You can make 5-6 place under your bed, in your car, or wallet.

3. Buy protection talisman Lucky Mojo Curio Co and sell a few of them, the 6th Seal of Jupiter protects you from harm or 6th Seal of the Sun makes you invisible.

4. Do a moving candle spell so your stocker finds their soulmate and leaves you alone.

I moved you and Mr. Christopher's post to this topic which is on protection from a Rootworker or Practitioner, as you are asking for advice on how to stop and protect against a person who is doing love work on you.

Though it is not technically a jinx, it is an unwanted working, Uncrossing, which is made of items known to remove spells and their energy from them. You can take a spiritual bath with the crystals, burn the incense to cleanse the house, and wear the mojo to keep the work off of you.

I would also suggest a red reversing candle to remove the love work, dress it with Reversing oil and Agrimony.

A dark witch has cast a circle:

So I met a dark witch and let her cast a circle with me; she has some of my personal items, a big mistake. I wanted to learn but she turned on me. I tried to close the circle in the garden and cast her out all night. I was woken by as really seeing and hearing who is casting on me and my partner.

12 am upstairs neighbor is casting candles, on all night. if I use incense candles, she does reversals she wants me to move duffer die. I know it’s DUME. Plus I saw a green black candle in the vision, lit .she’s trying to constantly break my protection in the garden, entering my dreams.

I don’t know how to stop her castings.

Help please I keep seeing her castings she’s viewing mine to stop me from bypassing hers; she’s destroying mine, she’s been diverting my post on my birthday, she’s a monster completely.

Need help desperately; tried using spell breaker oil, mugwort

I know 100% it’s her ,she beelined me in town denying she hates me, her eyes were evil.

I told her I know you’re fake, not my friend, I know you wish us dead.

She said no I’d never do that.

Rubbish; all night she was up during moon phases.

She has made death threats

I’ve been to the police as this lady is against autistic home dwellers. I’m High functioning.

She is causing problems where I live

Yeah so she’s casting every night and reports to me if I use incense, stating racism hmmm. I smell evil sulfur so I check the bin, goofer dust, what is this person's issue?

She reports me if I use incense, takes photos of me down into my garden and set up CCTV. if I use incense she reports all my warding stuff, salt. I can’t stop her.

She shouts on mobile all-time in the bedroom and won’t let me sleep on purpose, jealous that I was pregnant and had a miscarriage. She talks to my neighbors as I’m autistic, she says shouldn’t live in the home and should be in a care home so she’s targeting me. Jealous.

I’ve tried to look after her cat.

My partner and I have had visions

I had a vision, a barrel with leg paper placed in it invoking then the next morning. I keep vomiting if I’m home, shaking.

The radio was up loud and then the speakerphone on the mobile was loud, laughing. 2 am I hear my dead mum waking me yelling, no you can’t do this to them, it’s evil stop casting, please no

The next morning my partner split up, he doesn't know why he felt angry, I said it was the casting. We split; we argue, we fight like cats and dogs.

He then gets a vision, himself, and sees it. We spotted two spirits, one enters me, one enters him when we try to sleep causing burning pain, fear, and an argument she’s casting it over and over, resending it

Partner can’t live here nor can I, she’s insane, reported us for cleaning her garden after asking us to. Flooded my ceiling refusing anyone to enter

My partner has become paranoid and vengeful

I’m worried this woman attacking is so much I had to stop my partner from yelling, the devil was in me, at me!

She’s cast a death curse so he becomes paranoid and vengeful and targets me, she’s cast a death curse but via knives.

My partner and I burn up near each other with this painful energy if I don’t chill my vibration; it upsets his energy so he gets angry, it’s scary

Need help; she’s making me fear my partner and hit me, as I had to stop him almost going for me.

I’m now feeling on fire with partner in another town getting counseling due to her.

Everything I cast for protection doubles the demons. I’m scared of her. She’s trying to kill me by making him angry.

Mr. Christopher, does Ginsing work for non-male people in this context? My partner is female, so I was thinking it might be right to replace that with Queen Elizabeth Root. Thank you for that ingredient list- I already have most of them, fortunately. So I'll get on making that today.

Thank you for the clarification, JayDee. I think the biggest issue here is that this person has made a habit of doing the work; so even when I would do uncrossing on myself, my house etc, she would just do the work over within a few days. My website traffic log shows her on the site several times a week, and it's been like that for over a year (though it was quiet for a few months after I did the black walnut- cut clear combo). Based on your recommendations though, I think I'll try uncrossing mojos in addition to the reversing work you've mentioned.

Ginsing also known as Wonder of the World has been used in Asian and Native American cultures for protection, breaking curses and hexes, and manifesting money. Men or women can use it successfully. Queen Elizabeth's Root does empower women, and protects against evil spirits, but does not have curse breaking. Whichever you or she feels drawn to is fine.
