Good morning folks

It’s been a while since I’ve posted mainly because I just haven’t felt up to it unfortunately. I think I really need to do some cleaning work for me and my household. However I have a few questions, I have a reading set up for 3 weeks from now but I need a little (lot) of help now. The energy in my house feels so off that whenever I try to straighten up to do my spiritual cleansing I get sick. I have four freezer jars in my freezer for two ex’s (that I just never thrown away) mainly because they are just generally freezer jar for dating but I had a target in mind that I wanted other women to stay away from but of course I didn’t add his name and one for in general women trying to date men who are dating me (I’m not dating anyone at the moment because one no one shows interest for longer then getting my phone number and I promise I’m not joking but I’ve been told I look like ariana grande (only my hair is tightly curled and I’m athleticly build not as skinny ) so I have no clue on why no one is interested, except my energy is off. And the last freezer jar is filled with 3 people by name because they kept trying to set me and I wanted to keep there actions on ice. I put some peppers in the jar to confuse them and keep me safe and a lemon and like two other things my former root worker told me to add.

My questions are, is a freezer jar a curse? Because I didn’t want to curse anyone I just didn’t want my boyfriend (s) dating other women and I wanted those fake people around to stop trying to hurt me.

My second question is one of my ex’s and I have been hangout lately (not the one that hit btw) and he told me that’s he’s been dating a few different women but he’s not serious about anyone because he’s never moved on from us. The question is should I do another freezer jar to add the the the freezer ones I have? Or are the ones I have fine because I made one when he and I were together and it’s the long one that Miss Cat had listed on the form a few years back but I did add some names of women I knew he liked or liked him or they were just to friendly to each other. The reason I ask about another one is because I have a picture of two potential new women but I don’t know who the other women are.

My third question is because like I’ve mentioned before I get sick when cleaning the house and my house is too big for me to clean alone anyway. Can I spike my cleaning products for cleansing the house and pray over them and then hire a cleaning company to clean it? Because I’m really overwhelmed with the process of cleaning a four floor house alone.

Sorry for the book but I’d like to get started before my reading so there’s no blocks of seeing my future during my reading due to my own blockage in home and on self.

Hi WorkoutQueen9,

No, a freezer spell is not a curse and it won't harm anyone. It merely puts them "on ice" as in freezing their progress or movement. In your case, freezing out love rivals will stop them from gaining any kind of ground in a relationship with your target. Nobody gets hurt, they just don't get ahead.

I'm unclear about your second question. Are you romantically interested in your ex and want him back? In that case, freeze out any rivals you have for his affection. You don't need to start a new freezer spell for each known rival. Just do as Miss cat suggests and use the following petition:

Yes, you could trick your cleaning supplies and have a company clean your home. However, I personally find a lot of fulfillment in doing at least part of the work myself, as I approach cleaning as a ritual. Then again, I don't have a four-story house to contend with!

I plan to do a house cleansing and a cleansing bath to clear away negativity after a break-up, before I begin some spell work. I have some questions:

1. I live in a two story house with a finished basement. Everything I have read says to go top to bottom, finishing out the front door. But, my front door is on the main level (so, there is a main level, an upstairs, and then a basement below the main level). The basement does have a door, but we rarely use it. should I start on the top floor, go down to the main level and then go down to the basement, but then come back up and wash out the entryway out the front door?
2. For the incense-burning after the house cleansing, do I leave the incense to burn in each room or can I walk through the house reciting a prayer? The latter would be more cost effective for me as my house has a lot of rooms.
3. Do I recite the 23rd Psalm throughout each step: after I've washed the walls and floors, before I light the candle, after I light the candle, as I am incensing?
4. I have read many posts saying to anoint the doors with an oil after you have cleansed the room, but i'm not sure exactly how to do this and which oil to use? Would peaceful home be appropriate for my intention--to clear out the space of negativity after a break-up? I was planning on using Peaceful Home oil on the white candles too.

1. Top of the house to the bottom, top floor ceiling to floor, basement ceiling to floor then main floor ceiling to floor, out the front door.
2. Yes you can walk and pray as you carry incense.
3. It is common to recite Psalms, parts of the Bible, and pray as you clean the home.
4. Yes you can dress the door with peaceful home oil, you can burn a white candle in each room dressed with the oil, you can put protection oil on the doors and windows, I normally would make a cross with the oil.

Can be made on the sill of the window, the wood base, even the glass ( assuming you dont want an oil streak so less likely). Door you would do the same thing.

Hello,

I am trying to cast a spell for my partner who is being manipulated (ie. being told things to keep him trapped in his fears and make decisions based on that). He isn't thinking clearly.

I was initially thinking of doing a banishing spell, but I think this might not be appropriate as part of the source of some of this manipulation is the mother of his child. I only wish for the manipulation to stop.

Alternatively, I thought of a cleansing spell, to cleanse him and free him from the influence of manipulative forces, give him clarity of mind and see deceit for what it is.

I'm also thinking perhaps a skull candle spell for him to see through the manipulation? I don't want to control him or anyone in any way, just free his mind to make guided, sound decisions.

Bathing is the best way to cleanse the body from the outside. The most popular methods are to use the 13-Herb Bath, as Lara mentioned and also the Uncrossing Bath Crystals -- and they may be mixed together and used at the same time.

As for cleansing from the inside, one old remedy is to find a silver coin -- an old dime is preferred, but it must be from the days when coins were real silver and not copper with a silvery coating. A mercury dime is ideal (we sell them in the shop). You file the ridges off the edge around the dime into a glass of milk and drink it. This cleans out bad spirits and takes off internal curses.

To assist with clarity of thinking add Clarity Oil or Bath Crystals, or Bay leaves, to any household or personal care products, especially those that may contact the head or clothing.

Hello,

I am new to all of this, and started off by doing some cleansing around my mom's house. Here's what I did:

Door frames - cleanse with Florida Water, rub with cedar extract, sprinkle with Angelica and Five-Finger Grass

Quick cleanse - I cleansed and charged a candle with a mix of florida water, rose water, angelica, van van oil, and blessings oil from a local shop. I let these burn in the center of the room with a circle of salt.

Some activity has picked up around the house. Devices have started to go off on their own, motion sensing lights will flip with nothing I can see to trigger, I've been easily misplacing my ritual items as I move around the house (making it more difficult to finish).

Should I take this as a sign that the work is working and I'm moving some energy around (and hopefully out when I'm done) or is it possible that I'm drawing something in that's causing all of this? If the former, how should I protect my mom and myself as I continue to move it out? If the latter, should I change my strategy or pick a different time to do the work?

I have a cleansing blend of Florida Water, Rose Water, Van van oil, Blessing oil, angelica, cedar extract and calm rain water collected on a Saturday ready. It oddly turned out a moonlight white color which I'm really surprised I pulled off my first time! Just waiting on some Chinese Wash to arrive at the local shop before I get back to work.

I am not one of those who believe that a cleansing will produce mysterious, unexpected, or difficult results. I am not one of those who believes that "it gets worse before it gets better."

You probably should get a reading or dowse the place yourself with a pendulum, asking questions as you go.

Your cleansing blend sounds very nice, adding a capful of Chinese wash to it will be all you need as it is so concentrated.

I am sorry to hear that your grandson is going through this! I would tell the school they need to stop it or you will get a lawyer, it is a legal issue with federal laws protecting against it, you can also go and speak at a board meeting.

Blessing standpoint ( this topic), you can add blessing and protection oil mixed together as you pray to protect him and bless him with good friends, teachers who will help him, Gods blessing in his life. Dress the inside of his shoes with the oil, put some drops in his body wash or shampoo so he unknowingly dresses in it daily. Purchase also the bath crystals of protection and blessing, make a small bath and pray into it, wash his laundry and add the water to the rinse cycle to dress his clothing in it. Read Psalms 91 over the items you are using to bring him protection from the Lord.

Good afternoon all,

I need some help! So this year I’ve lost so much. So I decided to become a Christian and I through all of my candles, herbs, magic books, honey jars and any spell supplies I had at my house.

A few months ago, I did a 13 herb bath and a I lite a block bluster, road opener, reconciliation, return to me, protection and money spells (not all a t once of course) and they all worked for a moment but not for long so when I decided to become a Christian I just threw it all away most of the spell stuff I just threw in the dumpster. I was already having such a bad year before I threw all of the stuff away and since I did, I don’t have depression or anxiety.

I don’t know what to do. I had a reading done 4 times earlier this year by 2 readers who are from the AIRR but all of the reading were wrong but these two reader have been my reading for more then 3 years, so I’m thinking that a phone reading won’t work for me because of all of the blocks I have going on in my life right now.

My finances are in ruins, I’ve had no luck with my business at all this year, I haven’t even had any luck selling low priced luxury items on websites that sell luxury items priced much higher.

I’ve tried to sell my furniture online from at least 80% cheaper then what it’s worth and still nothing.

My ex and I had a huge fight months ago and still haven’t spoken since (we were together for years).

I tried dating and all of the guys just disappeared without any fights happening, we hadn’t had sex or anything, just a few dates and then nothing.

Every time I come across a great opportunity it fails

Even in class my teacher looks right over me, she says she forgets that I’m there even when I’m right in front of her.

My communication with people have been falling through, ex. someone can be in the same building with me and still not receive an email or text that I send but on my end it says sent.

I’m now homeless with my daughters.

I’m getting bills from out of no where from years ago. 1 after another, I’m being sued for money I don’t have and I can’t seem to even find a job.

I am very sorry to hear about your situation. You indicated that you became Christian and tossed your items away. Though you did not specifically state this , I am wondering if your question is asking, "did throwing these items out curse my life?" The short answer is no. Many people who practice hoodoo are Christian, you will notice in the work we utilize prayers to God, call on the trinity, Bible in our work.

You stated you did work and it helped for a minute but then the condition continued, this would indicate to me that you possibly have a crossed condition no you causing this. You would start with cleansing you and your items you own, then use protection like Fiery Wall of Protection to keep you safe from them trying to put something new on you. Look around the house you lived in, or where you stay now for any items that look like they may have been placed their to curse you such as a jar, mojo, doll baby and destroy them. Also clean to wash away any sachet powders, dirts or oils that were used to cross you. Recite Psalms 91 Daily for protection.

When it comes to work I would continue the Block Buster, the Uncrossing, the Protection, the Money Drawing until it completely manifests, do not do one working and stop.

Hello! A quick question: I have just received all the curse lifting supplies that Miss Cat recommended to me. I am curious: would it be best to perform the ritual today (which is Sunday) or wait until the Lunar Eclipse in 2 days. I have already been doing cleansing and purifying of the house and myself with washes and baths, so I am just trying to discern what they absolute most powerful day to lift the curse itself would be. I tried searching but could see no explicit examples of if a lunar eclipse is helpful to curse lifting.

I need some advice, please. Since mid-June to now life has been a little chaotic for my family and I... My grandfather passed away, two days later my dog passed, the AC in our home broke, the lawnmower broke, the pool pump broke, we got two sink holes in our yard, my sisters phone shattered and then today my moms phone shattered..

I don’t think the family has been cursed, BUT I do think that something that we removed from my grandfathers house is causing the bad juju or perhaps having his ashes at our house.. We are moving my grandma in to live with us which is why we are moving his/their stuff over to our house and I’m not sure what to do.. Should I do something for everyone? I’m going to sage the house and get the floor wash, but I’m not sure if I need to focus on everyone individually or just the house.. I think it’s just the house and really I know my family won’t take cleansing baths or anything like that because my mom gets the Heebie Jeebies with hoodoo and magic (she’s weird lol.)

CuriouslilThing, for future reference, a simple way to work on individual family members while cleansing your house is to add a little of the Chinese Wash (or whatever spiritual formula you are using) to your fabric softener. This means the cleansing effect is in everybody's clothes. If you add it to the bottle rather than to each load of laundry, the work is maintained until the bottle of fabric softener is empty.

Hi everyone,

I've just received the letter to collect the keys for my first ever apartment! (Thank you God for blessing me <3)

I would like to ask about cleansing and blessing for my apartment. Just like the rest, I want to make this house filled with positivity, happiness, and all the good vibes. This house I bought is new, and it is empty with no furnishing (no kitchen cabinets, clothes cabinets and etc). So I would like to ask when should I be doing the cleansing? Do I do it only after the renovation? Or I cleanse and bless the house before the renovation starts and do a second round of cleansing and blessing after renovation and the furniture fitted in? The reason why I'm asking is that if I do the cleansing (sweep and wash the floor, walls, maybe ceiling) before renovation, then I can reach all surfaces of my house instead of just only the exposed surfaces once the cabinets and furniture fitted in. But then again, if I only do once before the renovation, then my house will be filled with the energy and dirt from the renovation contractors and movers. I'm sorry if this may sound like a stupid question but I'm just so excited that I couldn't contain myself!! Hahaha

I would do the cleansing as soon as it is yours to do so. You are basically taking all the negative energy from the past and removing it. I believe it would be best to do this as soon as possible to avoid any delays or mishaps when you do furnish the home. This cleansing should last for awhile unless you wish to fill the home with antiques. Then you may wish to decide for yourself if that antique's energy is negative or worth keeping (many are!). If there are a lot of contractors then you may do the deep cleansing before hand and a final light cleaning after everything is complete and to your liking.

I am not sure how we can help you. The radio show spell contains household herbs such as basil, but then you ask if it is "effective.." I do not understand. This s folk magic. There are hundreds of ersonal and community spells for cleanng or blessing a space. Ingredients range from Salt-water to Ammonia, Chinese Wash, Basil or Rosemary tea -- oh, my gosh, there are HUNDREDS of these spells -- and i don't know what you do or do not have in your household.

Here;s what i suugest. Go to our helpful age, "Hoodoo at a Glance" and fnd the section on cleaning. There are dozens of items listed there -- and YOU will know what you do or don;t have in your home. You can make up your own scrub-water wash from the ingredients that are in the list and that you havve.

<t>I am Native American from the Ojibwe tribe and I wish to honor my ancestors by following their way when it comes to certain things. I know I cant forget that Hoodoo is from African American Culture, but it is also about honoring our ancestors. So I hope I dont offend no one for practicing a few of my Native beliefs with hoodoo. I recently been told by an elder how to cleanse your self with sage and I was wondering if I could do this instead of a spiritual bath. Can I replace the word hyssop with sage in psalm 51? I am not trying to change tradition please forgive me if you think I am. I just feel like my ancestors would love if I started doing this. My plan is too add more native american aspects to my conjure practice, but I don't plan on muddying the waters of Hoodoo. I still want to use african american beliefs and practices in my workings, but I just want to honor my ancestors as I do it. I hope I dont offend no one.</t>

Hello Two.2HeadedBear,

There is nothing wrong with practicing other spiritual traditions alongside hoodoo. It's done all the time. The only caution is you don't want to mix the traditions in a way that ends up neutralizing your approach to either one.

Your example of substituting sage for hyssop when reciting Psalm 51 is a case in point. The psalm specifically calls for hyssop, so stick with that. If you wish to also cleanse with sage (either yourself in a bath or to cleanse a space by burning sage), I would perform that as a separate act.

You can honor your ancestors by performing rituals according to their tradition, just as you can honor hoodoo by adhering to its practices. It's a rich and rewarding combination.

If this isn't the correct place to put this, I apologize. I couldn't find anywhere else to post it.

Is there a way to protect us from issues once we move into a new place? From bad neighbors to vermin to bad management? I know to do protection, but I was wondering if anyone does anything specific fro the reasons I mentioned. I do plan on following the advice here to cleanse and bless the home before moving in.

I cannot think of any specific herbs or roots for bad management or neighbors. General protection should help defend against these things. If they come around, then work to banish them. For pests, they really hate strong smelling herbs like lemon essential oil, citronella, rue, and eucalyptus to name a few. A few drops of essential oil rubbed on door frames and window cracks will help deter them.

It's funny how many cleansing herbs help rid us of pests. A win-win.

I hope that I have placed this question in the right spot for what I need assistance with. I was looking for a way that I can calm the energy down in my apartment? It’s only me that lives here and my neighbors are quiet and chill. I just really noticed that since the full moon that I can’t really tone the energy in here. I know do need to do a healing spell for myself because some recent event that has happened that disrupted a lot in my life too but I also wanted to work on my home too. Hi Birainluv,

For your problems in your apartment I would recommend Chinese Wash. You can buy this from Lucky Mojo directly. You add a little to some mop water and then clean your apartment's floors with it, working from back to front. To supplement this, I would also recommend buying some House Blessing Oil or Van Van oil to keep things fresh and clear.

For yourself, I would recommend getting some Van Van products and using them how you see fit. Whether it be bath crystals, or using a Van Van oil to set some lights for yourself.

I am unsure how to go about this or what kind of cleansing is needed for my situation.

I'm 38 almost 39 and never had a serious boyfriend not even for lack of being attractive. I get flirted with but I still view myself as unattractive/ugly/hard on myself all the time.

I had a cleanse recently so I hope that will help. I always have negative feelings or emotions.

Currently, there's a lot of fighting between my parents, and my brother is always angry and moody. Our other family isn't talking to us and being assholes because one of them lied about a rumor they spread that didn't even have to do with me or other members of my family but we still got put on ice.

My dad is always moody and wants to leave for another country after being in the US for over 50 yrs and leave my mom with nothing but still have the audacity to say he'll come back every 6 months. He's very secretive, never communicates and lies a lot about everything. He's also very cheap and despite making good money for a long time he cheaps out on his wife and family. We never go to any nice places to eat despite him making over 6 figures at his past job. So he's a selfish guy and has been extra moody and angry lately always arguing about everything and even talking to himself since he'd been laid off.

What can I do or what kind of cleanse can I do for myself and family? FYI my dad doesn't believe in magic.

I saw a spell/bath for cleansing and protection by Madame pamita (she’s a AIRR Rootworker) using van van oil
The thing is I’m not using it on myself I’m using it on my targets photo. To remove any influences that this woman tries to put on him. Is van van appropriate for this situation?
Do I burn the photo after cleansing it??

Also I don’t won’t to remove my workings from him
How do I just get rid of hers?

You can do that on a photo but it would not be as effective as doing it to them in person. It's worth a try.

I wouldn't burn the photo, I would keep it for potential future work.

State in your petition exactly what you wish to rid your target of and to keep your work intact. That should help.

Hello! I'm about to cleanse a house to remove the negative energy left by a previous resident. I have all the tools I need for my spell and am happy with how it's come together. The one thing I'm struggling with is the "prayer" portion. I'm not a Christian and I feel really strange speaking the words of psalms, prayers, and bible passages. If anything, I'd call myself agnostic/spiritual as I do believe that all things are connected through energy and that we have the power to effect that energy with our actions, thought, and words. So, Christian words seem hollow, making me feel as though I'm not actually infusing my spells with "word energy". I'd love some insight into alternative ways of "praying" over spells so I can stop struggling with this particular issue. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

Hi AlexinMadison! Although it is traditional to use Psalms in Hoodoo, each individual prays or directs energy in a unique manner. When your intent is true, the energy will move the right way. If Christian words feel hollow, why not use your own words? I often call on the Benevolent, Loving Universe and I haven't been let down yet. I am sure your own words will be plenty sufficient.

I wasn't super into Psalms when I started learning Hoodoo. However, I did try the workings as Miss Cat and others recommended using Psalms and got good results so I use them now. For me practicality is key. Miss Cat often writes that she will not tell us how to pray. I'm with her. Trust your heart, speak from it and you'll be all good. Bright Blessings and good luck.

What I need to know is, is there a prayer I would say while bathing with the herbs? Or do just bathe in it and that would be sufficient.

Hyssop baths come from the lines in Psalm 51: "Cleanse me with hyssop and I shall be clean. Wash me and I shall be whiter than snow." I would pray that psalm if you wish to recite something while bathing.

I am moving to a new house this week, been going through this thread for some ideas and there is a bit of conflicting information.
To clarify, the new house is gross. Physically and spiritually, the previous tenants don't seem to have cleaned themselves or the house the whole time they were there. It feels heavy, and it stinks. It is supposed to have been physically cleaned before I move in but I am intending on doing a full spiritual cleanse before I move so much as a piece of paper into that place.

I have chinese wash, I have ammonia. (also jinx killer and run devil run bath crystals) As I understand it, I leave my old broom at the old house (or toss) Would I also leave my old mop and bucket?
I intend on purchasing a new broom, mop and bucket after I collect the keys on my way to the new house.
At the start of this thread there are a few posts saying to cleanse thoroughly then toss the new broom (and mop? bucket?)
In the middle of the thread Miss Michaele states that as far as she knows you keep them as long as you are in that house.

My mops have removable heads that you can change once the old ones start getting a bit ratty - I intend to mop out with one, toss it and then do a drawing mop with the new head and keep that one. Is that sufficient?
Will I need to purchase 2 brooms? One to cleanse and then toss and one to keep for the new house?

Things are not cheap here I'm looking at an easy $50 for the new broom mop and bucket, So if I have to buy 2 of things I will need to try one of the discount stores for the disposable ones!

The cleaners you have are great, just be careful with mixing items at the same time, do not want to create a chemical reaction, mostly worried about ammonia, I only use that alone when I am cleaning. Depending on the physical condition of the house when you move in, you may need to do a physical cleaning to rid of the junk and gunk. Then follow with a spiritual cleansing. You would purchase new items for the new house, but you can keep them, you do not need to keep them forever, until it is time to replace them. Yes a new mop headed is fine. One broom would be fine for the new home. As long as the broom and mop is good you would be fine. Remember to cleanse from back to front, top to bottom. When my friends move into a new home for the first time, I also set a white candle from Lucky Mojo, dressed with House blessing oil, and dressed the doors and windows with protection oil.

Yeah I might just leave the ammonia, my kids will be there don't want to make them sick with a reaction.
I'll definitely use the Chinese wash. I'm hoping it might neutralize some of that smell if it is still there.
Currently planning on Chinese washing the entire house before I start moving in, might use jinx killer after I'm in - just in case, and then do some drawing work.
I only have money house blessing and fiery wall of protection but yes that is also part of the plan!

This message is for Miss Cat as I had a consultation with Deacon Millet today and he recommended me to post this question in this forum and get advice from Miss Cat.

I moved into my current house 8 months ago but for some reason none of my house plants survive. I tried to buy several plants from time to time but they all die within two days. I even tried to change their position and environment but nothing helps. Even some plants that require least amount of care are dying.

This topic came up today during my consultation where I was mentioning how I am facing extreme delays in almost every matter of my life since I have moved into this new house.

I am not in a position to move into another house anytime soon so please tell me how to clean and bless this house. I am tired of all the setbacks and hurdles in my life and I am sad of seeing all of my plants dying within 2 days. Please advice me what to do.

SR33 --

To tell the truth, having your houseplants die quickly like that can be a very bad sign, both spiritually and physically. On the spiritual plane the house may be, as you suspect, unclean -- but on the physical realm the house or the water you give to the plants may be toxic or polluted.

Start with a simple plant like Pothos or Spider Plant and buy two of them.

Place one inside the house and water it with bottled water (not distilled water, but regular filtered bottled water). If it does not die, get your tap water checked -- there may be something seriously wrong.

Place the second plant where it will get fresh air from the outdoors, like on a porch or balcony, out of the wind. Water it with the bottled (but not distilled) water. If it survives but your indoor plant dies despite being watered with bottled water, there may be toxic gasses in the home.

I want you to do this because what you describe is not a common spiritual problem -- but it can be a sign of toxins in the air or water.

Okay, then, for cleansing the house, i recommend Chinese Wash. Dilute a capful of it fr each scrub bucket and clean the house top to bottom and back to front.

As you finish each room, light a small white candle -- like a birthday candle -- in that room and pray the 23rd Psalm.
