Thanks! That is exactly what I am doing and I’m sure it will be fine. I’ll read through AIRR and see who else might be available!

Thanks!

Hello,

I'm sorry if this is the wrong place to ask this question.

Can someone tell me how to reach Conjureman Ali?

Per his website, I paid for my reading in advance, then emailed him to let him know, BUT the email address on the site keeps coming back as a bad address!

I'm sure you can see why I am very concerned. Does anyone have a good contact number or email for him?

This is what is posted on the site: dr.raven@theconjureman.com

Thank you very much!

Hi simplydevine,

I have moved your post to the thread on trouble contacting AIRR members.

You can scroll up and see the advice given to others who have booked services but not heard from their rootworker. Since ConjuremanAli is not currently being booked through his AIRR page, you can't go through the Ombudsman for resolution. Instead, if you paid via PayPal, you will need to go through their dispute resolution process.

I'm sorry you're having this difficulty and I wish you a speedy outcome.

Hello Simplydevine,

If you look just a couple of messages above yours, you'll see a response from Miss Cat to another inquirer on the issue.

Anyone have trouble getting in touch with a Deacon Millett lately? I ordered a Deacon’s choice reading about three weeks ago. I emailed three times to see if he got my request no response. It’s not like him or his assistant to not at least respond that they’ve received the request. Worked with him in the past and never had this happen. I hope he’s ok.

Hello, PinupGypsy,

I just spoke with him by phone for about an hour today. He's fine.

If you pre-paid for the reading and have been unable to contact him, one possibility is that any email he is sending you is getting caught in your spam filter. Check your junk or trash mail.

Then, if after three attempts, you still get no response, you can file a complaint with the AIRR Ombudsman and someone from the Ombudsman team will reach out to him personally.

So what do you do when an AIRR member has ghosted you and you’ve also contacted the ombudsman but not heard back for 3 weeks?

RisenRaven,

Well, i am one of two folks on the current Ombudsman team. The other is Jon Saint Germain. I got no notice that there was any mail (i thought it was being forwarded, but it seems to not have been forwarding properly). I will look up the missing mail (damn you, Mercury Retrograde) and contact Jon.

Hello mana,

I have a contact form on my site and a stated wait time on my scheduler. Unfortunately you went through a different avenue so I've refunded you so you can find a reader you can connect with. All the best!

Hello all,
I had sent a request for mediation because I haven’t heard from the worker that I had in like a month now. I heard a mediator like the 3rd of this month and haven’t heard anything since then. I think it might be better to see if I can just get a refund or partial refund and find another worker that might match better with me. Would I have to send another request or would should I do? Thank you for your time and patience. All the best

Hello Ochun_Sweetness,

I would contact the Ombudsmans again to check on the status of your claim. They should be able to organize either contact from your worker or a refund.

I'm sorry you're going through this. Good luck.

AIRR Ombudsman here,

We regret any inconvenience and understand your frustration. I'm currently looking into this situation, and have contacted the reader / rootworker involved and am awaiting response.

The Ombudsman process sometimes takes several days to initiate, but it is happening, and we haven't forgotten this matter.

Thank you Miss Athena and Jon Saint Germain,
I’m just very disappointed with the results because I heard such good things about AIRR workers and I was excited to work with this particular worker. Now, I have to try to recover my money through PayPal because even the ombudsman wasn’t able to get a response. It kinda makes me iffy about trying to find another root worker honestly. Thanks again for y’all’s help and time.

I am having a problem with one of the way AIRR rootworkers. I am trying to contact the Ombudsman. I emailed them about a week and a half ago.

I paid a root worker a lot of money to do some work for me and I have not heard about the progress of it.

I've asked for pictures and now this root worker is constantly texting my phone and just being very nasty and rude. She is calling my phone and trying to start an argument with me. I won't participate or respond. I did not expect this from someone that is supposed to be a part of AIRR. It's very unprofessional.

I will have to put in a dispute with PayPal as well because I paid her over the phone once and then twice through PayPal.

This is really sad that you put your trust a rootworker and they get irate and rude with you about asking about the progress of the work. I don't even know if anything was done. This is serious and this is my life. I am very very disappointed and hurt.

This does not affect how I feel about Lucky Mojo, which I love.

Cupcakes and dreams --

We'd love to help you, but this forum is to help people choose and use Lucky Mojo spiritual supplies. It is not customer support for AIRR.

I edited your post to take out a name. It is against Forum policy to call people out by name, religion, ethnicity, gender, or appearance, so that had to go, as i hope you understand.

I do sympathize with your frustration, and i hope the matter can be resolved.

It is not incumbent on me, Lucky Mojo, or this Forum to run interference for AIRR. I am a member of AIRR, and i do help publicize the service for free, but i have not been an AIRR Ombudsman for a year now, as it is a rotating position, and i took my turn.

So, in the spirit of good will, i have dropped a Facebook message to the two current Ombudsmen -- Ms. Robin and Jon St. Germain -- and i have directed them to your post here in the forum.

Cupcakes and dreams,

I regret not hearing about this until now. Ombudsman emails are supposed to be forwarded to me, but the system has been known to fail. I will open a case as soon as I can and contact the parties involved. Can you send me screenshots of the emails or texts to info@jonsaintgermain.com ?

Thank you, and again my apologies.

For the record, the Ombudsman case and Paypal dispute brought against an AIRR member by Cupcakes and dreams was settled by Paypal in the AIRR member's favour, because the AIRR member suplied proof of materials having been sent to the client, as per the contract that had been made between them.

"Contract?" you say. "A contract for rootwork?" YES. You can ask any AIRR member to write out a contract for exactly what spiritual services will be provided and over what time period. If you are hiring rootwork that costs more than pocket change, we recommend that you do so with a contract. Learn all about how service contracts for rootwork are handled here, at this convenient AIRR web page:

Hi!
I emailed the Ombudsman about a concern I have: I bought a reading from an AIRR member last week, but I didn't receive any instructions on what to do next. I emailed the member to the two different emails on their profile, and with both I got back an "address doesn't exist" message.

I was going to contact them through the forum DMs, but I noticed their last log in was in 2018, so honestly I'm a bit concerned.

Thank you. <3

cihienahualli --

We'd love to help you, but this forum is to help people choose and use Lucky Mojo spiritual supplies. It is not customer support for AIRR.

The Forum DMs were diaabled many years ago due to spamming, trolling, advertising, and the posting of pornography.

This forum is not part of AIRR and there is no obligation for AIRR members to log in here.

To contact the AIRR Ombudsman, you will need to show three failures of contact. Here's how, why, and wherefore:

============================================

If you have trouble contacting an AIRR worker, we will not know why (we are all different folks and live in different places) -- but if you have tried THREE TIMES and received no contact back, we advise you to send an email to the AIRR Ombudsman, Miss Bri. She has the personal (private) phone numbers and emails of AIRR members at her disposal and can check in on them to see if they are out of town, down with an illness, or attending to faimly matters. She will then contact you with a reply.

Please read the AIRR Ombudsman Terms of Service (with contact details) here:

http://readersandrootworkers.org/wiki/O ... of_Service

You will see on that page the following:

Image

We Mediate Practitioner Failures of Contact

The AIRR Ombudsman can mediate a complaint based on a failure of contact BEFORE or AFTER your payment was made:

Failure to return your call or email: Please allow three attempts at contact before opening a case with the Ombudsman; if you do open a case, you will be required to provide full details of contact dates and methods of attempted communication.

Failure to acknowledge receipt of your payment: Please allow three attempts at contact before opening a case with the Ombudsman; if you do open a case, you will be required to provide full details of transaction dates and methods of payment.

Failure to schedule your appointment: Please allow three attempts at contact before opening a case with the Ombudsman; if you do open a case, you will be required to provide full details of contact dates and methods of attempted scheduling.

Contact data for the AIRR Ombudsman and all other pertinent materials are on that page or one link-click away.

============================================

What that means is that you need to show the AIRR Ombudsman three email or text messages you have sent to the person that bounced or went unanswered, or phone calls that went unanswered or redirected to a "no longer in service" message.

You do NOT need to try to contact the reader via this forum (it is not a part of AIRR) or via social media of any kind (also not a part of AIRR).

Generally, if you booked a reading, it is very likely that the booking was done via a calendar program, with day and hour specified. Then at the reader's site at AIRR it may say, "Please call me on the date and time specified" or "i will contact you to set up an appointment" or whatever information is provided -- if any. Some booking programs supply an automatic confirmation message and some do not.

Additionally, if you paid with Paypal, the Ombudsman will want to know the date of the transaction, the Paypal account the money was sent to, and the date. If payment was by any other means, some proof of payment should be provided.

See more detailed instructions at the link specified above.

Good Luck

Amywinter3,

I merged your question in the proper thread, t. The posts above describe when and how to contact an ombudsperson to assist, but it simply may be that the AIRR member you are interested in has been fully booked through the rest of the year and you will have to approach a different reader.

Disappointed in an AIRR Reader.

I booked an appointment which was available on her calendar for 07:45pm Thu, Jun 30, 2022 - 15 Minute Reading.

I received an email saying:

I actually do not take appointments with less than 24 hours notice. I am working tonight.

If you would be willing to cancel tonight and reschedule, I'd be happy to give you a reading then.

Thank you for understanding.

I did as I was asked and booked it for 1 am UK time for 06/07/22

Was sitting waiting in the zoom call for the AIRR reader to start the call. I sent two emails asking when it will start as I was waiting and the next thing I received whilst still waiting for the zoom call to start at 1:12 am, was a paypal refund.

Then an email saying:

Please check your email. I have already refunded your money

No explanation given. (My emails were very polite if one is wondering, as I thought perhaps she is overrunning with another client).

I have emailed back asking:

Hello

No explanation has been given as to why the reading dd not proceed and why you
have refunded without an explanation.

Why has this happened?

I am yet to receive a response. This has never happened before with any other AIRR reader and I must say I am very disappointed as to how this AIRR Reader has conducted herself. I will not be putting her name here unless it is necessary, but I do wonder if this is something that can be looked into so it doesn't reoccur. I waited from the 30th of June until the actual moment within the hour of my reading on the 6th of July, to out of the blue be refunded without explanation. If the reader could not provide the service why have it available, accept payment and then disappoint within the hour of the appointment? It is is not only disappointing but feels very cold and flippant of the AIRR Reader.

Hello, Kay --

We'd love to help you, but this forum is to help people choose and use Lucky Mojo spiritual supplies. It is not customer support for AIRR.

I am very sorry this happened to you. What you experienced is what we call a "failure of contact." It looks like Doc Murphy's booking system glitched or, as a new AIRR member, she may not have set up its fail-safe protocols. I am contacting her to see how we can help.

I responded to this client just a few minutes ago.

I told her I received no word from my schedule system or her about any rescheduled appointment, and received a "ping" about a zoom meeting while I was working on a grant proposal this evening.

While I will look into my schedule system, I refunded the client' money immediately and suggested a different reader or Hoodoo Psychics. I also informed the client that I cannot take appointments less than a week in advance with my schedule this summer.

Ombudsman can reach out to me at any time for more information.

Moderators, Please help with the situation.

I sent money to Dr.Raven (Ali) about 11 days ago, but he has not responded. I sent about three emails and texts to a number that I found through the payment channel --- used his website (theconjureman dot com) to send the money. I just saw on this website that he is not taking any consultations.

Can you please contact him and let me know what to expect?

Your help is greatly appreciated.

Hi,

We'd love to help you, but this forum is to help people choose and use Lucky Mojo spiritual supplies. It is not customer support for AIRR.

In regards to your problem with ConjureMan / Dr. Raven and AIRR:

All AIRR members are fully free to offer their services through other psychic lines or via their own web pages or social media -- but it is not possible for the AIRR Ombudsman to serve as mediators in disputes in such cases.

ConjureMan cannot be booked through AIRR, although he remains a member in good standing. The revision history of his AIRR page shows that ConjureMan has not been bookable through AIRR since 16 June 2017. Since you did not book him via AIRR, the AIRR Ombudsman will not be involved in your case.

If you have not received the service you paid for via another booking system, your best recourse is to file a chargeback on payment via whatever system of payment you used to book the service of the reader in the first place. For example, if you paid for a service via Paypal and did not receive it, we suggest that you file a dispute with Paypal.

We also have some good news for you:

You can sign up for a FREE READING and FREE ROOTWORK ADVICE from ConjureMan on the Lucky Mojo Hoodoo Rootwork Hour on almost any Sunday, where he has been giving free readings and free rootwork advice since 2010:

Get Free Psychic Readings and Rootwork Advice on the Lucky Mojo Hoodoo Rootwowrk Hour:
get-free-psychic-readings-and-rootwork- ... 93501.html

============================================

With respect to bookings that actually were made through AIRR:

The Moderators of the Lucky Mojo Forum are not the AIRR Ombudsman. We do not contact the AIRR Ombudsman on behalf of others. To make an Ombudsman complaint, please read the AIRR Ombudsman Terms of Service (with contact details) here:

http://readersandrootworkers.org/wiki/O ... of_Service

You will see on that page the following:

Image

We Mediate Practitioner Failures of Contact

The AIRR Ombudsman can mediate a complaint based on a failure of contact BEFORE your payment was made:

Failure to return your call or email: Please allow three attempts at contact before opening a case with the Ombudsman; if you do open a case, you will be required to provide full details of contact dates and methods of attempted communication.

Failure to acknowledge receipt of your payment: Please allow three attempts at contact before opening a case with the Ombudsman; if you do open a case, you will be required to provide full details of transaction dates and methods of payment.

Failure to schedule your appointment: Please allow three attempts at contact before opening a case with the Ombudsman; if you do open a case, you will be required to provide full details of contact dates and methods of attempted scheduling.[/b]

We Mediate Practitioner Failures of Delivery

The AIRR Ombudsman can mediate a complaint based on a failure of delivery of services or goods AFTER your payment was made:

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment with you: Please allow three attempts at contact before opening a case with the Ombudsman; if you do open a case, you will be required to provide full details of contact dates and methods of attempted communication. If the Practitioner has failed to keep a scheduled electronic, telephonic, or in-person appointment for a reading, a consultation, a spiritual bathing, or a cleansing of the premises, you may file a complaint with the Ombudsman; if you do open a case, you will be required to provide full details of transaction dates, methods of payment, and messages relating to the scheduled appointment.

Failure to ship spiritual supplies that you purchased: If supplies such as candles, Hoodoo and Conjure Oils|oils]], washes, incense, powders, curios, herbs, amulets, seals, mojo bags, doll-babies, or petition-papers were paid for and but never shipped, you may file a complaint with the Ombudsman; if you do open a case, you will be required to provide full details of transaction dates, methods of payment, and messages relating to the shipment.

Failure to replace lost or damaged spiritual supplies: If supplies were paid for and shipped but never received or were received damaged or broken in transit, you may file a complaint with the Ombudsman; if you do open a case, you will be required to provide full details of transaction dates, methods of payment, and messages relating to the shipment.

Failure to supply photos of altar work if altar photos were agreed to in a contract: If altar photos were paid for as part of the work and but never received, you may file a complaint with the Ombudsman; if you do open a case, you will be required to provide full details of transaction dates, methods of payment, and messages supporting your claim that altar photos were part of the original contract.

Failure to return your personal photos, concerns, or objects, if their return was agreed to in a contract: If personal photos, concerns, or objects were used in the work and they were to be returned to you, but were never received, you may file a complaint with the Ombudsman; if you do open a case, you will be required to provide full details of transaction dates, methods of payment, and messages supporting your claim that the return of these items were part of the original contract.
Contact data for the AIRR Ombudsman and all other pertinent materials are on that page or one link-click away.

============================================

Good luck.

Hey. This isn't a complaint, but was wondering if everything was ok? I sent a necklace to Miss Cat to be charged in March 2023. I don't have the tracking on it, but do have the Paypal Transaction ID for the money sent to do it. I have tried emailing Nagasiva, MISC, but no one has responded. I hope everything is ok? If there are any problems, let me know. Thanks

I am very sorry for the mix-up and the long delay, but he will help straighten it out.

Thanks. We talked about it in Fb. I couldn't locate or confirm receipt of the necklace and refunded your $100 for the work. We agreed that that is a good channel for future coordination on any similar work or exchanges. Much obliged and sorry about the problems. It looks like we've got it streamlined now.

Hi! How do I get in contact with Nikki Jean? I had a reading booked with her and she never contacted me like the booking said she would call me. She has no phone number listed on the AIRR page to contact her, and has various different emails to contact her on the airr page and website she has linked on her AIRR page and some aren’t in service I get a email the emails can’t be sent. Hoping this can be figured out because I paid 45.00 USD.

Hello SugarLoveHoney,

We are reaching out to Ms Nikki for you to try and help resolve this. She has recently moved and that may account for your appointment being missed. As soon as we know more we will post it here for you and/or Ms. Nikki will reach out to you once she's aware.

SugarLoveHoney,

I have heard back from Ms. Nikki and she informed me that she contacted you and rescheduled due to timezone confusion sometime earlier today. Enjoy your reading!

Does anyone know how long it is supposed to take to hear from the Ombudsman when you contact them about an issue? Should we expect a response to confirm they received our email?

Yes, if you do not receive a confirmation that your message was received, posting that fact here will trigger one or more of us to look into it. The Ombudsman is a volunteer and is not on call 24/7, but you should receive a confirmation.

MrsSchaeffer2020 --

I checked in with one of the AIRR Ombudspeople and was told that the AIRR Ombudsman email box has received no email from you. This would explain why you have not gotten a response.

This is not really a Lucky Mojo matter and i am just trying to help get you connected with the proper channels at AIRR, so i do wish you would take up any issues with them.

Did you fill our an Ombudsman form and email it as instructed? If so, perhaps you should try resending it.

Thanks.

Hi Ms Cat. Thank you for the research and response.

I actually sent the email with the form information to the Ombudsman email twice (I put the incorrect subject the first time) and neither email bounced back. I just sent it again.

Just a note of frustration and helpfulness --

Frustration: Someone sent email to the Lucky Mojo Curio Co. referring to me as "Kat" at Missionary Independent Spiritual Church and complained about an AIRR worker, saying they wanted me to "take her off the AIRR list" -- six months after their communication ended.

Wrong name (i'm cat), wrong email (MISC is not the LMCCo) and wrong organization (AIRR is a directory of rootworkers, nothing i control) and if this was such a problem, why wait 6 months to complain?

Helpfulness: Despite being the wrong person at the wrong email in the wrong organization, nagasiva is helping me by sending a copy of the email complaint to the rootworker and to the AIRR Ombudsman, and is instructing the client in how to contact the right channels.

Thank you, nagasiva,

ONE MORE TIME:

The Moderators of the Lucky Mojo Forum are not the AIRR Ombudsman. We do not contact the AIRR Ombudsman on behalf of others. To make an Ombudsman complaint, please read the AIRR Ombudsman Terms of Service (with contact details) here:

http://readersandrootworkers.org/wiki/O ... of_Service

You will see on that page the following:

We Mediate Practitioner Failures of Delivery

The AIRR Ombudsman can mediate a complaint based on a failure of delivery of services or goods AFTER your payment was made:

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment with you:
Please allow three attempts at contact before opening a case with the Ombudsman; if you do open a case, you will be required to provide full details of contact dates and methods of attempted communication.

If you paid an AIRR reader or rootworker through Paypal or your credit or debit card, you can make a claim for a refund based on non-deliery of services, if you do so promptly. Additionally, if you paid with Paypal, the Ombudsman will want to know the date of the transaction, the Paypal account the money was sent to, and the date. If payment was by any other means, some proof of payment should be provided.

Hello all. I was wondering if anyone knew whether Miss Athena was okay? I booked a reading with her for 9/11 and she did not show up. I contacted her 15 minutes into the reading time and twice since with no response. I am hoping she’s okay and would like to reschedule or receive a refund ($60). Thank you!

As far as i know, she has been fine ... bt i am not in regular touch with her. I suggest that if you paid via Paypal, you just ask for a refund via Paypal, then try rescheduling at another time.

Good luck!

Thanks, Miss Cat. I’ve gone ahead and did that. Just wanted to see if there were circumstances causing a foreseeable delay and was willing to wait if so. I will rebook when I finally hear from her. Thanks again!
