Let me get this straight: you have only one mojo for love and for protection against spells being thrown at you?

If that is the case, then this is the problem. You should not combine 2 completely different things in one mojo hand. What was probably happening is that the mojo hand was rejecting your requests because it was not the right mojo hand.

You will need one for protection and another for love.

You can remove the rose quartz and cleanse it.

Dear LM family,

I gave a silver dime to my cousin. She gave it to her son to make jewelry out of it. Her son polished the dime and made it into a bracelet for her to wear. She was worried that the polishing process has reduced or removed the protection power of the dime. Is this true?

i have a blue glass evil eye keychain with several "little eyes" on it. one fell off. i assume it took a hit for me. there are several more on the keychain. do you guys think i should dispose of the entire thing or simply the single eye? i'm a bit torn, as i've had it for ages.

Hello airofwealth,

That's a lot of different kinds of objects, but generally, if you want to reconsecrate a hard object, give it a wash in whiskey then re-dress it with an appropriate oil (Lodestone oil for lodestones, for example), then start feeding it if it needs to be fed. Mojo bags are a different story. If the mojo bag feels "dead" to you, you might need to ritually take it apart and remake it after washing the hard objects inside like I described and replenishing things like herbs, petition papers, etc.

My mercury dime fell off my ankle four times, today. I was at home all four times.

The first time it was on a chain, the chain didn't break, the latch just let it go. The second time I used a bit of red wool cord, and it didn't break either, the dime's loop let go of the cord (I guess, I mean that's the only possible way it could have come off.) I took the loop off and put a new cord directly through the hole in the dime, then the double knot on the cord let go. Then I switched to a ribbon, and that double knot, too, came undone. So I just redid it again with a new cord and this time I knotted it several more times. I'm baffled because this has never happened before, and usually wool really grips itself better than this. I think it must be the dime trying to tell me something.

Here's something weird. The dime in question is a 1944. Today, I made a LM order including some Reversing Oil and candles plus a few other things, and my order number ends in 444.

As you can imagine I cleaned myself and my home, used Fiery Wall oil, burned Tibetan Ghost Purge Incense and put on an additional mercury dime. I'm a little unnerved.

Which have you found that work best for you? I'd rather not have something that would cause people to stare and question the piece. Yes, I've looked through each. There are a few that I find catching but I'm still unsure which would be best suited for me. I'll just relook through them.

I know that I have someone working negative magic against me, it's an old friend of mine. We had a falling out when his wife committed suicide, he was the cause of it. I could never look at him the same after that, we got into an argument a few months back and since then he's been working against me. So, that's mostly what I'd like protection from, his workings. I'll reread all the descriptions and hopefully find something. There's certainly plenty to choose from!

I can purchase Van Van oil in the mean time and put it on a piece of jewelry I already own while reciting a psalms over it, correct? I have a ring I wear everyday, it has a crescent moon, star, cross & sun on it. Would that be okay to use?

NECESSARY TO HAVE PROTECTION AMULET FOR 4YR OLD KID?

I am desperate now. I (and my brothers) have recently come to the conclusion that we have been under a curse/hex/jinx/cross and we are buying stuff to do a Cleansing bath.

Also we want to do a Protection Spell (Fire Wall) together with St Michael.

Having known how bad these curses can be, I dont want my 4 year old son to experience it, so I am thinking of making a special amulet of personal worn protection for him.

But also I realise its somewhat unethical/embarrassing for his teachers to observe he wears some hind of amulrt on him. So I am asking, is there a way around this?

Honestly though, being that young, unless he is being brought up in a magical tradition and understands what its for, I would probably stick with regular cleansing and protection baths, bottle spells for protection, and/or candle workings for protection while hes away at school.

In your other post - viewtopic.php?t=9831&p=385799#p385799 - I suggested getting a reading to get more information about your jinx situation. If you do this, I would also inquire about whether or not what you and your brothers are going through will even effect him to begin with (beyond the effect it has on you in his life), as per your other post, should it turn out to be a curse, seems to only be effecting your generation (you and your brothers).

There is no "strongest" talisman for two reasons:

1. Each culture has its own ways of working -- a strong Hindu talisman may look innocuous to a Christian and vice versa, merely due to unfamiliarity with the tradition of powerful use in an unnown culture or because of disrespect for that culture. Therefore, we supply talismans from many cultures, for the use of those who are familiar with them or may wish to learn about them.

2. A talisman may be simply a factory-made or hand-made charm or piece of jewelry, which receives its protective power during a rite of consecration, prayer, ritual work, or fixing and preparing -- or by being linked in one way or another to the person for whom it is made, for instance by the application or inclusion of personal concerns into the item.

Regarding talismans of protection being discreet, that is quite a common request. We are often asked, as workers, to craft a discreet talisman or to empower an innocuous-looking aesthetic item as discreet talisman, to avoid suspicion among co-workers or school-mates that one is wearing anything protective. There are several common reasons for this"

1. The recipient may not wear a talisman if he or she knows it is magical in intention.

1. It may be socially advantageous to keep one's associates from the knowledge that one practices magic

2. It may be magically advantageous to keep one's magically-aware associates from the knowledge thats one is erecting a shield against attacks, to blind them to the fact that one is well aware of the attacks.

I want to ask a slightly different question about the Evil Eye. Now I believe that usually it is inadvertent, not a planned ritual, just something someone might do when they are spontaneously angry or jealous (road rage comes to mind). So what can we do NOT to shoot the Evil Eye at others?

I am a double Scorpio with Mars on the Ascendant. I am told I give off a strong vibe when I enter a room. Like anybody, I can get angry, but I don't want to inflict harm on others inadvertently.

Other than just trying to be conscious of my actions, what can I do to prevent giving the Evil Eye and transmitting negativity in general?

In cultures where the evil eye is considered a legitimate phenomenon, it is usually believed to be more commonly transmitted by admiration and jealousy than by anger. If you find yourself admiring or coveting something of someone, give them a small token of appreciation (like a piece of candy) to spiritually pay them back for your potentially harmful sentiments.

Alternatively, you could symbolically spit on them three times to take away potential harm. Don't actually spit on them, just do a little ptou ptou ptou gesture towards them (which you can do when they're not looking, to avoid detection). It's a form of apotropaic magic to deflect the evil eye should it actually be caused by your sentiments. That is a very traditional Mediterranean counter attack, which you can adopt for yourself.

The evil eye is often cast by jealousy or coveting something of another. Though in Italian culture we have ways of putting the eye on you, as do many Arabic traditions. Having a strong energy does not put the evil eye on them, unless you are doing these behaviors to place it on them. You can always recite Psalms 23 when you feel you may have accidentally cast it, and of course take a bath in hyssop to remove any sin. Miss Athena gave you a trick, in Italy you turn and spit 3 times to remove it. though the fact you do not want to is a good sign, and something you can probably ask the Lord in prayer each day to not allow happen. Hi there

I am looking for some kind of amulet, charm, talisman, physical object to help me. I suffer from anxiety attacks and MDD. While I am in treatment and take medications for my disorders, I would like to depend less on anxiety medication or do away with it altogether.

I know some of it can't be helped and won't be by carrying something around with me, but I would like to add something to my life to increase positivity and block some of these attacks. I know some of it is brought on by a strong, nearly lifelong struggle with a fear of failure, avoidance behavior [perfectionism, ruminating, self-esteem, etc] and cant be "cured" I just want something to help me. Something I can wear or hold and maybe take me "down" a little when I'm on the verge of an attack or something to help counter/block the negativity and reground myself.

If anyone has any suggestions that would be wonderful.

P.S. I think all the descriptives I'm using are not generally used keywords when searching for this stuff because I'm having a hard time finding anything. Or if anyone has any suggestions for better search terminology for a person new to this lifestyle, I would appreciate that, too. thanks for your time!

I thought I'd share that two good saints to work with here may be St. Thomas the Apostle (not Aquinas the Scholar) or Saint Dymphna. After a friend picked up a little hand-painted metal pendant of Saint Thomas when I was contending with a bit of anxiety and self-doubt as part of a big career change, I started wearing the pendant and working with him on a regular basis. It worked pretty well for me. And I thought of that little pendant immediately when I read your question.

Saint Dymphna is more of a specialist in mental health and nervous disorders. If you wanted to get really specific about protection from Native American spirits, I would bring your concern to an elder in that community. They may say you would work to appease the spirits with offerings and working with the land but again you would want to work within that tradition. In Hoodoo I don't know of any amulets that are targeted to that degree, to a certain group of people.

Have you read through this thread on using mercury dimes and other protection spells? I would start there to get some ideas. Find something that would be easy to carry with you so it's available when you need it.

The hamsa hand or Hand o Miriam is a common protective amulet among Jews, and it is against old-school Jewish law and custom to get a tattoo .... so i really have no reply for you at that level.

Other cultures also use the Hamsa (the Muslims call it the Hand of Fatima) and they may permit tattoos. I hope someone else chimes in on this.

Hi all.

So a little background. I was dating someone for 5 years and did some work on him to tie him to me. 6 months ago we had a baby together. About 2 months ago, I had to go no contact with him due to him stalking me. I got a restraining order. I was constantly having nightmares and always felt on edge so I had a reading done yesterday and was told that a third party put a hex on me. It's supposed to make me sick and eventually die, however, it's not causing sickness or any illness and since God is a higher power He is protecting me. All it's doing is causing my nightmare, anxiety and stress. I believe it's my ex's ex that did this to me. I was told to do an uncrossing and reversing.

I would like to purchase something that I can wear to have protection from evil since burning candles is getting harder to do in my current situation (full house most of the day).

What I would like to know is if I purchase the evil eye amulet to use as a bracelet, can I use that prior to doing the uncrossing and reversing spell? Will that protect me from anybody trying to do any hexes on me again?

We're catholic and use the red string with an eye on it for our babies. Is it that same one you sell? There are many different ones in your catalog.

Any help is appreciated.
