I don't know why I tend to be afraid in my current job's office. Seems like the ladyboss loves to give me some ad-hoc jobs and expecting me to finish it immediately. Often I hate to be in the office as well.

hi all,
I was wondering if lemon leaves crushed to a powder could be used on a candle with a person who works with me to
cut and clear her away from the job site? maybe a purple candle with bend over oil too?
I don't know if im on the right track here so I thought why not ask?

thank you for your quick response. I haven't had money to buy hot foot powder but I made some using cayenne salt amd pepper
and sulfer... don't know if this powdered mixture will work as a quick hot foot powder.
im firing her today and picking up her last check... but I dnt want her coming around wen im not here due to she was trying to befriend my bosses who by the way didn't question my judgement in letting her go one bit.. I believe she was trying to spread rumors so id lose my job n she could take over.. btw I hired her, shes a distant relative....
I felt sorry for her n gave her a chance... it bit me in the butt trying to be helpful... I and some other employees fear
she'll return when no one is around to get some kind of revenge... I just want her GONE! AFRAID if I throw HF mix it'll affect me too?

Cookies can be with sugar from a sugar bag that's been worked on your co-workers and boss (like a honey jar but in a bag of sugar and made with only edible herbs and roots, no oils or powders). A nice sugar bag for work situations (to improve relations generally and be loved) can have a stick of cinnamon, a few cloves and a vanilla bean in it along with a petition paper/name paper for each person at the office. You could also work a honey jar with those same herbs and then add a bit of the honey to what you bake.

For respect specifically, adding a pinch each of Sampson Snake root and Master of the Woods will go a long way.

First, I apologize because I could not find where to post this question...so I guess my question is how to keep peace in the office (with me).

I have a job that I like..except for the incoming phone calls. Incoming phone calls where we have to complete applications for customers. Every single day I dread getting a phone call at work...if I didn't ever get phone calls I would be happy at my job. My question is: How can I get NO phone calls and let everyone else get them instead? Now, we don't get a lot of phone calls but we get a few a day in the whole office. I get nervous and dread every moment at work that the phone call will come to my desk. So, how do I stop these calls to my phone line? I hope I have made my question clear...what can I do/use? Hello senora63,

I can empathize with you—talking on the phone usually gives me anxiety! However, if answering a call every once in a while is in your job description, short of disconnecting your phone (which could get you in trouble with the boss), I don't think there is a spell out there that can stop all calls from coming to you. *However*, you can definitely do a few things to help you at least attract articulate, courteous, patient customers who hopefully won't drive you up the wall. I think you could accomplish this with a petition paper dressed with Attraction oil and Mercury oil, with a petition saying you want to bring about that type of people, along with crystal-clear communication. Fold the paper toward you, and place it under your phone.

If you're nervous over the phone, trying anointing yourself with Crucible of Courage oil and Crown of Success oil.

Good Morning to all who reads this.

I am new to the Lucky Mojo, so please be patient with me.

I have endured 4 years of bullying from 2 ladies at my work place. The type of bullying they do however is never seen by anyone other than my self or those that they have in their little group (meaning the boss never sees it) so good case my word against theirs. They are rude, nasty hateful ladies, and I am sure they had to be the school bullies because they are so good at it.

We had a new girl start a year ago, and I thought maybe this is my chance to make a friend, and things were going well then I noticed she was belittling me and treating me just as the other two where so I went with my gut and ended the friendship, being I have had enough of that to last a life time. So now I am up to 3 bullies at work, with them jacking with my job to boot.

I am current on my work responsibilities to date, so I have no worries about my job. However when you have 3 working against you all the time one can start to wonder you know. So I need help on spells to stop the bullying, the hatefulness, and the sabotage they are trying to do towards my job.

I have tried the freezer spells and it does not seem to be working. I have done it twice now, once with the Lemon,spices,vinegar, aluminum foil, with their names written 9 times with Psalms 109:8 written on top of their names.(nothing)

Last week, I wrote their names on parchment paper stating they are banished from my life and that they are to stop bullying me, and that I am inside a reversed mirror bow and what ever negative, nasty, rude untruth they say about me will reflect back to them 10 x fold i used, red pepper, poppy seed, alum & vinegar. I mixed this up with the parchment paper folded away from me placed in many ziplock bags to freeze, but still nothing.

I love my job, the owner, and the president and I get paid very well, so me leaving is not an option.

Here is what I collected and have on hand.
1: Hair from each of the ladies and .
2: printed out picture of each

So I need spells that will do the following
1: Get them to permanently leave me & my family alone, stay out of my job responsibilities, spreading lies, talking shit.
2: Give back what they have done to me for the past 4 years (is this even doable) I think they should feel what they have done
3: I would love to undo all the damage that all their lies and shit talking about me has caused at the office being it has caused a lot of stress along with awkwardness among everyone..
4: Get them to leave
5:Get them to turn on each other
6: Maybe even have the rest of the office see them as they truly are and treat them as they have me and start to like me more.

I read all 3 links, and Being I am new, I need something a bit easier to start out with. If that is possible. Can one make a mirror box and place a picture and a hair of the person(s) in it along with what you need to be reversed back to them. and burn a black candle while saying what need to be revesed back. Then place the words you spoke from paper in the box with the picture and hair of the person(s) and close the box and say burry it in your back yard? Being it is against the law to bury anything in a graveyard.
Also since I have not seen the freeze out spell work yet, is it to soon to do another? maybe a jar with water place their picture in it read off why you are freezing them out of your life while there is a black candle lite then once done close the jar tightly place in a closet where it is dark, sniff out the candle.
i have also read about brake-up /shaker bottles, do they work for my issues?

I truly need something easy and quick working, for I feel I am at my wits end with these bullies. I don't want to harm them, i just want them to receive back to them all the pain, hurt, suffering, worry, tears, sleepless nights, that i have endured for the last 4 years and until they stop all together.

For someone who is new to hoodoo, you're being mighty quick to jump in and want to change how these spells are performed without understanding *why* they're traditionally done the way they're done.

If you have qualms about burying something in a graveyard, don't do a mirror box.

If it hasn't been more than at least a few weeks since you started your freezer spell, give it some more time! Spells take time to work.

You asked if you could use a "shaker" jar; a vinegar jar is worked like that, as you shake the jar daily. They're easy to do, and Aida already linked you that page.

If you feel like you're entirely too new to do this work yourself, you could always hire a rootworker to do it for you:

I looked all over the forum for an answer to my question, my apologies if this has been covered before. There is an open position in my department, and this person will have a huge influence on my job, and their office is next to mine so I will have to interact with him or her quite a bit. I seem to have bad luck with coworkers, and we've had a string of dishonest and not very nice employees in the past. What can I do to attract an honest, nice, coworker who does a good job and acts with integrity? I have a lot of different LM oils, some herbs, the job position posting, an empty office where they will sit, and soon I'll know the names of those on the hiring committee.

I thought attraction oil would be good to use but that's as far as I can get. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

Here is my plan so far:

I shrunk the 3 page job posting into a tini tiny print square, taking out all the paragraph lines, shrinking the font and so forth. I printed it out onto parchment paper. I'm going to tear a square around job posting, leaving room for writing around the outside, and then write my full name and DOB nine times upward over the job posting. Then I'll write in an unbroken circle around it all the good qualities I want in the new person. I'm planning on using a pink taper candle and writing on it downward towards the base "[Full names and DOB of hiring committee members], with God's great wisdom bring me and [the name of my organization] a wonderful coworker and employee. Then I'll dress the candle with Attraction and King Solomon wisdom oil. I think there are dishonest people at my organization with ulterior motives that are already promoting their candidate, and I want God to inspire the hiring committee to see through any deceits.

I need to find a Psalm to pray over it, and then I’ll start the candle on Sunday, Jan. 29th, during the beginning of the waxing moon. I’ll keep burning the pink taper candles over the petition until someone is hired.

Is there anything anyone can add or anything I could do better? I’m new at hoodoo and open to any corrections. Any ideas for the empty office? Any ideas for a Psalm?

Eventually I want to end up with a spell I can do with every new hiring, I am so tired of icky, negative, sabotaging coworkers. I have to say I'm amazed. I went to sleep last night after reading through the list of Psalms, thinking about finding a Psalm that fits, this morning while looking for something else I found this prayer on the internet in such an off chance way I can't really describe it. I'm sharing it in case it's of interest to anyone else:

Let's say I want to sweeten people at work. It would be easy to get about 15 minutes undisturbed in the break room where a couple months' worth of sugar, artificial sweeteners, and coffee are stored, though I wouldn't be able to do anything too attention-drawing, like lighting a candle.

So how would you work a case like this? Is it worth it to try fixing the sweeteners, or would I be better off trying something like spreading a powder around the place?

I hope I’m putting this in the right place.

I am female and recently returned to work after overcoming cancer. I was quickly reminded that people don’t respect me. It’s not my coworkers. It’s the customers.

I work in the insurance industry. This is an example of the issues that I face. About a week ago one of my male coworkers called a policy holder to give her a courtesy call about her pending cancellation for her policy. We are currently putting all calls on speaker so no one is touching a phone against their faces. So I heard the conversation.

Well, the lady was nice on the phone to him. She said that she cancelled the policy already when he explained that she needs to come in and sign cancellation documents to cancel it on our end.

She calls back today (which is a week later) when I answer the phone. She tries to fuss at me before I even have a chance to know who she is or what the problem is. In an angry tone, she tells me that she is going to get her lawyer and everything before I say anything besides what is your name and which company do we have you under. Her money was drafted out of her account because she did not properly cancel her policy as she was instructed to aka come in and sign or otherwise cancel with the home office.

I get the other agent to come to the phone because he was handling it in the first place. She then goes back acting all calm and starts saying to him, “Do you remember the day I called to cancel my policy?” The rest of the convo went smoothly even when he had to correct her on some of her false statements.

Overall, when these customers (especially women customers) are angry they take their frustration out on me. I stay professional, but they really want me to stoop to their level. I am an agent and not a secretary.

What could I use to command respect while in the work place without having to turn into a mean bitch? I don’t have these issues outside of work. People are generally nice to me.

Hahaha, after I initially posted my question, I was wondering why I specifically wrote to “command respect” and was questioning if I should change it. I’m glad I didn’t. That’s literally what I want. I don’t know why I never looked at the commanding products because they do specifically address my issue.

I also probably need to also look into the master products also. I know I need to work on my leadership skills. I’m not a sheep but instead try to be a lone wolf. Lol

Hi,

I just started a new job and I'm looking for something that would help me be successful at it while helping me make friends and allies too.

I'm an EMT so as far success is concerned I want to provide good patient care. This is the most important thing.

As far as getting along with my coworkers is concerned I just want to get along and have a mutually respectful relationship with my coworkers. This is the 2nd important thing.

(There is somewhat of a current problem where my first assigned regular partner and I did NOT get along and both of us asked to be reassigned after a week together. As it stands right now, the drama appears to be over.

But I don't want to get a reputation as a troublemaker, particularly since I loathe office politics and any of that kind of nonsense. I am also slightly worried that my supervisor somewhat regards me as a nuisance because of this and newbie mistakes? I just want things to go smoothly as an employee.)

Yes, you can do that, but the work will be more effective if you use people's names. If you have a boss, an HR director, or people you work directly with, you may also want to use their specific names.
