Hi Michelle12,

Could you please add punctuation to your future posts? This was very difficult to read and understand, as it was a run-on sentence. That would be very helpful.

You can certainly use your products to get rid of that troublesome co-worker. Put some Hot Foot powder down where she will walk, and you can dissolve the Stop Gossip bath crystals into a small spray bottle and lightly spritz your work area (and hers if you have access to it) to keep the malicious talk at bay.

As for how soon it might work, only Spirit can answer that.

You should be cleansing yourself with hyssop after using Hot Foot (it isn't necessary if you just use Stop Gossip by itself). I would also be using full Protection products, but if all you have is basil, then brew it into a tea and drink it and/or add it to your bath.

Hi everyone,

I'm wondering what would be the best products to use to improve my coworker's attitude toward moderate to minor criticism and things not going the way he'd like at work. Our boss isn't an easy person to please, and if necessary I can use Boss Fix Oil on him to make things more pleasant for everyone. However, I'd like to know how to influence my coworker to be less volatile in his reactions. He's a great help to me, and it would be extremely difficult to do my job well without his technical knowledge and efforts. We get along great, but the problem is he gets discouraged by our boss' attitudes and changes he isn't seeing implemented. How can I influence my coworker to be more patient and a bit less emotional at work?

Mezan,

Tranquility powder would work great, because you could use it to calm both the co-worker and the boss. The other products like oil, incense, etc can help too, but powders are easiest to deploy at work.

You could also place clarity powder around the place, to help keep emotions from clouding good judgment.

Here is updated, I have mixed hot foot powder with local dirt, sprinkled it all over on my targets cubicle floor. She came in & step on it, but she seen a little dark dirt. She had a fit and said that she didn't step on that dark dirt. She call the cleaning guy to come and clean the spot up. He said to her that it was just dirt from the vacuum cleaner , was lefted thier accidently by the cleaning people.

I know she didn't noticed it until she walked into her cubicle area.

Do you think she step on it ?

I'm hoping she did.

Late on she was acting very strange going back & forth to her desk.

Please advise,thanks.

Acting strange and going back and forth is a good sign it had an effect. Judging from her reaction I´d be a bit careful thou. She might suspect someone put it down for her. If so, expect retaliation to follow. Best of luck.

Just to let you know the cleaning guy has told her that it was just dirt so much more that came from the vacuum cleaner when the cleaning people tonight before. Her friend also told at this as well that the vacuum cleaner bag must've had a leak and some of the dirt came out. She also told her that's no big deal I stop fussing about it and let the cleaning guy do his job. So the cleaning guy just clean that spot up and the rest the cubicle floor. I do not think she would be retaliating back to anyone .
I enjoy the fact that she went back-and-forth at her desk constantly.

It's great that the cleaning guy gave her that plausible explanation. Still, you should be cleansing and protecting yourself after work like this, to guard against any retaliation. She may be more aware of magic than you think. As they say, an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.

Cleanse with hyssop and I suggest you look into Protection products to use regularly.

I work with a colleague who is sneaky, underhanded, bossy and two faced. She is a pain, and I want to take some action so she leaves me and my colleague alone. She thinks she knows everything and is narcissistic too.

I thought about doing a freezer spell, but I know that it's risky because I have company. I have thought about hot footing, but touching her stuff while she's away without being caught will be tricky. I just want her to shut up about her life, stop meddling and go away.

Any advice?

Good for you for blowing the whistle...it's not an easy thing to do, and takes courage. I applaud you.

Take a good cleansing bath to clear up anything negative that may be lingering on you, just to give yourself a clean slate. Then put up protection and carry a protection amulet with you at all times. On Friday evening before I left work I sprinkled hotfoot powder under 2 of my colleagues desk who are giving trouble and I have come in this morning and to my surprise the cleaner has vacuumed the whole lot up it is not easy to do this now I don't know what to do any help or advice as I suspect this is what is going to happen every time.

Here's something that I do:

I literally drop things that belong to me on their belongings. Something obvious like a pair of glasses, or whatever, and say that it flew out of your hands.

Then, while you are searching for whatever you have "dropped" (<----lol), lay the powder!

I haven't been at work for the past week so in respect to the hotfoot powder and it's affects towards the colleagues I am not sure yet, I will be in tomorrow .
I though have seen noticeable bad luck with my self and beginning to wonder if this is affects of the hotfoot powder I put down or is it coincidence? I am slightly worried as it has affected things I have been doing seriously can you tell if this is something that is possible.

Sometimes when we throw mud at other people, we get a little dirty ourselves. It can happen.

It is a good idea to cleanse yourself using hyssop when doing cursing work, and then put up protection to repel any work that may be sent your way. Please make this a regular habit.

I haven't been able to get the protection supplies as yet hopefully in the next couple of weeks i will be able to order them but even still it will take a good while before i receive them as they will be shipped to the UK and usually the orders take a good 8-10 weeks to arrive so what can i do until then?

I mean i will take into consideration what you have said which is to let the spell do its job, but she is very sensitive to everything as i say she watches me like a hawk the only thing that is left for her to do or master is read my mind.

Pay special attention to your phone or any surface where she (or another) could lay their hands. I need some protection from a co-worker who's technically above me, but not my immediate boss.

He's very insecure and trashes people behind their backs and throws them under the boss at the drop of a hat. I want to make sure I'm protected from his trash talk and possible sabotage attempts. He's done a bit of back biting about me already and I want to stop this behavior before it escalates.

I don't want to do anything too harsh at this point. I'd like to start with something mild and then see if I need stronger protection if that doesn't work.

Hello,

I'm having a rough time with someone that I have to interact with on a daily basis due to work. I would like suggestions for protection and healing....

I am not interested in casting anything harmful, I want to keep this persons energy to stop messing with mine at every interaction for they are very ego driven and 'never wrong'.

Unfortunately, I'm stubborn and have a argumentative side when I feel I'm being treated unfairly.

The advice I seek is what can I do for myself (besides keeping a distance) to keep this negative energy reaction from blowing out of proportion?

It sounds like you are just looking for a little extra barrier against this other person. I would take Protection products (You can find them at this link http://www.luckymojo.com/protection.html), and sprinkle the powder around your work area and even powder yourself with them if you like. You can also use the oils to anoint the corners of your desk if you work at a desk or even stand in the smoke of the incense before you go into work every day or once a week or once a month. There is a person at work who is causing me a lot of pain. We both have the same title at work so we're equals - and we work on completely different projects. The only things we share are the same boss and the same office (unfortunately).

Although he has nothing to do with my job, he is constantly in my business, gossiping about me, and sniffing around for dirt. Since we share an office, have no privacy. I even switched offices for a few days and he still knew everything that was happening on my project! Fortunately, my project is progressing well, perhaps better than his.

1) The constant gossip is messing with my head and chipping away at my soul. He has a friendship with the boss so I'm feeling very vulnerable and uneasy. I've worked too hard to let this jealous co-worker take me down. I don't want to get him fired but I do want to silence his gossip.

2) I need to protect myself and take back my power. I need some privacy.

3) I'd like any of his further attempts at sabotaging me to be reflected back to him.

I'm new to all this so specific details and instructions would be very appreciated.

Ideally, use it in the bathroom at work; mix them together and put them in a little spray bottle, like a purse size cologne spray bottle. You can get little plastic ones at the drugstore.

I like to dress the phone headset or earpiece (to affect what he hears and what he says), the computer monitor (just the corners and center, VERY lightly) and keyboard, to control what he writes, and the space under his desk (where he puts his feet) to control his path.

Similarly, with Stop Gossip - do I use the Stop Gossip product on myself/my workspace or his?

Same treatment as the Banishing. In fact, mix small quantities of each together, just for him. That way you don't have to dress his workspace twice.

I am in the process of purchasing the hot foot kit for this colleague who is intent on making my life a misery untill she decides to leave.

if I could video her in action you would know the extent of what I am talking about, this women amongst other things totally stifles the heck out of me this may sound obsurd but she even had food envy. it disgusts me. she had a large lunch, chinese to be exact, and the second I opened a bag of chips she had to open one and she scoffed it before I could even so much as finish what I had. this is just an example of how this women watches me. it sickens me and what she doesn't reàlise is I am watching her watching me.

I know I've said it time and time again but she is REALLY HORRIBLE and really needs to go.

It is exactly what I say it is and it's driving me crazy.
