It is a real old-fashioned spell to clean the place with Chincese Wash and rub the doorknobs with Cedarwood Oil when you want to rent a place out.

goldmine- You'll find the Cedar woood oil in the Essential Oils section on the oil page.

You may consider working with St. Joseph to help rent out the property. Take a picture of the property and place it under an image or statue and light a candle praying for his help.

I am so grateful and thankful that through the prayers of CSL and the intercession of St. Anthony, i found a great tenant to rent one of my rooms in my wellness center. I blessed her keys before i gave them to her with LM prosperity and blessing oil with the intent that as she prospers and is blessed in the new place so will i prosper and be blessed as well.

I want to do some work to make sure the relationship remains smooth and sweet and I want to make sure she abides by my rules and respects my wishes. I told her upfront i am very energy conscious and that everything has be turned off/down when not in use.... i.e. lights, heat, equipment etc, i also want the place kept neat and clean even though i will be providing a monthly cleaning service [which will include my spiritual cleanse as well]. I have already sealed the place with "my first morning urine wash" when i first acquired the place, so i know the place is mine. However, I do want to maintain the upper hand in a gentle way, and still have a nice relationship with this person. I think we are both good for each other and we can refer patients/clients to each other. It is a great match and i want it to work out. In addition i told her that my spiritual practices entail lighting candles and burning incense [ I did did not tell her i practice conjure] she said that is fine as she occ practices Wicca and will take her blessing from all "good things".

I was thinking of doing a sugar bowl with her name and my petition written over her name stating things such as: you are very sweet, you keep the place clean, you treat the place with respect, you love being here and whatever else i can think of along these lines.

I would love to get suggestions from others on this board of other appropriate works for this type of situation. If i go with the sugar bowl, what herbs would be most appropriate for this case? I have Miss Cat's book and a nice inventory of her herbs on hand. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Your sugar bowl work sounds good. I'd start by taking an Influence bath, rinsing the sugar bowl with the bathwater, and letting it air-dry; then doing your work.

Say, is there a break room, or at least a coffee pot with fixin's, for all the tenants to use? Put the sugar bowl in there!

If there are communal cleaning supplies, spike those, too, with the Influence bathwater or Influence powder, as appropriate. It only takes a few drops.

Also, don't forget spraying Peace Water in the bathrooms -- and the bathwater can be mixed with that, too. As a matter of fact, now that I think of it, include Peace Water in your Influence Bath!

I went to apply for a new job today. I attached my resume, dressed in Attraction and Crown of Success powders. Thank you Susan, I lit candles oiled with fiery wall oil, and also attraction candles to attract another tenant, and it worked! I was afraid these two different type candles would cancel each other, but they didn't and a new roommate is arriving on the 1st December, she looks nice.

At the risk of reiterating what's been said, I just want to make sure I choose the right product.
I have had to move se eral times to different apartment complexes, mostly because of safety concerns and each one the turnover rate was high, people moving in and out on a daily basis, mostly for skipping rent.then the next onesnwould move in noisier than the next.
I finally found a place My family movd in and it is peaceful. But so far we'Ve
neighbors move out (for good reasons), and another set moved out, thy have causws nothing but problems, (so much for the peace. . theyve since moved.
My quesrion is, can I have a candle burning service attraction set in sequential lighting to attract deacent, respectful neighbors? Inam unable to do spell work in my home. What can I use in conjunction with this to assist this.

Greetings:

Neighbors from hell are finally clearing out, fixing the house up to sell, getting rid of junk, etc. Took a few years, as some divinations had said, but I kept up the work.

New question is, how to clear the place of the dreck left behind? I know the repair work & redecorating being done can do a lot, but given a history of unmediated schizophrenia, domestic violence, drug abuse & child &animal abuse, I don't think paint & new countertops are enough. I plan on LOTS of salt, also Uncrossing, Banishing & Peaceful Home powders. Is it a good idea to do this while renovations go on? Do I need bigger guns, like Run Devil or Fiery Wall? Do I need to wait a bit before adding in the positive Attraction spells, honey jar, etc, to attract good people, perhaps til the For Sale sign actually goes up?

Thanks. However, this is a house next door, so I can't get inside. I need things I can do from outside, toss over a fence, scatter on the sidewalk. There will be candle work, but laying down some things on the property seems necessary. I might add some ammonia on the front path, as well as burning salt.

Any Saints that might lend their blessing to this?

You might try getting friendly to the next set of people that move in. Maybe give them a gift basket with some candles, that you can dress with blessing and peaceful home products before hand, or something like that. You could also take a picture of the house and use some of the Run Devil Run or other products like that and work the house by proxy some to. Not as good as getting inside the place but it is still something.

I have some very problematic neighbors who have installed little cameras around the outside of their house, so I'm unable to sneakily lay down any tricks/powders, nor am I able to obtain any personal concerns. I don't feel confident doing a container spell without any personal concerns, and don't know how I can lay down any powders without being recorded by one of their cameras. I would love to hot-foot them out of the neighborhood and have some peaceful neighbors move in! Any suggestions?

Then I would not mess with laying tricks. I also have security cameras and I can see everything. I can see perfectly at night also (and the surrounding areas) from my computer screen.

Your only other alternative is to follow them to another location and lay tricks by their car when they have left the car.

In addition to your Attraction vigil, you could ask MISC to light a Saint Expedite candle to add speed to your request.

If you can, you could sweep a mixture of cinnamon and sugar from the walkway to your front door, all the while calling for Spirit to draw in interest from the right kind of tenant.

Okay, so I'm in a bit of trouble.

I was unable to make it to university in the UK this year due to money issues and a few blockages, and I have to wait until next year to go, which sucks, but I'm trying my hardest to recover from that blow... Now I have a huge problem. I had to cancel my booking with the student accommodation building, and the manager of the building emailed me today to tell me that unless I or they find a new tenant for the room by the 10th of september, I will be liable to pay the rent, which is 16,000 GPB. That's in less than a week!

Would an Attraction spell help me while I look for a tenant for that room? I was thinking of combining Fast Luck with Attraction, or would just one of them do?

I am so sorry to hear you are in this predicament. That is a lousy policy and potentially not legal. Did you sign a contract? I would have an attorney review it and see if it is enforceable.

Meanwhile, your idea for Attraction and Fast Luck to draw a new tenant is a good idea. You could also work with Influence on that building manager and petition for him to provide you with more acceptable terms.

I looked over the contract, and under the cancellation policy it says that if I had actually moved in, THEN I would have to find a new tenant to take over my lease, but it did not state that I would have to pay the full 16,000 GBP if no one else moves in. So I may have to find a lawyer to look over it.

They also said that the payment would be automatically taken from my debit, so I may have to cancel the debit card that I used to pay the booking fee.

Thank you very much for your advice Miss Athena, and I will most definitely work with Attraction and Fast Luck, and Influence for the building manager. Perhaps even a honey jar on him with some influence.

Update to my accommodation situation!
A new tenant was found for my room in time, and they did not charge me the 16,000 GPB. I am sooo relieved by that! I had to email THEM for an update though, as it seems like they had no intention of letting me know.

I did use the Attraction and Fast Luck. I printed out a picture of the building, then used it to write my petition over the image of the building. Then I anointed the picture with the Fast Luck and Attraction, and put it under a purple candle, and prayed over it.

Hello this question is specifically for Miss Cat. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Regarding the spell using Alum, on page 28 of Hoodoo Herb and Root Magic [to rent a room if someone has tricked it] It calls for squares of camphor, sugar cube and alum on each of the four corners of the property.

I only want to rent out 2 rooms in my spa,not the entire building.

Should i place those items in the 2 rooms only and the sugar cube outside the front door or the indoor mat to attract sweet tenants.

How do I attract an incredibly quiet roommate? It is immensely important for my health that my roommate is quiet 11pm-7am and I have had horrific problems in the past.

I have attraction oil and a prepared House Blessing candle. Will that do or should I get a human shaped candle, baptize it as the roommate I want, seal it's mouth, and rub it with attraction oil?

If you're trying to get bad neighbors to move out and good ones to move in, at what point would you start doing the work for good ones? Would you wait until the bad are out before putting sugar under the doorstep, for example, or could you do the banishing and attraction work simultaneously?

I would not put sugar under the doorstep while you are hotfooting a neighbor. I would wait until the neighbor has moved. Or if you want to start earlier, then I would do the attraction work first by getting a petition paper going, or lighting candles. Then once the bad neighbor is gone, I'd start working on the property directly.

What would be good to use to get an room in an office suite leased out before the end of the month. I do have cedar oil & significantly lowered the rent. I will let the space go if i cannot get a renter so i am trying to get one in asap!
Update: read the forum would a red/black blockbuster candle or attraction candle be better & could i use them for multiple uses beside just renter
