So I am new to this site and Hoodoo actually. I've come across LM a few times but it wasn't until about 2 weeks ago I decided to check out the forum and site and I am so happy I did! I came here for love spells, primarily those involving blood, and was overwhelmed with how much more this site had to offer. I am reading for 3 hours a day every day and it never stops being as rewarding as the first day I joined. I have a few oils and kits coming and I am itching to begin some work. I am hoping to join Miss Cat's course at some point this year, I am so already hooked!
A little about myself- I am a young twenty something living on the east coast, I have been raised primarily in a very religious, Pentecostal household- however both of my parents are immigrants and they relayed stories of rootworking and "obea" from their countries. My maternal great grandfather was a local healer in his town and was said to cast out demons and perform exorcisms regularly. I have always been drawn to the spiritual world, as a child I had traits of clairvoyance but as I grew up, I seem to have lost those. Now I just have vivid dreams that come and go. I am hoping to tap into my spiritual abilities more this year as I feel the next 12 months will be a huge evolution for me.
