Thanks, jwmcclin, I did purchase many products, including lots of oils and soaps, which I've no problem using. I misstated where I wrote I purchased many and can't use them, it's actually the two honey jars I purchased that I have a problem with.
I read so much of the forums, and many posts regarding honey jars, but although it's interesting, and educational if someone wishes to create a honey jar from scratch, I chose at this time to not create my own honey jar, but to purchase the Boss Fix and the Stop Gossip. It states in the LM store that the honey jar include full instructions, and that is correct, but the instructions that were included in both jars are love-related and not relevant to the honey jras I purchased.

I did receive some information via e-mail from an employee, which I highly appreciate and found very helpful.

Each honey jar includes a small bottle of oil, relevant for each subject and a package of herbs. I don't know what to do with the herbs: do I dress the candles with them, on top of the oil? or do I insert them into the honey jar? Do I write petitions? What do I write? those are the questions I need answers to.

Like I said, I know there's much written in the forums about honey jars and I read many posts, over and over again, trying to take it all in, but the honey jars you purchase ready are supposed to come with full instructions. I just need to do this one time, then I'll know what to do next time. I will eventually create my own honey jars as there is a lot of work I need done.

You put the herbs in the bottle. You also write a petition on paper, one paper for each person you want to sweeten. Your name ontop of the other persons name, And use a short sentence . Like: "NN will say good things about me and my work"

I am a seasonal worker with a company, I do a lot of work, manage the offices I work in to the tee. I go to other locations to work when needed, I work long hours, but they promote people over me. They give recognition to other employees. I don't understand what it is they are doing. I keep being looked over. What is the problem.

With each response, I feel a little more confident.
I gather this is what I need to do:
I write my boss' name on a piece of paper, write my name above his, write a sentiment I wish him to have towards such as: "xxx is very satisfied with my work and considers me an asset to the team", place the provided herbs on top of the paper, roll up the paper towards me, and bind it with a piece of string? About the string, I got this from the freezer spell on another web site. Does it matter what color the string is?
I purchased from LM the 3 different types of oil they have: dragon's blood, dove's blood and bat's blood. I believe for this honey jar, the dragon's blood would be more efficient.

In addition to my boss' name, I could do the same for various people in my department: my immediate supervisor and the people I service, as well as colleagues, without limit, correct? for each person, I write their name, mine on top of theirs, write a short sentiment, place herbs on the paper, roll it towards me, bind it, and place in the jar, correct?

If so, by George I think I finally got it! If not, then I'm really thick headed.

I also purchased parchment paper from LM to write petitions on, and I'm very excited to finally begin to use the parchment and the inks, and quills all purchased from LM. I know these are not necessary, but I like the idea to get in the mood, and I hope to enhance the spells.

My boyfriend told me he has the opportunity to get a promotion at work. It involves him putting in a request, along with other people who are seeking it.
If he gets this, he will be making 15 grand more a year, which would be great for him. He's a very hard worker, and I would love to help him. His work is pretty easy for him right now. He's very responsible and does things fast. In short, he's just awesome at his job. I guess I just want to prevent someone who's been there longer (or has connections) from getting the position instead of him.
He deserves it. I've been very successful with work involving candles lit for me at the MISC. Would this be a good option in this case as well? I'm just not sure whether I could do something on behalf of another person, since I've only ordered on mine. Thanks.

Yes, you can do work on behalf of another person. I would recommend Crown of Success. You could have MISC set a light for you, but you can also do the work yourself. You can order the COS spellkit, or purchase the products individually. I would recommend at least getting COS oil and some purple and yellow candles.

Hello everyone, I am brand new here.

I won't bore you with my long story. Here's the shorter version. I have been mistreated on my job for many years. I am stuck with a bad reputation, based on lies. My biggest issue right now is that I have been blackballed from promoting (of course I can't prove it). No matter how many times I take the promotional exam, my name always seems to be at the bottom of the list, and I know the material. That means that I don't even get interviewed. I have taken the exam 6 times over the past 12 years.

The next exam isn't for another 2 years now, but is there anything that I can do to get an interview and the job now? We will have an opening at my workplace in a couple of months, and I want the job. I am at the very bottom of the list, again.

Oh, power behind words can be strong. Remember I told you that I'm at the very bottom of the promotional list? Well, they interviewed a bunch of people and only liked 3 people, who chose to work at other locations. No one wants to come here. Every chance I get, I think about that position here and say "this is MY job, it belongs to me, and no one else is going to get it".

Now that I have some renewed hope and faith, I'm going to have to get a reading and see what can be done to get me what's mine even though I'm way down on the list. I was all set to hotfoot the new person out of MY job too. Heck, I could hotfoot any and every person they put in that position until they get to my name.

Hello Everyone,

I have situation and I would like your advice, please. My cousin hired me to be his bartender at his Bar/Lounge. I told him that I would help out until I move. When he first called me about the job, he told me that he was needed me to work everyday from 12 noon until 5pm until his partner comes to work and I would get off. He said that we would discuss the pay once I got to work, but we never did. Ok, so my first day of work, I worked from 12 noon until 6:30. The next day and now I work either from 10am, 11am, or 12 noon until 2:30 am. He only pays me $120 a week. I mean the Bar/Lounge is doing good, and he also is a barber, and he makes a killing(figure of speech) cutting hair. He is underpaying me for the hours that I put in, and I know this, and several of my family members ask me, why am I working for that little bit of money. I have to pay my sister $30 a week to take me to work, I am in the hole really. I told my family that the only reason why I'm working for him is because Im saving up money so that I can move, but with what he is paying me, I will not be able to move anytime soon.

I would like to know what do you suggest that I do about my situation? I was looking at having different candles burned on Lucky mojo altar. Im not trying to harm him because he is my cousin, but I need more money every week for all of the hours that I work. I cannot burn any candles myself because my sister does not believe in this and plus she has children who are small and nosey. I would try a Compelling candle (to make your cousin keep his promises to you) and a Pay Me candle. I would also recommend you get either of those oils, along with Boss Fix oil and dress yourself with them daily. Put the Pay Me oil on your hands before you go to work, or before you interact with your cousin so that when you touch him, he will be compelled to pay up.

Another trick you can do while waiting for your order is to write your cousin's name on a little paper and put it in your shoe. When you wear the shoe, you're "stepping" on him and you have the upper hand to make him do what you want.

You can write his name 9 times, then turn it to the right 90 degrees and write your name on top of his, at least 9 times or however many times it takes to cross and cover his name.

Hello Everyone,

Just an update on my job situation. Yesterday my cousin he paid me $75 for the week. I paid an AIRR worker to burn a Controlling candle for me last Wednesday, and on the day that the AIRR worker told me that he lite my candle, my cousin came to me and told me that he will start paying me more once his business picks up. This is so not what I wanted to hear because his business is already doing good. This is a perfect example why some people cannot work for family because most family members will take advantage of you and that is exactly what my cousin is doing to me. He went from paying me $120 a week, to $70 a week, now $75 a week. I mean every week he changes my pay and that is not fair because I am his right hand woman working at his bar. Whatever time he calls me to come open up his bar, I am there on time, and I stay there until it closes. I will wait on my candle report to see what else needs to be done, but I don't know how much longer I can work for him with the little bit of money that he is paying me. I am going in the whole seriously.

I'm a senior executive at a medical device start-up in Silicon Valley -- we're funded by a large international corporation and they're the ones that put down the initial capital to get the product off the ground. Within a year, our product went from the research & development phase to getting FDA approved AND in the hands of national distributors. Reason why I'm saying this is because we've been MEGA successful and productive -- yet despite this, a newly hired executive at our parent company came in and wants to shut us down for basically no reason.

It's amazing she got hired for her current position because she has absolutely no experience or knowledge with business, marketing or medical devices!

Anyway, our parent company owes us over $400k in reimbursement and they've been dragging their feet to pay up for the last three months. To top it all off, she wants to take over our product and essentially shut down our company.

There's serious panic going on throughout the top tier executives (myself included!). My question is: How do I

1) Either get her to fully cooperate and keep the money flowing?

AND/OR

2) Get her out of her current position of power so that she may no longer bully us ever again?

I'm heavily invested in this company, both financially and emotionally -- plus, it's an incredible product that helps people!

Thanks for the reply Mama Micki! There just one thing I forgot to add...I don't know her full name (we call her Monster at the office), haven't seen her in real life and can't obtain a photograph of her. Wouldn't this be a sort of deal breaker since my energetic connection to her won't be focused? I don't want the company or that specific business department to leave, they've been amazing to our business before she hopped on board.

Hotfoot powder is made to be stepped on by the target and it sounds like you have no physical contact with her. However, you could put some on a photo and burn a red or black candle dressed with Hotfoot oil on top of it. You could also burn a Hotfoot vigil candle with her picture taped to it or under it.

Wow! Just got notified that we received payment from them on Friday! All I did was use the Pay Me vigil candle, added a little Road Opener oil, Wealthy Way oil and Power oil to it. Then on the back of my business card I wrote my intention and crossed it with the name of my business. I attached the card to the candle with a rubber band (couldn't find tape haha). Voila!

Next I'll do a hot foot oil candle on the exec!

A good way to hotfoot her is to make a packet out of her photo. Write all over her face in the photo what you want to happen to her and put a pinch of Sulfur, Devils Dung and Hot Foot Powder in the middle of the photo, fold it up, being sure to fold it away from you. Place it in a fireproof container and light it on fire with a dressed Hot Foot candle. when its burnt all to ash scatter them in a river that runs away from your company. Be sure to burn it outside or in a very well ventilated room as not only will it stink to high heaven but burning sulfur is not good for your lungs.

When you cleanse your work area make sure to include incense along side the wash. VanVan incense is great for that.

Regarding the question of a spiritual entity from one religion being appealed to by an adherent from another religion:

There is a long history of this in magic, but not every religion smiles upon the practice.

Some religions describe their gods and goddesses as friends who may reach out and help anyone, without requiring the supplicant's initiation and/or a formal declaration of adherence to the religion's basic tenets -- not even a monetary donation. It is typical of adherents to these religions to hold open services and to invite the general public to witness their festivals and rites. These religions do maintain a distinction between clergy and laity, but even the laity tend to enjoy reaching out to educate strangers in the ways of their deities. A by-product of this cultural approach to religion is that these religions may produce a large and colourful array of devotionary statuary, prints, and holy cards for distribution to all interested parties.

Other religions express the belief that their deities may only be approached by adherents who are born to a religiously-accepted family and/or who have undergone a specific form of personal initiation, such as a baptism, consecration, conversion, ordeal-trial, and/or some other rite performed under the auspices of licensed clergy. They may believe that their deities only answer the prayers of supplicants who have made specific commitments to the religion and/or they may believe that outsiders who approach their deities will either find no succor or, in a worst-case scenario, may be harmed by "dangerous" deities whose energies even the faithful can only partially control rites of appeasement, including the "proper" offerings.

As an experienced root doctor who consults with a world-wide clientele -- especially via the text-based internet, where anonymized names and the lack of vocal inflections makes it impossible to determine a person's religion -- i personally take the stance that it is not in the client's best interests to prescribe that a person seeking MAGICAL help be directed toward a RELIGIOUS solution, other than that of the religious culture in which the particular magical forms being described are embedded.

Why? Because it is not respectful to the client's own religion to assume that he or she must adhere to my religion, and because explaining a religion ON TOP OF explaining how to perform a particular magical spell can be time-consuming and distracting. If a spell has prayers in it -- and many do -- i will always explain the religio-cultural origin of the spell and state that thus-and-so are the traditional prayers said. If there is a specific spirit or deity associated with the spell, i will explain that too. But most hoodoo spells do not include set routines of prayers.

My role is to help people learn magic, not religion. Additionally, since about 90% of what i teach is hoodoo and hoodoo is about 90% Protestant Christian in cultural origin, i make my task easier when i do NOT try to lead seekers of insight into hoodoo on long journeys into comparative religion, UNLESS THEY ASK. That is, i assume that 90% of my querents will be Protestant Christians, and i will speak from within that religious paradigm, unless asked to step outside it.

Of course, although magical techniques and belief systems do not exist independently of the cultures in which they developed, and those cultures host a variety of religions, magical techniques and beliefs are not the same as religious beliefs and, for this reason, there is a long history of transplanting magical spells from one cultural community to another, effectively transferring them from one religious belief system to another.

Thus we see hoodoo practitioners using Taoist feng shui mirrors and placing "lucky" Hotei Buddhas on their altars, or showcasing the repainted version of Lindberg's famous Swiss Catholic Guardian Angel image as an African American angel in a Protestant context. Likewise we will see Tibetan Buddhist craftsmen making magical amulets in which they embed the bone carvings of people from the animist Naga tribes of the Burma borderlands amidst elaborate Buddhist iconography, even though the Naga people are not Buddhists.

I hope that helps put things in context.

If you are looking for a Hindu deity to incorporate into you hoodoo-based Crown of Success presentations to a group of bosses, i would suggest that you work with either Ganesh or with the typical three-member group of Ganesh, Lakshmi, and Sarasvati.

Greetings!

This is my first post here. I've been experimenting with Lucky Mojo products for hoodoo a little bit in the last year with pretty decent success for myself, but I'm wanting to try something for my mother.

She has been working as a temp for a large propane company for almost a year now. She has been doing great there, and her boss has mentioned a few times hiring her on permanently. This would be awesome - it isn't high salary, but has great benefits that she really needs (health, dental, etc). She also really enjoys the work and likes her co-workers.

I haven't done any work for other folks before, other than intuitive type work I did when I was much younger. I'm wondering what type would be best, as someone living far away from her. A honey-jar directed at her superiors? A mojo hand to send to her? Candle work?

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

Hello all,

I have been working at my current place of employment for a year now. I work in a warehouse so management changes a lot. My current manager and I do not see eye to eye, however this has not stopped me from being eligible to apply for any new positions available within the company. I recently applied for a higher position on a different shift. This means I am not very familiar with the other managers but I am very confident that I can do the job. I really really want this job. It will bring in more money for me and also allow me to finish school giving me a much better schedule. I am very new to this, but I don't want to do anything that will backfire on me and cause me to lose my entire job in the long run. I know the names of the people I will be interviewing with if that helps. That is if I am chosen for the interview. I am grateful for any advice and through steps you may be able to provide to help me advance in this area of my life. If you all have any questions please feel free to ask.
