Create a Tranquility bottle for yourself.

Here would be my write-up ingredients and instructions for you:
  • Tranquility Oil
  • 1/4 oz Glass Vial
  • Lovage (this is for love, but it will also calm you down in love affairs)|Ask the lovage to calm you down and make you less self destructive in your love affairs
  • Althea |Ask the althea to soothe your restless spirit so you can achieve your goals
  • Petition paper (asking to calm yourself)
  • Your personal concerns (hair, etc.)
  • Solomon's Seal Root Chips |Ask the solomon's seal root to help you make wise decisions in love and life
  • A 4" white candle, purple will also do.
Also, you may wish to consider Borage.

Put the herbs, petition, personal concerns in, and then fill what room is left in the vial with the tranquility oil; light the purposed, named, and dressed candle over your bottle (you can buy a star candle holder if you're worried about not getting the candle to stick still for an easy burn). All the while focus on your intent. You'll have to cut and/or grind the lovage and Solomon's seal root chips yourself, from what the picture shows. Once the candle is done burning you can continue to work your bottle spell like your honey jar by burning candles over it, or you can shake it.

You're welcome. I realized that I didn't link to the tranquility oil, so I amended that. :)

I was in an incredibly moving relationship about 6 months ago. It ended rather painfully when I realized pretty clearly that it was only moving for me. This woman was almost everything I wanted but when I really looked at it she wasn't what i need and a part of me fully understands that but for some reason I truly can't get her out of my head. I've moved on and found someone who fits me in a better match but still these thoughts of my ex pretty much clog me down and then I get back to feeling like total crap again. I've got some cut and clear oil and part of me wants to stay friends with this woman, but i don't ever have to really see her, so very very casual contact i didn't think would have this kind of affect. What worries me greatly is that I around Beltane (I'm a follower of Wicca) during my rite I asked for new love to be brought to me. I feel like i'm almost wrapped up in a spell i never truly ment to have. Even more confused how I could have bound myself and NOT her into it. I ordered some cut and clear along with quite a few other things and have some Lucky Mojo oils I was hoping to do some candle work with shortly but heres what I have on hand if someone has an idea of what I can do to get out from under this weight, it would be much appreciated.

on hand
Steady Work, Five Finger Grass (This was for a mojo bag to keep my job steady), House Blessing

coming
Cut and Clear, Cast off Evil and Crown of Success (Which I cant WAIT to get because i've heard nothing but totally AMAZING things)

I haven't done anything with raw roots yet...but again if I can make something that will solve this problem, i'll pretty much buy whatever is needed, thank you so much for reading.

I posted this before but the boards seemed to have eaten it. So i'll try again.

I've been struggling with getting an Ex out of my thoughts. No matter what i seem to do when its calm and quiet she enters my mind. She and I had a pretty good thing going and I was almost so heads over heels for her I seemed to had lose sight of what was important to me and then quickly realized i was the only one in love in the relationship. I came to the conclusion a tad to slow and was cast aside by her rather painfully. I stopped speaking to her whole sale after that but she keeps entering my mind and I'm hurt all over again. I need to be clean from her entirely emotionally. I've consider therapy but haven't had much success in the past because of people taking large sums of money without truly helping me. I'm also a bit afraid that when I asked the universe for a new love in my life I some how bound myself to her. That being said i'm turning to some mojo to resolve this problem but not sure what I can do with the things I have...I want my old happiness back. Even more so now that I've found someone who actually DOES love me. Here is what I have on hand...all of them are oils...i work best with candles...but if making a mojo bag is the best route i'll be glad to try it. Ive got Cat's book and have been dying to try a few conjures from it, but none of them seemed to fit what i needed exactly and I just want this solved first before I get in over my head.

Five Finger Grass, Steady Work, House Blessing (Along with a few minor herbs and salts. [Salt Peter, Rosemary, Chamomile and Eye bright])

As well, Cast off evil, cut and clear and crown of success are hopfully soon on their way so if i need to wait until I get my Lucky Mojo package, i'll deal with that as well. Thank you for your time,

-SilverShadow

No, your post wasn't "eaten"; just needed to be approved since you are new. We're just trying to avoid spam.

Cut and Clear should help with cutting emotional ties to your ex.

Has this worked for anyone? Can I do this if I am currently trying to get an ex back but simply want the hurt gone?

Every time this post gets bumped I take the time to re-read your spell ConjureMan Ali. And every time, just reading it warms me throughout and brings a smile to my face. Thanks for this one: it's beautiful and brings home that love without begins within.

I have PTSD regarding thankfully a small number of triggers, and I lived with a person with a really bad case once. This is neither conjure advice nor medical/psychological advice, but just advice about my own experience. It helps me a bit to touch my face around my mouth when I begin to get triggered. I heard it stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system or something - but it does seem to help me. I also realized that I was re-triggering myself by letting myself relive the experiences in full detail over and over again. I had gotten the idea that re-remembering it would be like coughing up a hairball - just getting it out of my system. But it works the opposite - like a splinter that works its way deeper in when you try to remove it. I have to stop myself from ruminating about it - reliving it - by consciously forcing myself to think about a different subject. I also met a man who said he dealt with triggers by naming the things that were actually around him. "That's a tree. That's a doorknob. that's a window." It may sound dumb, but he said that it helped him remember where he was and that he was not in danger.

Also, in my case at least, anti-anxiety medication helps. When I feel myself start down the rumination road, not only do I try to change the subject in my own mind, but I also take a pill. It helps. I recommend medication for anxiety disorders, because they do cause health problems. My last girlfriend had a hemorrhagic (sp?) stroke at 47 years old, and she was in great health aside from her PTSD.

I do carry a small picture of St. Dymphna as well with me and do ask for her help and comfort. My mom drinks lemon-balm tea for anxiety, but she doesn't have PTSD.

I also did take some classes in EFT (emotional freedom technique) which involves tapping some points along your accupuncture meridians. There are different techniques or variations on technique, but there are a lot of youtubes on it. I can feel the difference, but for some reason I don't proactively do it. If you search youtube for EFT anxiety I bet you can find some pretty specific stuff. You might feel silly doing it (it looks a little silly), but after you've done it say 50 times, you really start to feel the positive effects.

I want to renew my mind, spirit, body, aura, all that!!!

Right now Im in love with a guy I have strong karmic ties to (as told in a reading).

My reader told me right now he is not ready for a relationship and the one he is in now will not last. If I try to express my feelings (which I have before in the past) he'll reject it, hide his feelings for me even more and even act aggressively towards my feelings. I have to wait on the right timing and allow him to come to me so we can build our bond strong again. Right now hes hurting and needs to heal.

I want to heal as well and for right now rid myself of all the workings Ive tried on him, I want a fresh start so I can clear my mind and remove negative energies from me so when he does come around nothing can mess this up.

I wanna be able to truly love myself again, feel beautiful again.

What should I do? I dont wanna spend another 5 years waiting Im too young for this right now.

I too love yoga, but my mind would spin so much while I was trying to calm down that I turned to something else.

I've been running for the past few weeks and that has helped me calm down a lot. Perhaps its burning off the adrenaline! If you can go jogging, try it a few times and see how you feel. Start slow, but as you think about him while you're running you'll find that your adrenaline will kick in and you'll be able to run faster. Hope this helps!

I would make sure that you at least are delegating the contact work to your rootworker rather than just waiting for him to call.

If you continue not to see any work, then it is time to move on. I would do a cut and clear.

Also bzbee12, post a prayer request at The Crystal Silence League (CLS) (http://crystalsilenceleague.org/prayerrequests.html); their motto is "ask and ye shall receive" CSL assist you as you achieve optimal life conditions and rejoice with you as your desires are fulfilled. I would start with a Cut and Clear to heal your heart and draw in a new lover. I'd also add some Look Me Over and Bewitching when you go out. Nothing will quite give a confidence boost than when you are the center of attention for adoring eyes.

I havent been happy with myself for quite some time. After battling depression for the last several years I'm now trying to take the postitve steps needed to be happy again. I plan on doing some healing work as well as a honey jar for myself; however, I've never made one and don't know where to begin. Most pages written on honey jars tend to be about how to sweeten someone to you. Is this the same way you would make one for yourself? Also, what would be some good herbs/ideas to use?

You can purchase a honey jar spell kit which comes with all the herbs, oils, and directions you need.

I think a king solomon wisdom honey jar would be appropriate for you. As it provides mental strength, courage, determination, and strong will.

A blessing spell kit may be appropriate for you as well as a john the conqueror spell kit.

I don't have the answer on this one, but I've contemplated the question and considered trying this. I am curious if this would work. I remember in one of the recent shows, someone (Doctor E?) incorporated some self-love work as part of a three-part love-spell. (If I remember correctly, the first part was letting go of the old lover, the second part was to work on loving yourself, the third part involved attracting new love).

I struggle with depression and anxiety on top of adhd. I can really pick myself apart and emotionally bludgeon myself into both panic and despair. I've wondered about this honey jar question as well as if I could burn a skull candle on myself, etc. Anyway, I'm looking forward to hearing answers here.

I remember cat recommending St. Dymphna as someone to work with regarding issues of mental health, and I did pick up some St. Dymphna oil when I visited the shop. I have recently ordered King Solomon Wisdom oil and Clarity oil and am looking forward to trying them.

I haven't tried the banishing products, but according to the site (http://www.luckymojo.com/products-banishing.html) you can banish either people or conditions. (I'm not sure if depression would be considered a condition or not).

I have ordered the "cast off evil" oil and am hoping it may help with some aspects. (http://www.luckymojo.com/products-cast-off-evil.html). I think I've heard it recommended on the show for addiction work, though I don't think I've heard it recommended for depression.

It's hard to know what to do when you're your own worst enemy. I can't hotfoot myself. ;) I'm looking forward to the responses to this thread.

update: while writing this - stars answered your question. Yay - sounds like it's a go on doing honey jars on oneself. :D thanks!

I have done a few honey jars for myself and for others that are targeted for myself or the person having me do them. They have worked wonderfully. You can make them general (or all-purpose) sweetening honey jars, or very specific single condition jars.

This has been discussed many times before and should come up in a search or if you read through our on-going honey jar general discussion;

I am at a time where I suffer severe depression and anger and lost all my creative drive in my work of music and art where I feel stuck and it doesn't help around me that all the people I know are in very negative situations adding their problems unto me especially family....
I need a life changing miracle where I can get a new path and start with some consistent. I currently don't know what else to do, I even thought about selling my soul to the Devil if such being exists...or just commiting suicide. I took pharmaceuticals such a cymbalta and abilify and it only worsened my depression in the past.
I don't know what to do...I tried "mainstream religion" such as christianity which I felt was very phony and wasn't me...I also tried Islam which had too many rules and I was in a mainly unsupportive Christian community, Buddhism seemed to worked but I was also lost since nobody around here was Buddhist and got distracted too easily...
I don't know what to do anymore, my life has been one of inconsistency especially due to my impatience and extreme negativity surrounded by growing up. I figured since I have so much blues in my heart and soul, I figure I might as well turn to hoodoo and maybe somebody might have some life changing advice or easy to do spells that require no money that I can permanately change my life and find my center and have a free flowing creative energy with more consistency. I hate feeling this depressed like I'm just emotionally psychically and mentally drained...I need something that can really uplift my spirit...I want to enjoy life and do great things!...I don't know what else to do! I don't want to shut down and break down to the lowest point where I end up hurting people than helping. Please help me! Please!

First of all, hoodoo is not a substitute for medical care or psychological help. Also, traditional hoodoo was originally practiced by mostly African-American Christians, so if you are uncomfortable with the Bible, praying the Psalms, asking God for help, etc. it may not be for you.

Start with a 13-herb bath to cleanse yourself anything from inside or outside yourself that is blocking you from achieving health and happiness. You may also use Cut and Clear to let go of the past. Follow up with Healing and Road Opener.

You might also work with St. Dymphna, who assists those with psychological conditions.

I'm going to leave any rootwork suggestions to those wiser than myself, but I would encourage you to reach out to the groups that exist to help people who feel the way you do. My family has always helped me to cope with my depression, but if that isn't an option for you, look into groups that can offer aid, support, and encouragement. Life can get better, but not if you aren't around to live it.

Go to the Crystal Silence League, post a free prayer request. The power of prayer from the fine folks at CSL can be remarkable. You certainly have my prayers.

Well, you'll want to look at the reasons for why you're feeling burnt out for the best advice.

Are you overworking with not enough rest? In that case you may wish to work with Healing & Peaceful Home or Peace Water in order to help calm yourself and get some much needed rest. Are you just feeling lethargic and unmotivated? Then you may wish to work with Planetary Sun and John the Conqueror products in order to boost your energy levels, conquer obstacles, improve your motivation and confidence and "go-get-it"ness.

Also, if you're dealing with this chronically, you will want to see a doctor and get tested for things like iron deficiency, thyroid imbalance, and other medical conditions that can cause fatigue.

If they're willing to let go of the situation, the Cut and Clear will absolutely help them do that.

You may wish to boost them with some Crucible of Courage mixed in with some John the Conqueror to help them have the confidence to bust through any obstacles they may perceive.

I have a question about moving on from a lost love.

I had to end a romance with someone I know in my heart is my soulmate and the love of my life. I had to end it for many good reasons (his alcoholism, he doesn't love my son, he doesn't want to move in with me, he's got lots of growing up to do, etc.) I can't take him back as a lover but I am still hurting.

In the past I've done Cut and Clear spells to move on from ruined love affairs, find peace of mind, and welcome new love. This time, however, that seems too drastic, for the following reasons:

・ I want more peace of mind rather than banishing my ex from my life, as I'd like to be friends with him at some point. (Cut and Clear spells I've done in the past have worked so well that my exes moved out of town!)

・ I don't really want new love in my life now, because even though I'm still hurting from our breakup I'm enjoying being independent and don't want to get involved with anyone new.

・ Even though he has a lot of growing to do (he's quite young), he's not an evil person and is quite hurt by our breakup. Even though I know we can't be together in this life, I don't wish him any ill will.

I'm working a honey jar spell for him to forgive me, make peace with our breakup, and find his own happiness but that doesn't quite address my peace of mind. Can anyone suggest some spell work that will help ME find peace of mind in this matter and embrace moving on to my new independent life, but NOT banish my ex or introduce me to a new love?

Thanks,
V

You can still use cut and clear products, but simply state you want to cut yourself from past hurts not your ex. And if you want new love in your life heal yourself first, then use some come to me products

Soulmates are not always meant to be our lovers and it often takes a great deal to realize that. It is painful to realize that, but I think a cut and clear can help you be his friend without the hurt of wanting him as a lover or the pain of your past.

It's not the flower of the violet that's called for in this spell, but the leaf -- which is shaped like a heart. And that's why it is used in reconciliation work, and as a healing element in Conjureman Ali's lovely spell.

My mother has always been so unsettled and so unhappy. Always struggling with everything. She clearly pass those bad energies to us her kids. I am tired of seeing her like this.

Please help me help her. I don't know where to start but am willing to learn.

Suggest what to do to help her.

Thanks! :(

Maybe she should get checked out first. A lot of issues can cause depression or states that look like depression. If she is depressed, it's nothing you did--it's a chemical thing. If it's medical as in physical and not mental illness, it may be fixable or at least manageable. She won't know until she gets a full workup, though.

I'd light a white candle for her and ask that she seeks help. If you don't have power of attorney over her that's about all you can do from where I sit.

Others may have more insight.

I think seeking medical attention is a great first step. You can petition Dr. José Gregorio Hernández, the saint called on when you want to be sure you get a thoroughly correct diagnosis.

Soon after posting this, and after some research, I started working a honey jar on my situation. So far I'm quite impressed on the effects/results of it. I'd like to thank all who relpyed to this, and hope only good things come your way. Thank you.

First off cleansing removes negativity from the relationship.

So you will not be undoing your work.

And I wrote about doing a love uncrossing which you can find in this thread

love-uncrossing-t7410.html

I think you can do this for 7 solid days. I dont really know the specifics of your situation but if someone is doing work against your relationship then you need to put up some protection.

Thank you Starsinthesky7... Is there anyway I can do it without using that candle?
I have a lot of LM oil and regular candles.
I need something I can do now and lately it's been taking me a Month and a half to recieve my orders from LM, unless you know someone else who sells LM oils

My divorce is almost final, we were married for less than a year, he was verbally abusive, very traumatic how it ended, havent spoken to him in almost a year.

I dream about him every night in every which kind of way, with out without toppings, east or west, up or down, I dream about him! I wake up tired, exhausted, sad. I wonder how to break this hold on me. I want him OUT! I am tired of dreaming about someone who was so evil and was not good for me. I can't afford any expensive spell kits right now but just anything will help. Can anyone explain why I am having these dreams so much? Is it something about him or me? I cannot contact him its not safe. Any advice or explaination is appreciated!

I go to sleep normal and wake up with him...

Hi BrownButter,

although a reading may give you a better handle on what's going on, consider:

1 - taking a 13 herb bath and then follow that up with
2 - black walnut spell to permanently get yourself rid of this man and his influence

The links to those products are here along with a couple of threads that will give you some additional info:

Blessings for your peace of mind.

I thank you for this ConjureMan Ali. I definitely need this. I'm waiting on my cut and clear so I can break away from this man. Can't wait to do this. It was so beautiful I almost cried. What a blessing you are.

Ever since my brother joined the navy and committed for the previous four years, it has left him unemployed, lazy and unwilling to do anything. All he does after his commitment to the navy now is his routine with playing video games in his rooms, and that's about it.

My mom knock all senses into him but he is not cooperating. I have Road Opener, Clarity, Commanding, Crown of Success oils.

Please show me the way to wake him up before it's too late. He's a smart guy and hardworking person. But now I don't know what happened to him. Sometimes I wonder if he's under any kind of spell.
you are beautiful no matter what they say...

I don't have any hoodoo advice, but on the mundane level, your mom needs to put her foot down. It's one thing to be unemployed (lots of people are), but to sit around playing video games and making extra expenses for your mom, is unacceptable. He needs an ultimatum: look for a job or find another place to live. My son can't find a job, so he's expanding his education while ALSO seeking employment.

Some people need tough love.
Thank you St. Anthony, for all you've done for me

Get some King Solomon, St. Dymphna, and maybe Jose Gregorio Hernandez products to use with that Road Opener -- because this kind of self-isolation and loss of interest in life can be a sign of depression -- which could be rooted in PTSD.

Google Navy PTSD -- food for thought.

Hope this helps,
