Actually, I am going to deviate from what Mary Bee said a little bit. You did make a mistake here: you discouraged her from getting legal aid. Never should magical aid take the place of legal, financial, or medical aid. Magic is a great supplement to these things, but not a replacement for them. If you plan on working on behalf of friends and colleagues then you need to learn that. Imagine if you had dissuaded a friend from getting medical attention for a condition just because in the past you were able to heal someone..

Now, that you've learned that lesson, there are several threads on what you can do to help her get out of jail. Here is one: getting-someone-out-of-prison-t2898.html

I must have missed that bit, CM Ali. Thanks for posting. Yes, the first magical act is to hire a lawyer or doctor, depending on the work, or encourage your client to do the same.

I Thank you so very much Mary Bee and ConjureMan, you both have been wonderful.
ConjureMan I do understand the huge mistake I made, and definitely will remember it for future reference. I was so wrong and will regret it, perhaps if I get her some representation and continue working with the spells, I could be of some help.
Her sentence was of 58 days in jail and $1,000.00 fine.

thank you again,
'Shery

I agree with Conjureman Ali. We work in both the physical and spiritual worlds and need to assess each situation to see what is the appropriate course of action.

I want to know what I can do to get someone moved from one prison to another. I want him to be closer to me so I can visit. What would I use?

You could work with a Court Case Honey Jar and find out who is in control of the situation. For example maybe he is in a high security facility, but maybe he has shown good behavior. Writing letters (from you, the family and he should write to the decision makers and (you)putting the names of those people in the honey jar who will ultimately decide.)

Here is the link to Court Case:
http://www.luckymojo.com/courtcase.html
You could smoke the letters with incense:
http://www.luckymojo.com/incense.html
I would say dust with the powders, but be careful with this. That is why I am recommending incense instead.
You could also work with Essence of Bend Over:
http://www.luckymojo.com/products-essen ... -over.html

Good luck!
Work the Lucky Mojo products for you and for those that you hold dearly!

I've read through all of the topics regarding prison release and have come to an confusing state at this point. My husband (just married last year), who I have known since I was 12, has been wrongfully convicted and was given 30 years in New York. As i read the transcripts myself, you can blatantly see that it was a complete set up - police corruption and prosecutor misconduct. During this time he was married to someone else and also going through other relationship conflicts. His mother was also doing work on him - gave him a bath, did something with a deer's tongue, made him chew some kind of root, etc. But to no avail he was still convicted. I feel like someone was working against him either by a spell (possibly an ex-girlfriend). We also learned that a so called friend lied to the police about my husband to save himself in another case. With all of the conflicts in his case, he should not have been convicted. No one said he did it but the police - the victims took the stand and never pointed him as the perpertrator. Now, 14 years later, he has been stabbed twice, jumped, beaten by officers while in prison and also, his health has been affected. He has severe nerve damage and pain in his left arm area, back and neck, daily severe migraine, kidney problems and sarcoidosis without any treatment. We hired a private investigator who also sees that they did a number on him (his own words) and we found newly discovered evidence - which is great. However, I want him released now. I need this to happen today, so that he can get the proper medical treatment and be with his family. What should I do? Oh and by the way - the officer was found guilty for wrongful arrest in another case years later and the prosecutor was found guilty of trying to falsely arrest someone for stealing his car. To my understanding the justice symbol has Lady Justice and one side and Lady Liberty on the other - should I be using those as part of a ritual or just go with Archangel Michael, Saint Peter, etc.? Please help.

You should use Court Case products and hire a good lawyer, who will tell you what your options are. Pray to Justo Juez (Just Judge). Justo Juez is Jesus Christ, who was convicted and crucified, although he is the sinless Son of God. You can work with St. Peter, to unlock the prison doors, and Archangel Michael to protect your husband from abuse. Talk to the prison chaplain to see if he can keep prayer cards in his cell; usually the prison authorities allow religious items.

http://www.luckymojo.com/courtcase.html

Lucky Mojo carries a full line of products dedicated to Justo Juez, St. Peter, and Archangel Michael, including vigil candles, oil, incense, sachet powder, and bath crystals.

You can also get a reading to get additional insight. http://www.readersandrootworkers.org

I also suggest you sign up for a reading on the Lucky Mojo Radio show and ask for prayer at the Crystal Silence League.

Thank you for your response Mama Micki. We do have a good lawyer reading the transcripts now. I have also had a reading. I am fighting this fight alone and right now I need to get my husband out whether it would be a form of sentenced being reduced automatically because it was excessive or someone admitting their wrongdoing and/or their lies. I don't want to sit and wait for others to control the situation like he did during his trial. I need action to take place alongside with what they are doing...

You posted this a day ago. This forum is filled with volunteers, so be patient. I know that you are in a tough spot, but your impatient response isn't going to make people more likely to help you.

To release someone out of jail I usually work with their ancestors. Go to the grave of your husbands ancestor and shake the tombstone or knock on it three times to wake up the spirit. Tell them that you need your husband released immediately and that his health is at risk. Pour your heart into your prayer. Offer some coins to the spirit as you collect some graveyard dirt. Promise to return with some whiskey, more coins, and to decorate the grave when your husband's released.

Send some of the dirt to your husband to put in his shoe. The rest of it place on an altar in a bowl and stick a skeleton key into it. Light a Court Case candle and some incense next to this and pray over it as you turn the key one turn every day by light of the candle.

I moved to a Ga two years ago to handle my husbands legal situation. He is out on parole and we want to go back home to Pa. He has filled the requirements for us to be transferred but his parole officer is in control of whether she want to file the transfer paperwork or not, we're pretty much waiting for her and we don't want her to feel like we are pressuring or forcing her. She says that she will file the papers when she gets ready. What can we do to make this a smooth transition and go home to continue with our lives. I feel stuck in a place that I don't want to be. We have jobs and opportunities in pa.

I would work a court spell honey jar on this woman, and put her picture in the court case honey jar. If you want to give a soft nudge, then I would burn a compelling vigil light to have her fulfill this promise.

Compelling isn't all that "soft," but it may be just what you need. "Influence" is softer, subtler, and still effective -- you might even combine the two.

You can certainly do a honey jar and vigil candle together.

If you can't get her picture, get her business card. You may be able to find her picture on the parole board website.

Hope this helps,

I agree with Miss Michaele. For this situation, I would use compelling and I meant softer as opposed to essence of bend over which is more forceful. Business card, and finding her name on the parole website may be an option. Facebook is another resource to find her picture as everyone is on facebook these days.

Hello all, I am in need of some URGENT advice. This is the situation: I was offered a job back in the end of February, fast forward (had to do background check, drug testing, etc) to today. The job ran a finger print check on me and discovered that I had a retail fraud – first degree convection on my record from 1993. Yesterday the HR lady told me that because that is on my record, she cannot ‘clear’ me for hire with their company (It’s with the school system in my city).

Now she get this, she kept hinting that it was something that I could do about it… BUT she kept saying that she cannot give me any legal advice. She said that she would hold off on telling the Boss that wanted to hire me, that I am not cleared to be hired, to give me time to get this taken care of, but “she could not advise me as to what to do about it.”

So of course I’m thinking that the only thing I could possible do is have it expunged, which would take up to 6-8 weeks. So of course I’d lose the job offer. So I called her this morning and told her that I was trying to see if there was anything that I could do about this, and again she hinted that I could do something, but she could not tell me what that ‘something’ is.

So, I’m calling attorneys’ and googling like crazy to find out if I can have the expungement expedited. In the process I found out that NO I cannot have it expedited, annnnnnnd that my convection most likely fell under the ‘holmes youthful trainee act’! Basically meaning that the convection is now considered ‘INVAILD’ (which is one of the words the HR lady used), and should not be on my record at all!

The attorney told me to go to the court house tomorrow and pull up the file and see if it says anything in there about my case being under the ‘holmes youthful trainee act’. If so, then he would help me get this cleared up (for a few hundred dollars of course… ).

So I excitedly called the HR lady back and told her that it is possible that my case was a holmes youthful trainee act case and that I’m going to the court house tomorrow to confirm it. Now get this, she pretty much said (without saying it out right), that she ALREADY KNEW that it was a holmes youthful trainee act case, BUT that it was still showing on my Federal record although it should not be! Basically she said that if I can bring her an official document from the court saying that the convection is INVAILD (there’s that word again) then I’m pretty much good to go!

So here’s where I need help…. What can I do RIGHT NOW to try to ensure that my case is really a ‘holmes youthful trainee act’ case and that it is stated in my record? What can I do to get this cleared up asap, because she won’t be able to hold off on closing my case much longer.

HELP!!! I’m thinking print off a picture of the court house and burn a candle on it? Surely there is more that I can do right? Should I also petition Saint Jude (need a miracle here) an Archangel Michael (since he’s the angle for police)?

Ugh! I’m so anxious about this I can’t even think clearly right now.

Please, please help. I really, really need to get this job.

Thank you!!!

Signed, Desperately in need of a miracle… and a job.

PS: holmes youthful trainee act is for juveniles under the age of 21 and had no prior convictions.

Well I am getting ready to leave from the courthouse right now. Because the case is from 1993 it is down in their archive area, and they could not pull the file for me today. I was told that earliest they could do it will be on monday morning, and to give them a call sometime on monday. :(

I'm trying not to get worried and start doubting...

I don't know how much longer the employer will wait to see if I get 'cleared' for the job.

Even if I find out on monday that my case is under the 'holmes youthful trainee act', thereby making the felony on my record invalid, I truly don't know where to go from there or how long it would take me to get it cleared up.

I will continue to petition Saint Jude and archangel Michael over the weekend. I'm going to petition Saint Expedite as well.

Please if anyone have any suggestions I would greatly appreciate it.

When I burned my candles last night, I used the paper that I have showing the charge as my petition paper. I also added a picture of the courthouse, however I found out this morning that it was the wrong courthouse, so I'm going to get a picture of the correct courthouse for the remainder of the petitioning/spell work. On top of the papers I added LM 5 finger grass, 5 finger powder, and some crown of success oil.

When I lit my candles for Saint Jude and archangel Michael, I lit them 1 at a time, doing my petition before lighting the other candle and doing the second petition separately. I did have both candles sitting together on top of a saucer with the petition papers underneath the saucer.

Am I on the right track here? Any suggestions?

Hi Mama Micki,

As I stated in the second post (In the Job msg board), I was posting my issue in the court cases area and the job area because my issue refer to both concerns; and I asked a moderator to determine which area is most suitable for my current issue and to move my post accordingly. Thanks for helping me with that.

Would you happen to have any suggestions on what I can do to aid my situation?

Thank you!

It sounds like you did some very useful things already. You might consider petitioning St. Expedite to speed things up. And/or do some 'just judge' work - especially since this is a mix up of the legal system...some good info here :

Good luck.
Thank you Saint Martha for hearing my petition and for your ongoing good works for myself and others.

Conjureman Ali I purchased a pre owned skeleton key from eBay. I actually bought two because the first one had an engraved word "male" on key and looks like a current style key and the other one is a very old key (at least 30 years). Both keys were used at a new York correctional facility. They also sent me a new york correctional service patch that would be on the officers uniform. I wanted to know which key should I use, if any, and also what spells can I do with the uniform patch to help with my husbands release. thank you :geek:

Usually this is not an option in prisons and jails. There are very strict limitations on what can be given or sent to prisoners here in the US.

I don't think the dirt will ring through the metal detector. :x unless you're stating that it will. I am able to do tha part but what I'm trying to figure out if it is better that I have an actual prison skeleton key, rather than any. I purchased a used one on eBay and strongly think it would work.

Okay, I looked it up. I was wrong - New York is much less restrictive than other prison systems I am familiar with. You may be able to get it in. Sorry about that. You probably already have these but I'm posting links just in case.

http://www.doccs.ny.gov/Directives/4202.pdf

You want to know about using the key. The only job I know about doing with a key is to keep a person locked up. There are similar spells to get a person unlocked.

Dorothy, I"ve been using this and similar tricks to get people out for quite some time. I have literally never had any problem getting dirt into prison.

Using a key can be used to open things or lock them up.

Every jail and prison has its own rules. If you are not allowed physical contact, mail a prayer card of St. Michael, Justo Juez, and/or St. Peter with a little of the appropriate oil on the edge of the card. Most prisons allow prisoners to have religious items. Consult the prison chaplain and/or warden if necessary.

Mailing anything but a letter is not allowed where he is (Montgomery County, PA). I tried sending him a photocopy of the appropriate psalms since there is no access to a Bible where he is at, and the prison sent the whole letter back in the original envelope after marking it as being inappropriate mail. Hows *that* for something you want in your mailbox? They turned it back with a love note stating they don't allow anything that is a photocopy of a document AND he needs special permission for religious material. To add to that, they don't allow religious material in the section where he is housed because there have been incidents between inmates over it. Seriously. Hopefully, once he gets moved to an actual cell, getting his hands on a Bible won't be a problem.

I was thinking I'd probably have to somehow fix a letter to him. Not sure of the best and most discreet way to go about it. I don't want to send anything that might be suspicious, so I was thinking of using plain, white paper. That's as far as I got in the planning stage. LOL

When you're doing magic, you'll have better success if you use it to reinforce work in the "real world."
  • Help your grandson find a lawyer and then do some Court Case work with a King Solomon Wisdom candle and a Crown of Success candle burning alongside it.
  • Work a Court Case honey jar on the judge, and add some Five Finger Grass and Bay Leaf to it.
  • Use Cast Off Evil, Blessing, Protection and Law Keep Away after the whole mess is over.
Hope this helps,

Lita I am sorry about your husband. I think working with Just judge and St. Michael are great ideas. If you are worried about his safety you and he can also pray psalm 121.

I have never heard of a prison not allowing prisoner's a bible or other religious items. This seems a bit strange to me. Although I am in IL. Dirt would not get through. I did send a St. Michael card to my fiance and used Fiery wall of protection satchet powder. It did make it through. But, be careful not to make anything obvious or it will not go through. I wanted to use oil but thought that might not go through.

Lita you could probably also send him a just judge prayer card with a bit of sachet powder. Just make sure none is left. It will have the smell but no powder residue. The prison will probably think it is perfume that way.

I hope everything works out between you and your husband. I have not talked to my fiance in three month's and am running out of hope that we will ever get back together. But, my goal is still trying to make sure he is safe.

Hi there. I hope this is in the right spot...if not sorry!

Thank you to anyone that may offer support or suggestions I really appreciate it!

I wanted to know if there were any candles or procedures I could do to hep my boyfriend get transferred to a very specific facility. He recently got a parole date...for 3 years from now! In respect of staying positive we are focusing on the future, hoping that we can get that date commuted and I feel very positive we can achieve it. No sense in being bitter and negative...I like to focus on solutions! :P

So now, that he has an actual date...he can be re-classifiied to move to a minimum custody unit which will be really great for us because I can visit him there. There is one facility that he is eligible for and we really want him to go there! This is really important to us because it is about 20 minutes away vs the other one which is 5 hours away and would be hard for me to make visits because of financial constraints. Anyways, I actually spoke to the lieutenant at this facility and she was very nice but explained to me that due to his crime, despite having good behavior and a good file etc..they may not accept him. She said it would be a case by case thing but didnt want me to be surprised if they didn't accept him and sent him to that facility. My boyfriend is planning on writing a letter to her w/ a concern form as well as getting recommendations from his prison's staff to ask he be accepted. I was wondering if there was anything I could do, candles (colors) or rituals that could be done so that he is accepted. I have the facility's name and the name of the one woman...but it is coming up in a few days so i dont have time for a honey jar.

Any info/insight you can give would really be appreciated!

Thanks!

I would definitely burn a series of Road Opener candles to help smooth things out - keep one burning at all times from now until the decision. You'll want to work some Court Case products, too, since this is a legal matter. I'd do a sugar jar on the various people who will be involved in the decision making - it's like a honey jar, but you work it by shaking or stirring. In this case I would stir, as shaking has a more agitating energy and intent to it. I find shaking sweet jars can be slightly more quick in their effect. Keep a Court Case candle burning perpetually from now until decision time, too. You can put the sweet jar in between the Court Case and Road Opener candles.

However, because you are starting this very close to the decision date, you are at a bit of a disadvantage. Add some Fast Luck into your mix to try and get a speedier result. Keep a Fast Luck candle burning as well. Your sweet jar will then be kept in the middle of a triangle of helper lights, which will continuously work for your cause.

You may want to do a divination to see if St. Expedite is willing to help you since you have very little time. Then petition him to aid the decision-makers.

Greetings everyone,
I am needing some advice on how to deal with this counselor. My significant other, as part of his probation conditions, must see this state provided therapist. She is horrible. I thought it was just me and I did a reading on her. I also asked an acquaintance to do a reading and came up with the same conclusion, that this woman has mental issues of her own. Unfortunately, he is stuck with her and we did a sweetening jar on her, and it seemed to be working. But she dropped the ball on looking into the my partner's past history and what led him to this point. She now thinks he is being secretive and holding back on her. We need some recommendations as to how to deal with this person. All help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.

Thank you, St. Expedite. I praise your name for all of your works.

Keep up the sweetening jar on her. I'd also get some Influence and Tranquility oils or sachet powders. Have your man dust his hands or oil his hands lightly before going to see her. Have him touch the doorknobs and furniture in her office where she will touch, have him quietly mention her name and say something like "Ms X is influenced to favor me and be sweet and helpful to me with my problems." If he can shake hands with her, all the better.

Good luck,
Mary Bee

You can work with Justo Juez (Just Judge), who is Jesus, crucified. He is the sinless Son of God, but was unjustly convicted, so he helps those who are convicted of crimes and in jail. You can also do a Court Case honey jar on the warden.

Hello, My Husband is currently on Home Detention( House Arrest) and I was wondering if there is something that I can do to get him released early from House Arrest. Also he will be on parole after House arrest and he wouldn't have to go back to court, so is there something I could do to have home released from parole as well?
True Believer,
Thanx so much St. Expedite!!

A court case honey jar can help sweeten the parole board: http://www.luckymojo.com/mojocatspells.html#honeyjar. That can be backed up with a Court Case Vigil Light set by MISC: http://www.missionary-independent.org/c ... -case.html

You could also look into getting the help of a rootworker that specializes in Court Case work. Miss Bri and Marin Graves both come to mind. You can check out the AIRR workers here: http://www.readersandrootworkers.org/wi ... ootworkers

The situation that I'm seeking help in is that my husband is currently incarcerated. He will be home in May 2014 this year. He is on parole however prior to his release, he has to do what is called a home plan. The home plan is where the parolee says he is going to reside. The /parole officer is the one who makes the determination if he is approved or not, to be home. Of course I want him home with m, he is my husband. He did his home plan package with his counselor today and now it is on its way to whoever will be his assigned PO. And anytime after that and prior to him being released, the parole officer makes a house visit to My house to determine if he will be approved or not. It's sad but it's at the discretion of the parole officer. I would love for him to be approved to be home with me, we both want this. How can I /we win the approval so he can be home instead of another location. Also to add on, he had a prior order of protection on him from a past relationship ( not the reason he's incarcerated now) hes in for a parole violation. However that was 8 years ago and has expired. I say this too because parole says that with that protection order, it can allow them to deny him being home even though i wasnt the one that placed it on him. Can you help or is there anything that I can do to assist my prayers with this? We both want him to be home.

Moonchild625, there is a ton of information on the forums and the website connected to court cases, this isn't exactly a court case, but I think most of it will translate. You could also look at doing a honey jar on the parole officer to help sweeten him to you and your husband. And there is always the Crystal Silence League where you can get support in the form of prayers for free.

Best of luck!!

Hi. I have been trying to post this and i havent received a reply so i am posting here. Apologies if it is bothersome but i need assistance please. ---i. I went to the crystal silence league and placed my petitions, thank you for that. Now,I have updated information, I know the name of the parole officer. No card or anything pertaining to her. I'm anxious to call her however I don't want that to mess up what already may be in order. I have not bought a honey jar yet however when I do buy it, will the fact that I dont have a business card of here affect anything? I don't know when she's coming but I do know it will be between now and April I was also doing research and found out that parole officers can do u announced house visits instead of calling you to notify you of the house appointment. Now when I do my petition with a candle or honey jar, whose name am I putting? It's for her to approve my husband home plan however I am the one she will be saying approved or denied to (as far as I know) since he is still incarcerated, do I put it in favor of me, him or us. Do I put our name on the paper or just his? And if I do a candle prayer with petition how do I do it? I went on the forums and no ones case seems to be similar to mine. Please help. This isn't really a legal or court matter but does pertain to the state.

Hello, Moonchild,
Put all 3 names in the honey jar.
And, if you want to burn a candle, you might want to consider a command/compel candle for your altar www.luckymojo.com/candle-command-compel-control.htm
Just go to the upper right hand corner of this page. In the dark green area, there's a white search box. Enter the words: petition paper
Then, you will get some very good ideas on how to write it out.
I hope this helps.
Take care
