Hi everyone, i wanted to pass a spell i did on my colleague (semi-boss) by you to see if it was correct. would appreciate any comments and critique. The situation is that this person has been blocking me by mocking and undermining my work, and being hostile in general. It's a long story that's been going on for years and i feel i am fully justified to do this work. i created a petition paper with his picture, then added goofer dust and graveyard dirt on the paper while folding. anointed paper with damnation oil. added this to a jar 9 pins, needles, nails, red chilli pepper, and poppy seeds for confusion. finally topped up with my urine. started a black candle on the jar annointed with boss fix.

You could shake the jar, burn candles on the jar, bury the jar.. lots of ways to work with container spells and all would be applicable to this spell. I have had hard times at work in the past and sweet spells along with van van, chinese floor wash ( to clean work area) and steady work candles did me well. I also like to use stop gossip at work because people are always back biting it is a number one item I keep on hand in case stuff goes down at work to protect me from fall back. Once an issue arises I wear it and burn candles on it.

Hi Dave71, sorry this is a bit late! But yes I do shake jar spells, mostly because I feel it focuses my anger and brings out more energy than being still, especially with negative work. Maybe different people would prefer different ways of helping them concentrate.

Just a wrd of caution:

It should be sweeter than pie. Even a Bodd Fix honey jar is a SWEET jar. Shaking it up to wake the boss up is one thing, but riling the boss up is not a good idea. Just saying.

Today when I looked at my Boss fix honey jar, it had green and yellow mold in it. I shook it up to dissolve the molds. Is there a spiritual significance to the mold?
When fixing the jar, I didn't have any honey so I used maple syrup to cover up the spell and sealed the jar. Would that be a reason for it?

A Boss Fix Jar should be made on a Thursday correct? For Controlling and Subjugation. And then burned every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday? Or should it be started on a Wednesday and then burned Monday, Wednesday, Friday?

The only LM oils I have which could be appropriate are controlling (maybe too strong), Come to Me and I also have Road Opener. Would any of these be appropriate? Also, what colour candle to burn? Please help.
Three years ago I used a honey jar to sweeten the hiring manager to get my current job.

I saved the jar as it was it candle wax and all.
Today I accidently opened the jar....thinking it was a honey jar I did for something else.

What do I do? Is it ruined? I still want my manager to favor me.

Honey Jars do not have a rule that opening kills them, rather the opposite. Honey Jars are often worked by opening them, scooping out some of the sweetener and using it in cooking for the desired person. Add more honey after you do this, and continue to pray over the jar, and burn candles on it.

I am very sorry to hear that, I also have worked under some terrible lying bosses. It may help to make a doll of that former boss, beat it and throw it in running water to let that negative energy go.

Also working under a bad boss, even at a good place, I have found wearing Stop Gossip at work helps me feel at ease due to me knowing I have protection on.

You can also tie the dollbaby's hands and feet into a kneeling position, Cappygirl. Kneel it beside your honey jar and, if things get rough at the office, surreptitiously take the sweetened dollbaby to kneel at your feet under your desk.
