I've moved your inquiry here to the chuparosa oil forum. Feel free to browse around but I have never known chuparosa oil to serve this purpose. Narcissus oil is commonly used in spells for love however as an oil it is only available as a synthetic fragrance as its flower does not yield an essential oil.

I know this oil is really meant for a known lover for Love, but can it be used for family love or coworkers or neighbors or close friends?

Like I want to be loved by all those around me, and have people loyal to me and communicate to me well at work for example, whom can offer loving communication to me. It is not necessarily actual, actual partnership romantic love I'm looking at the moment.

Can this oil be used for that other than romantic?

I would use house blessing for a house situation to make communal love. Attraction to draw nice love from family and friends. Dixie John root oil is another great for family love and close friends who are also like family. Tranquility oil for peaceful night thoughts and a happy situation or neighborhood.

I'm wanting to put together a gift for some friends for their first anniversary. The goal is just a general blessing of a continued happy marriage. Would Chuparrosa oil be appropriate to mix with Marriage oil? I'm thinking the Marriage oil will serve as a sort of general foundational "happy" intention, with the Chuparrosa adding in the more specific intention of honesty and open, loving communication. Am I missing something in the intention of Chuparrosa that would make it unsuitable for this use?

I think the combo is a great idea. The Marriage oil can be used to keep the happiness and love going in the relationship. I think Chuparrosa is an excellent choice to blend with it because all the traits it supports builds trust between the couple. We all know how important trust is in a marriage.

Yes, it is appropriate to use such a love oil to help a friend or family member find love. But be aware that the person may have other issues, and those should be addressed first.

In my experience, using Chuparrosa for a friend to find love is probably not going to be very effective. You're likely to get more out of Clarity and Tranquility products and performing a reading on the matter before you begin working on that sort of objective.

Chuparosa is a traditional oil that derives its tradition from Mexico and Native American Tribes. It is a love drawing and long-lasting love oil. Not one used for a hook-up.

Adam and Eve oil, made originally with an Adam and Eve root, updated to modern to use modern resources, however the same concept of an Adam and Eve, uniting a perfect pair, calling on the first couple.

The oils are used in similar methods and spells. It is a matter of choice and preference. If you really prefer you can order a Church blend of those two oils, and add two more oils of your choosing to create a custom 4 oz blend.
