Both would work, one would break the blocks, the second would allow the attraction to come into what you desire. You may do well to cleanse the space and then dust it with Attraction, Look Me Over, Money Drawing sachet powder. You can also take a photo of the rental and place it under a candle to draw prospective clients to the space.
