Hi,

So I did a Reconciliation Honey Jar last fall when my ex and I hit a rough patch and it worked. He wanted to get back together.

Unfortunately, I had to leave town to be with family for a couple months so we didn’t really get a chance to actually get back together but we stayed in touch and everything was fine when I got back into town last month ... until 2 weeks ago.

He’s claiming he’s been seeing this other girl even while I was back (not a deal-breaker because we’re in an open relationship) but I know that’s not true since we have mutual friends and she had a boyfriend up until a week ago. This time he told the other woman we’d broken up even though he hadn’t discussed it with me.

I left the jar behind since I was worried about it breaking during travel, so it hadn’t been interacted with by me for a while so my questions are:

1. Should I keep working with this jar (it’s the same intent of him missing me/wanting to work things out) or should I make a new one since it’d be a new reconciliation?

2. I don’t really believe they’ll work out, knowing the two personalities, but do you think I need to do anything about her?

1. Since the jar was working before, and was never deployed, I would try to start working it again. Deploy and start a new one if you don't notice any change.

Thanks RevJames and MissAthena, I tried both of your guys’ advice! I’ve been working the jar for about a month now and if anything he’s seemed more distant. So wasn’t sure if it was time to try a new jar? I’ve heard the general rule of thumb for work is the 3 days, 3 weeks, 3 months but wasn’t sure that applies to this since I’ve also heard honey jars are slower works.
I also had an incident last week on the full moon, where I was burning a road opener candle alongside the candle on the jar and it burned so hot that it melted most of the wax off the jar. The candle on top of the jar also lit the remaining wick from a previous candle so that there were two flames at the same time so wasn’t quite sure what to make of all that.

Thanks Catherineyronwode that definitely cleared a few things up for me but I also now have a few more questions for everyone .
1. If I start a new jar should I wait for the new moon? In looking at maybe starting a new jar, I also realized I’ve had moments where I have negative thoughts towards him because I’m still angry with how he’s treated me (I’m able to be positive when I’m actually working with the jar but the rest of the time I get upset occasionally). I try to recenter and keep it positive but Idk how to control my feelings 24/7 so is there anything I can do to counteract the negativity?
2. So I was thinking back to the 3 days after I started for a sign and realized I ran into his new girl that night at a party and she tried to be friendly to mutual friends but I gave her a dirty look and ignored her because I’m not going to pretend to be fine with her being a homewrecker but for some reason I felt like she might have said something negative to him that night because that’s around when he stopped checking my social media (what I’ve interpreted as him being distant because he used to always constantly check mine). I don’t know that this counts as a sign though?
I guess the movement is him growing more distant hence the dilemma over starting a new one even though this jar had worked before in getting him to want to reconcile. Is there another work you guys suggest I start instead of a new honey jar? Also not sure how to deploy the old one except running water (which doesn’t match intent) or under the bed because he and I both live in apartment buildings so no backyards or accessible front steps

3. The personal effect (aside from photos of us) I’ve been using was a watch that he left with me but since I figure I’ll have to return it one day I haven’t put it in the jar but placed it around it. When I started working the jar at the beginning of the month I put the watch on to get it working again but reading through the forum thread it seems like wearing an item breaks the original connection to the owner? However, this is the only other personal effect I have of his and it has a really strong positive association for us since I ended up with the watch after a meaningful night for us
4. Last question sorry! I haven’t reached out to him in the last month because when we last talked he said he needed space for us to both move on so I’ve felt like there wasn’t a way I could reach out organically without looking desperate. But when I did that in the fall he still ended up missing me however he was checking my social media 24/7 and as I said he has stopped doing that for the first time ever in the last few weeks. I also never wrote and sent a letter because as millennials that would come off super bizarre to him so I was wondering if I wrote it but did not send it (except energetically with my thoughts) if that seemed like a worthwhile option? I will answer your questions in the order you asked them.

1. You don't need to start a new jar since your last one was working for you. It's up to you. If you do start a new one, and you wish to work by lunar energy, then do it when the moon is waxing. As for your negative thoughts towards him, you can add Balm of Gilead to your jar to smooth over past hurts (it would help you both), as well as work Tranquility and Healing products on yourself, to calm your energy.

2. Doesn't sound like a sign to me. You did something in the mundane world to cause a reaction in her. It's more cause and effect, vs. spiritual. Like Miss cat said above, don't rely on that 3 days/weeks/months trope for signs and movement, as it is not a rule of thumb. You could add a moving candle spell to draw him to you, if you wish to supplement your honey jar. You can read about them here:

3. Don't put his watch in the jar since he will want it back, or wear it yourself. You can rest it by your jar if you wish but personal concerns belong in the jar itself.

4. If you are working a spell that calls for you to send him a letter, then send it (email would work, dress your fingers in Reconciliation oil as you type). Just "sending" it telepathically isn't the way to go.

Hello. My boyfriend has been shutting me out on and off the last few months. I believe he loves me. He basically said he's not sure. Anyway, things were progressing but now he's stopped communication again. I can only email him because his phone is turned off. Things were seemingly good.

I finally received my reconciliation honey jar. I meditated, put all the ingredients in. Put in a picture of us together and the one hair of his I could find as will as mine. Karma is not a concept in hoodoo, either work is justified or it is not, it works or it dies. Now if you personally do not want to use a coercive spell that is fine, but do not worry about a karma debt in hoodoo. Reconciliation can bring a lost lover back, however she is in another relationship, that is an obstacle you need to remove to help get her back. It is possible a reconciliation spell would do it all, but in my experience you would also want to break them up, or as you suggested lead the one person to finding a new lover. To do that you may be interested in a moving candle spell which can be used with reconciliation. You move the lover and their current lover apart from one another, and have her move to your candle and the other lover to a new lover candle.

I read in another forum where Mrs. Cat said that it was good to work the honey jar even before the break up spell. I have also been looking at this bottle spell http://www.luckymojo.com/bottle-fixed-break-up.html. However I have realized that there are many routes to the results that I am seeking. I have another rootworker that is working on my court case speeding ticket. So can I even do any other work since it is not good to do multiple things at once. Can I do different types of work with different root workers. Also where can I learn the basics of spell casting? Alot of rootworkers have specialties, who is the best one for windfall and attracting large amounts of money. You can do different spells for yourself, however make sure you work each one individually at a time. For instance, choose a different day of the week for each goal, or different times of the day. Just remain focused on each individual spell to optimize your chance of success.

You can have the same rootworker work on different goals for you as well. If you want to use a separate rootworker for a different job, make sure they both know you have other assistance, and keep the work separated.

Many rootworkers at AIRR are proficient in money matters, so search the directory on the left side of the main page and read their profiles to find someone who "clicks" with you.

Hey guys and gals. I am new to this website/forum, and pretty new to magic overalll. My confidence is there so so not be hesitant ro suggest wvwn a difficult path for me to chose. My girlfriend amd I recently broke up. Since she is already talking to you, I would start with your reconciliation spell. You should already have her in a honey jar, as this is an easy task and you want that sweetening energy on your relationship as soon as possible.

Stick with Reconciliation oil at this point, as you are still attempting to reconcile with her. You can move onto the love-type oils once you have succeeded in that goal.

You can use the sachet powder to lightly dust any object that she may touch, use the magnetic sand on paired lodestones to draw you both together, and use the Balm of Gilead in a honey jar to smooth over past hurts as you sweeten your relationship.

You can start your spell whenever you wish, so Wednesday is fine if you don't want to wait until next week to begin.

Use her full name. If she is still using her married name, add that. So she could be Mary Jones Smith, with Jones being her maiden name and Smith her married name.

So I’ve been working a reconciliation honey jar since early summer. My boyfriend an sister I got into an odd fight last year and he (I’m pretty sure) got scared and ran. We didn’t speak for about 6 months, during which time he started dating some basic chick he’s still with.

We started speaking in November, and comm7nication has been off and on. Whenever we talk, conversations are long - several times in the hours, and twice for over 5 hours. (Not sure where the girlfriend is but whatevs). So I started a reconciliation jar, working it every other day. Here’s the odd thing - I’ve gone thru 2 boxes of candles, and yet there STILL is no wax buildup. Like none. There is a small amount of soot on the bottom of the holder ( that came with the kit). Flames are always tall with little movement. I’m careful on those days to keep all fans and ac off.

Now we haven’t spoken since August 1, other than me wishing him a happy birthday. I know these take time but I find the utter lack of wax after several months odd. What do you all think?

Since there is a delay, I would recommend a reading by a member of AIRR just you can find out if there is a bigger issue that's in your way. They can also recommend what additional rootwork (if any) is needed. Sometimes one spell or prayer is all that is needed. Sometimes you have to work from different angles to get what you desire. A 15 minute reading is affordable and will point you in the right direction.

Guys - I have to share this! I was so disheartened and heartbroken when my fiance of 5 years broke up with me. He was super stubborn about it. I was sad, angry and upset but also heartbroken. Hey guys -

I thought I had a breakthrough but I am so heartbroken and my heart is sinking to my stomach. Not sure how I am going to even sleep tonight.

I got to speak with my fiance (5 years) tonight. We are in long distance.

He broke up with me on Sep 2. The breakup was literally overnight as though somebody jinxed us. He went from I love you babe one night to we are done next evening. Pretty much like an ON/OFF switch. He is pretty stubborn about it. He has been speaking with me the last few days in general but today he told me that he is talking to me out of respect for me and wants me to know that he is done and I need to find my own closure and move on. He loves us and our relationship but he wants a fresh start for himself.

This guy treats me like a queen and wouldnt let me go beyond arm's length. I am the luckiest girl. I love him too and take really good care of him. Our sex is magical. We enjoy each others' company a lot and everybody loves us as a couple.

I made a few serious mistakes (didnt tell him about my kids sooner) and I apologized but he is the one that holds things to heart even though he denies it has anything to do with the breakup. We were super happy together and he acknowledges that.

He has no real reason for the breakup other than lets go separate ways. You have your life, I have mine.

I am like when did this happen?

He is also going through some midlife crisis (40s) hanging out with younger crowd (20s). There absolutely no other female involved and he wants me to move on before he commits, he is open to dating and starting a new life for him.

Hi, I purchased the reconciliation honey jar spell kit for my ex and the father of my son. We still live together, so I have to access to personal concerns, but he has a low bald fade. There is no way I can get a hair from his head. He also cleans up any hairs from shaving. Is there anything of his that would be nearly as effective? I know it has to be two of the same things from both of us as well.

No need to mail it. Just hand him a nice birthday card or surprise card offering to make him a special meal, or a card featuring an artistic rendering of some topic you know he likes.

Check pillows for eye lashes. It also doesn't have to be from his head. You could check underwear for hair. If you wipe the razor with tissue, you may find some as well. You may have to get creative but there should be something you can find. If you are still intimate, the combined sexual fluids would be fantastic. Does he wear a hat? A small clip of fabric from the inside head band could work too. Just make sure it is small enough not to be noticeable. Does he have a old ring? That could be used as well.

I a very new to this, I love my husband but we have had issues with him supporting me emotionally and physically and psychologically and I dont know why and dont know if he has someone else on his mind. We never fight over finances or Bill's... but I have never felt appreciated by him,he becer complements me and does not care if I am having a bad day or struggling with issues at work. But when he has issues I support him a 110% and this is our and marriage we are not that young anymore and its so frustrating. I have not talked to him in over 3 weeks and he has made no attempt to reconcile that makes me very suspicious if what us going on. I need to do something so he is heaf over heels about him and is not distracted with other women, I cannot get his hair or nails right now but his clothes I can, I am desperate to fix this relationship it is draining me. I went through the link and I did not see anything, I did do the honey jar but used sugar, I need to do something much more powerful and strong and lasting, I am 61 years old and can take this anymore I was married for 25 years and he disrespected me the same way this is my 2and marriage and I really want this to work and be loving ..please advise and I truly apologize for being annoying. Just wanted to give an update. I have been working on my reconciliation spell it’s the 9th and final day. I still have to wait and watch 3 days and write a letter. My partner actually messaged me today asking if we can see each other. Coincidence I doubt it. I am also doing a honey jar, which I will continue. We have been talking about a lot of these we never discussed. I’m curious how important is it to write and send the letter. It would just be kind of odd if I send a letter asking to reconcile when we are already having discussions. I will wear the oil when we do meet. Just curious if I can skip that step and just continue with my second my cleansing with my bath crystals. This is just the beginning. Next I am dressing a white skull candle to help control healing both of our minds and thoughts.

Do the work as the instructions indicate and don't skip any steps. Short-cutting yourself like that could end in a disappointing outcome to your spell, and you don't want to undermine your success like that.
