Re: Disposal of Ritual Remains Questions and Answers
Hello John,
That depends on what you were working your doll baby for...if cursing someone, bury it in a cemetery or throw it in running water like a river to keep that energy on them. Otherwise, if you are done working your spell or no longer wish to continue, you can call your target's spirit out of the doll before disposing of it in fire.
I hope this helps. Good luck.

Re: Disposal of Ritual Remains Questions and Answers
I have two quick questions because I find myself doubting myself for some reason. I know to bury things in my front yard if the working is to bring things in, in the backyard to keep them, in a cemetery to kill something or get help from a deceased person.
My questions are:
1. Can my sources of running water be the huge irrigation canals out in the country? The ones that aren't drained and have water all year.
2. I use the crossroads to dispose of spell remnants if the target is far away, if it's a person, or if the spell is more negative. My question is because the crossroads is both a neutral place and a place thats' traveled, is my logic of disposal there for far away targets correct? Also, is it okay if I leave my wrapped remnants in a pot hole in the center of the crossroads rather than actually burying it?

Re: Disposal of Ritual Remains Questions and Answers
Hello Brujo_Sireno,
1. I would not use irrigation canals to dispose of ritual remains in, as that water is used for nourishing crops, etc. and I would be wary of contaminating it with spell remains. I would find a source of open, running water (river or sea) for disposal purposes.
2. Crossroads are appropriate for deploying all kinds of spells so it should be a good choice for your work on far away targets. Bury your spell remains wherever that is indicated. Leaving them in a pot hole is not burial.
I hope this helps. Good luck.

Hi Miss Athena,
So if it’s a paved asphalt crossroads, just bury it in the closest target to the target of the working?

Brujo_Sireno,
I'm not sure what you mean by closest to the target. The crossroads don't need to be near the target. Crossroads can be paved or dirt. It can be two roads crossing or a road and railroad. The remains don't need to be buried in the center. It is fine to bury remains in one of the grassy corners. I usually walk my dog and act like I'm picking up poo when I'm really dropping something off and digging it in. You could also act like you dropped something. It's pretty easy and people don't pay attention anyway.
I hope this helps explain things a bit.

If leftover wax is buried in a houseplant like aloe vera, will that not kill the plant? The wax remains are not much. probably 3x1 in.

musclequeen378,
It won't harm the plant. I have never noticed it to breakdown of the wax or for it to cause any change to the soil. You may forget it's there when repotting the plant and be a little surprised it's there but that's about it.
Best of luck!

Re: Disposal of Ritual Remains Questions and Answers
Hello! I've really enjoyed reading these threads and the big article on Laying Tricks. It was good information.
I hope I've posed my question on the right thread. I asked some questions about ingredients in a vinegar jar on that thread and Miss Athena gave some advice about a remake of the jar in question. To check my working, I divined using tarot, the jar was working, but was indeed ready for a next stage. It indicated disposal/deployment via water. I took the jar to a river, went down to the banks, and emptied the jar into the current, and washed out the jar in the river to bring back for either recycling or reuse in the next making of the jar spell. I came home and gave myself a cleansing bath with rue, lemongrass, agrimony, rosemary, bay leaf and extra hyssop as I considered it the end of a negative working. I also did an uncrossing and protection work that night.
My question is the following. The river has a great deal of waterfowl and I didn't want to dump glass in the water for safety reasons as well. I see in some versions the entire container/jar is dumped in the flowing water. Is my method considered a disposal or a deployment of the spell?
Thanks for any feedback from practitioners.
I am open to remaking the vinegar jar, and continuing the work. Its Tuesday, a good day.

Re: Disposal of Ritual Remains Questions and Answers
Hello BellaSolanae,
We often deploy a vinegar jar in running water as a means of continuing the spell energy towards the desired outcome. That is deployment.
When deploying a vinegar jar (or break up jar), it is advised that you NOT open the jar at any point after first assembling and sealing it. You want to keep that energy in the jar, working to cross up your target. Proper deployment is to throw the jar - intact - into running water. Alternatively, bury it in a cemetery. That's what I would do.
I hope this helps. Good luck.

Re: Disposal of Ritual Remains Questions and Answers
Hi Miss Athena,
Thank you for your reply.
The jar in question had lemon poppets that I had worked in regarding the individuals involved. Each lemon was a spell in itself. My intention was to release and deploy the lemons directly into running water, thus creating a running out of the situation, and separating the crossed individuals. It was a sort of spell within a spell. The bound and cursed lemons were thrown into running water in those particular spells as their method of deployment. Due to the nature of the situation, burying these items (or the whole jar) at someone's doorstep was not an option, so I felt the water deployment was the wisest course of action given the divination on deployment.
Looking at the point you made above, it would have been a stronger spell to retain them in the jar and continue crossing them up through a sealed deployment. Then whenever the jar broke naturally, it would have released them into the river at that time.
Thank you for your tips, and time in replying. Hopefully the next working will be an improvement on deployment (and jar etiquette). And yes, the energy of the working shifted with the opening of the jar at the end. Not bad, but different.

Re: Disposal of Ritual Remains Questions and Answers
Hello. I have a question that I feel it hasn't been completely answered yet in this thread or maybe I'm still not getting it, so here is my question:
I will be performing a Psychic Vision Spell with the kit that I've bought at Lucky Mojo on the next full moon and I'm worried about the burial of the spell remnants because I will be moving to a new home a few weeks after performing the spell.
So is it ok to bury the remnants and dig them up when moving out and rebury them in my new home? Or is it better to bury them in a potted plant that I will be taking with me to my new home and then properly bury the remnants in the yard?
I also thought about doing the job in my new home, but the perfect timing of the spell (full moon on a Monday) is casually a few weeks before my moving. The next one will be in 4 months. I wouldn't want to wait that longer.
Thanks in advance for the clarification of this issue I'm thinking of.

georgosian,
I would use a potted plant and take it with me. It is not essential, but very convenient.

Re: Disposal of Ritual Remains Questions and Answers
Good Morning,
I Did A Spell A Few Day Ago and I Haven't Used It Yet. I'm Waiting Until The Night Before The Person Comes To Lay The Trick & Set Things Into Motion. As Far As The Spells Remains I Am Unsure How To Handle It. I Was Given An Article On The Proper Way To Deploy and or Dispose of Spells. I Figured With The Spell I Did That An Earth Burial Is Best To Seal The Results Of The Spell. Preferably in The Backyard.
Here's The Thing, I Live In An Apartment on the 2nd Floor and The Closest Thing To A Backyard That I Have Is My Back Patio. I Could Try To Burry The Remains In The Ground Behind My Building But We Have 24/7 Security and I Don't Want To Get Caught. If There's No Other Way Then I Will Try My Best To Do So Anyway.
What Do You Guys Recommend I Do?
I Was Thinking of Getting A Plant Pot and Adding Some Soil and Burry It There and Keeping It There In My Back Patio. Maybe Even Try To Grow Flowers With It In The Same Pot. So When I Move I Can Still Take It With Me. Is That A Bad Idea? Do You Guys Think The Spell Would Still Work If I Did?

Hello Anights_shadow,
Please use proper sentence structure with regard to capitalization, as your style of writing is very difficult to read.
I have moved your post and my response to the correct thread on spell deployment. You are on the right track with burying your spell remains in a potted plant on your back patio to keep someone with you. Put a plant in that soil and keep it well nurtured so it remains healthy.
You can take it with you if you move, and keep it to the rear of your new home.
I hope this helps. Good luck.

Re: Disposal of Ritual Remains Questions and Answers
Hi everyone!
I come with a small question.
I am ending an uncrossing, or shall I say, Break all curses/dark magic/ jinxes done upon me by someone. I have 2 plastic-encased 3-day vigil candles (wipe out everything & cut spells).
What do I do with the plastic encasing and leftover wax on the bottom?
Thank y'all!

Lyonese,
I am not sure which candles you are discussing, plastic incased candles. But you would dispose of the wax and recycle the plastic, metal, glass from a candle that remains. Leftover wax means still work to complete, repeat the work to continue to remove it. You would dispose of the wax at a crossroad.

Re: Disposal of Ritual Remains Questions and Answers
Hello, everyone!
I come here kindly asking for your advice regarding disposal of love spells. I had a very stormy relationship with my boyfriend, but with the help of some spells, several conversations and a lot of hard work, we are now in a new stage for us and everything is great.
However, as a part of this we have been very honest about ourselves and our life goals: I'm very homely yet dominating, I pretty much want a husband I can boss around, but my boyfriend wants to be a free bird, he loves me, yet he is intimidated by my dominating part, and isn't comfortable with the idea of marriage or staying with someone forever, he has confessed to me that he feels caged inside my love.
I care a lot about him and he is very young, we already settled our differences and made peace, I want to set him free, so if he stays with me or leaves, it is of his own free will, without influence from my spell casting. Right now I have:
-A doll baby
-Wax remains from a reconciliation skull candle, shaped into a heart, buried in my front yard
-A honey jar
The wax remains I have to bury out, of course. I was thinking of keeping the honey jar since it's mostly for friendship between us.
So, I have to dispose of the doll and the wax in such a way that it ends the influence those spells have over him. I already read the page on laying tricks and disposing, but I'm still not sure.
Miss Athena said in this thread it's a good idea to call him out of the doll and then burn it, I was thinking of doing that and then burying all the remains in a crossroads.
Any advice?

cihienahualli ,
To end the work and its influence you would want to dispose not deploy the work. Take any leftover items, pray to end the work, you can mix it with salt and pray to neutralize the work, dispose at a crossroad. I would certainly do what Miss Athena said with the doll, spread the ashes at a crossroad. You should cleanse your house and even cleanse him, make a botanical bath, tell him its a healthy detox cleansing bath use an uncrossing bath to remove any magic on him.

Re: Disposal of Ritual Remains Questions and Answers
Hello! Updating on the disposal of my spells, honestly I'm amazed, yet quite sad.
I did exactly that, on a Saturday I prayed to neutralize the works, used sea salt, burned the doll, and disposed of everything. On Sunday I cleansed the house and also both of us. It felt liberating, the bath was a beautiful experience.
During the following week we started drifting away very quickly, we had a fight so bad that we decided to finally end the relationship. It was so sudden, we have broken up and gotten back several times, but this time it felt different. I feel more traquil about it.
I think the biggest act of love I could give him was to set him free, so I'm glad this happened, all in peace.
Thank you!

Hi folks, hope you're all doing well.
I have a question regarding disposal of wax from candle spells. I know it is traditional to bury it or dispose of it in a hollow tree but that is not very eco-friendly. Is there an eco-friendly way of disposal since paraffin wax is not biodegradable?

Not all traditional methods of spell disposal are eco-friendly if the products are not made with traditional ingredients. Back when all wax candles were made of beeswax or lard-plus-beeswax, there would have been no problem in disposing of them in a hollow tree -- bees might well have recycled any pure beeswax for use in their hives. However, as you noted, candles made of petroleum wax or paraffin are not a good match with that traditional form of tree-disposal. People still do bury the wax, and very few recycling pick-up serves refuse to accept the wax remnants in glass candles, because they boil the glass to remove food as well as wax, prior to recycling the glass. Some stuff sinks and some stuff floats. What they do with the resultant non-glass cruft is unknown to me.
You don't want your homestead to become a land-fill, so if you burn a lot of candles, you do have to think about recycling the wax. It can be remelted and new candles made from it, as described in my book "The Art of Hoodoo Candle Magic."

Re: Disposal of Ritual Remains Questions and Answers
Just wondering: can you toss wax remnants from candles that are used for positive workings (such as Come To Me, job-getting, etc.) at a crossroads and pray that they reach their targets as you do so? I'm trying to figure out how to do this quickly, since the only place I can bury them in my apartment (a planter) has essentially turned into a litterbox for my roommate's cats, and I doubt that's a good place to bury spells designed for drawing in the good stuff, haha.
Re: Disposal of Ritual Remains Questions and Answers
LonePine99,
Yes you can toss them at a crossroads, some spell items you can also sprinkle from the persons house to yours, starting at their house and each street, or each light, or each exit (depending how far the distance) until you reach the closest to you, as an act of bringing them to you.

Re: Disposal of Ritual Remains Questions and Answers
How to properly dispose a 5 year old honey jar?
In 2017 I did a honey jar for my dad’s boss and his secretary to sweeten them up and so they can give my dad a raise. The jar has honey, cinnamon, sugar, a paper with the names of the boss and secretary, wax of a white candle, magic oils I used for both the jar and candle I recall I used was for luck, money, blessing, healing, and holy protection. The spell for filled it’s purpose back in 2017-2018.
In 2019 my dad’s boss passed away from natural causes. I’m about to move in August of next month and no longer need the honey jar that for filled it’s purposed. How can I properly and safely dispose of it? Also where I currently live, I’m very limited to burying and burning the jar with the remains.
I would kindly appreciate advice how to properly dispose of the honey jar? Thank you so much in advance.

Hello deladelasol77,
Since the work is completed, you can pour the honey down the drain (if it's still liquid-y) and dispose of any large bits like candle wax in your trash. You can thank Spirit for helping you with this cause as you discard the remains. Cleanse and recycle the glass jar.
That's all there is to it. Easy peasy.
Good luck with your move.

Re: Disposal of Ritual Remains Questions and Answers
Reading through this thread, I came up with some questions as far as the disposal of remains concerns...
Spiritually speaking, is it appropriate someone whorth trusty to do the disposal, or to place by digging the remains to the graveyard, or to throw the remains to the ocean , buying graveyard dirt, leaving dimes ect? Or the whole procedure must be done from the worker from the very beginning till the very end? What about if you are present
Would be appropriate for example to give the jar that must be thrown in a river to do it on behalf of the person that made the spell, if there is no river around, or the worker must complete the work by him/herself all the way?

crystalangel ,
Normally if you do the work you also dispose of the remains. This is part of the magical act of sending something outward (Crossroad), ending something (graveyard), moving something away from you ( river) etc. When you hire a worker, you entrust in them to dispose of it, unless the spell specifies, or the worker specifies for you to do it.

Thanks for the reply JayDee
Re: Disposal of Ritual Remains Questions and Answers
Hello there,
I have a van van spell that calls for the remains to be buried in my front yard. However, I live in big city apartment that doesn't have a yard. Nobody does really.
Perhaps a park close by would do the trick? Or a potted plant in the house?
Thanks in advance.

Alba ,
I moved your post to the topic on disposal of ritual remains. Please do not make new topics, the forum is designed with a thread for each type of question.
You can buy a potted plant, place the items in the bottom, put the plant on top, keep it located at your front door of the apartment.

Re: Disposal of Ritual Remains Questions and Answers
I am not sure if it has been asked before and my apologies if it has been asked, but where do I dispose of the oil bottles? I have an empty bottle of lavender love drops oil and an empty bottle of road opener oil I need to dispose of but am not sure where to dispose of it since I am still working on the spell and candles for my intended target. I have kept them in a drawer in my room for the meantime. Is it safe to just throw the empty bottles in the trash? Or would this affect my spell work in a negative way?

Hi Johnnyr860,
The bottle is not connected to the spell, you can recycle it.
Best of luck,
Mr. Christopher

Johnnyr860,
Just adding to what Mr. Christopher stated, I wanted to add the same thing is true of the glass case of the candle, when the work is done, and you are done reading the glass for signs, you recycle the glass. Not exactly part of your question, but people do ask that frequently as well.

Re: Disposal of Ritual Remains Questions and Answers
These questions seem to be perennials. When I saw this thread in "Active Topics" and checked it out, I was reminded of my own post, believe it or not, from 2009, in this same thread. I wrote in answer to the same question:
"Aluminum, paper, and glass are indeed among the most easily recycled products we use in all forms of magic. Herbs and roots can be cast back into Nature. The rest should be recycled."
At times like this I do begin to feel old, or at least middle-aged. And thank the Powers That Be for the new generations who join into the world of metaphysics and magic with the same-old, same-old questions, because without them, the occult would soon become a closed system and die a slow death.
So bring on the questions, Johnny860, and all of the new ones and young ones. Just as there were elders on hand to teach me, so will old fogeys like me be here to teach you!

Re: Disposal of Ritual Remains Questions and Answers
Good evening to my fellow and wonderful people here at Lucky mojo!
I wish I could say that I come here with fantastic news however, that is not the case. I said I was going to keep doing the work until my birthday arrives in mid April as recommended by Miss cat. Well he ended up moving away. He wanted to be closer to his family so he moved away. Said we could stay in contact and then whenever he comes back to the area we can hang out but that was about it. I made sure to dress my doll once a week as instructed by you guys here. Every day when I got home from work, I would light a 6 inch candle on my honey jar, using the lucky mojo oils that I had mentioned previously. To this very moment, my candles continue to burn perfectly, and evenly with no wax left, and no smoke. I am still waiting to hear back from the lucky mojo, spiritual church as far as the three candles I had ordered at their altar from almost 2 months ago.
Well, at this point, regardless of what the candle burns say from the altar, it means nothing because he’s gone now I won’t lie. I am extremely sad, because I really liked him and I am going to miss him a lot. All the signs were pointing to a yes. I finally get to the point where I start meditating and praying to the universe and I start asking why I’m not seeing any movement or results in my situation at all. as I meditate and pray, I had told the universe that if it wasn’t meant for me to be with this man, and if the answer truly was no to remove him out of my life. Next thing I know he comes up to me last minute, to tell me that he’s moving effective immediately. Some thing that he thought about at the very last second. He dropped everything and moved away out of the blue. I guess this was my confirmation from the universe that the answer was no the whole time, even though all the signs are pointing to a yes.
I am too much of a mess right now to even think about doing another spell so I will take a break for a while.
So how do I dispose of everything?
1. I need to save the jar from the honey jar so I can do another honey jar to attract true love instead of targeting a specific person but the doll and the honey jar contents I need to get rid of.
2. I have the doll I need to dispose of as well as the original doll that I accidentally dropped in the toilet that I put in a potted plant in front of my house.

Hi, johnny860,
I am moving your query to the disposal of spell remnants thread.
I am sorry to hear of this outsome, but i cannot say i am surprised. The dropping of the doll in the toilet seems to be a sign of the entire affair doing down the drain, so to speak. By the way, when i suggest a stop-date, i do not consider that a victory date. It is what i see as your last possible option date.
Regarding the MISC candles -- if those were set two months ago, they would be finished by now. Something may may gone wrong in transmitting the message to you. I suggest that you telephone the shop at 707-887-1521 or the church at 707-887-7808 and ask for Colleen. She is more likely to be at the shop line, but she works both jobs. Ask her to look up your order in the church database and see what happened. Tell her "cat told me to call."
As for disposal, please read this thread from page one and FOLLOW THE LINKS. I think your questions will be answered.
Good luck.

Hi, Johnnyr860,
I talked with Cat and we found your order, from February 10th (not two months ago, and two candles, not three, thank God!). I apologize for the lateness in sending your report. Due to the floods here in California, which led to road closures, I was unable to get in to work and I got behind on candle readings as a result. I am taking boxes of candles home to work on over the weekend and expect to get caught up soon! I will give you a call today so we can work it out.
Blessings

Johnnyr860,
You asked how to dispose of the remains of the work. The jar with the doll I would dispose of in running water (river) to send the person away and end the work, cleanse the jar. For the potted plant, I would keep the plant, but take the doll out, call out its spirit, burn it and toss the dolls ashes in the crossroads to send them away. You can also throw the ashes of the doll in the running water. Go home take a spiritual bath to cleanse this negativity from this person off of you.

Re: Disposal of Ritual Remains Questions and Answers
Hello, I have a few question about disposal at crossroads, that is, must it be a dirt crossroads? Must you bury it in the center? Can you leave the remnants on the side? Can you leave remains from multiple spells at once? What about glass objects? My house is on a crossroads--can I dispose of the remains at a paved crossroads literally fifty feet from my house? When you leave and "don't look back," how careful must you be (ie do you have to ensure you don't see the crossroads out of corner of your eye)?
I apologize if these questions seem overly nit-picky or specific. I was first introduced to spellwork through Wicca in my teens and the contradictory nature of Wiccan guidebooks have left me with a paranoia that one misstep, one small deviation in your focus, one wrong word, and you can mess the entire working up (or have it "rebound" and cause severely negative effects).
As I understand it now, however, is that building a spell is not unlike baking chocolate chip cookies--once you know what you're doing you can add your own ingredients, go based of of what "seems right," and adapt the basic recipes to your liking, but if you, say, burn them or don't add any butter/oil, or forget the chocolate chips, you're not making chocolate chip cookies, you're making a mess! I suppose what I'm trying to say is that I just don't want to "burn the cookies," so I appreciate any feedback

Re: Disposal of Ritual Remains Questions and Answers
Hello sabvas,
Welcome to the Lucky Mojo forum! We're happy to see you here.
When you have a moment, and if you are so inclined, please introduce yourself in the Introductions thread so we can get to know you a little more, and we can give you practical advice for navigating the forum.
As for your questions regarding deploying spells, I will answer them in the order in which you asked them.
1. No, it does not need to be a dirt crossroads. Any road, path or such a walkway that crosses another and forms an "X" will work as a crossroads for spell deployment.
2. No, you do not need to work directly in the center. You can deploy to the sides of it, particularly if you are burying a spell and need to dig up dirt in which to bury it.
3. I would deploy one spell at a time, to keep your energy focused on that specific work. Be mindful and intentional when you deploy each of your spells, rather than seeking convenience and efficiency by bundling them together.
4. For glass objects, you can bury them in the ground within or by a crossroads, if that is the appropriate place for deployment. Depending on the nature of the work (e.g., attracting something vs. sending it away), you could deploy it by burying it in your yard, burying it in a graveyard, putting it in the hollow of a tree, putting it in running water like a river, etc. For helpful advice on determining how to deploy your spell remains, please visit this page:
https://www.luckymojo.com/layingtricks.html
5. I would use a crossroads which you are not likely to revisit so frequently as one just a few feet from your house. This is especially important if your spell was intended to send something or someone far away from you.
6. The concept of "don't look back" has as much to do with not giving your work another thought after you complete it as it has to do with not physically looking back to where you deploy it. You don't have to stress over glimpsing the crossroads out of the corner of your eye. Just look ahead as you walk away, and don't obsess over your spell once you deploy it. Trust in a positive outcome instead and you will give yourself a better chance of success.
I hope this helps. Good luck.

Re: Disposal of Ritual Remains Questions and Answers
Hello LM family.
After reading Miss Catherine's free on line book sbout deployment and disposal, I still have not figure out if backyard (in my case bsck balcony's plant pot) or center of crossroads is appropriate for my case.
Iam going to perform an influence spell with crusible 9f courage products for my husband.
So is not a harsh bend over or domination kind of spell.
Initially I thought that center of crossroads is fine to disperse the energy ...but then I read that if we want to keep something,( I want to keep my husband of course) the backyard is fine as well.
Any suggestions please?

Re: Disposal of Ritual Remains Questions and Answers
Hello LM family
I used a photo of my dad facing towards me and a photo of my father's spouse (not wife) facing away from me. I put influence oil in 5 spot to both photos with a petition written to the forehead, while praying for my dad to come to me for the day of Easter and his spouse to stay with her children. I put a tea white candle standing on top of each photo and light it
Today, the third day of the spell my dad announced me that he will come to my house. So the spell is completed.
Iam planning to take the photo of his spouse and leave it to the center of crossroads.
But I don't feel doing the same for my dad's photo...I want him with me
So should I keep the photo despite the petition is written on the forehead...or what else can I do???
I know I can put ithe put the photo in potted plant but I don't like the idea of bury that photo...so?

Hello crystalangel!
Sounds like everything went swimmingly...excellent job!
While I'm not 100% familiar with the entirety of the situation (apologies, I'm a little late to the party!) I'm getting the idea that you're working to thin the relationship between him and his (current) partner and bring him back to the family, as it were. If I'm on the right track, one thought I had is something that I've done personally and have done for, and with, my clients. Once achieving a successful closure of a working such as this, yes, definitely discard the "unwanted" influences at a crossroads or into a fast-moving river or stream to carry them away. For the "wanted" remnants, and to keep that portion of the work active, I make a mojo bag with them, adding some additional herbs/curious/etc. to boost it. If you're unfamiliar with mojo bags you can definitely grab a copy of Miss Cat's book The Art of Making Mojos to help guide the process.
Blessings!

Re: Disposal of Ritual Remains Questions and Answers
Hello Reverend Art...
Thanks for your advice !
Well, to make long short, my mom passed away 20 plus years ago.
This woman and my dad are together since then almost, not married. For Christmas I invited them both...she preferred to stay to her children and my dad came to my home.
I invited them both again for Easter...and she said that they will stay with her daughter since her daughter will go no where.
I felt like being the second choice and she wanted my dad to be there with her daughter... That is, "i am going to be with my children always and your dad too" Quite unfair I believe...I am his only child...So I wanted my dad here, and I successfully did that with the influence oil.
However, I would like to thin their relationship but I know that my dad will not leave her... he is a quite old aged man.
But I want him to be under my influence and always with my side.
I don't have the book, and it will take long enough to receive it since I live overseas...
So any other suggestion for now???

Hello again crystalangel!
For the time being, you can definitely read through the threads available under the "Mojo Bags, Conjure Hands, and Doll Baby Spells" here on the Forum! There are tons of tips, tricks, and how-to's listed there to help you in constructing, and breathing life into, a mojo should you choose to use that option.
Blessings!

Re: Disposal of Ritual Remains Questions and Answers
Well, giving some thought and not knowing where to post that question...following the excellent advice of Reverend Art, I am thinking that it seems not possible to make a mojo with that particular photo because I wrote the petition on the photo to the forehead and it was in particular for this year's Easter day.
I thought an influence honey jar also using this photo but still the problem is the written petition. (I think I can't erase the petition written with a pencil, can I?)
So the same question again...what can I do the photo?

Re: Disposal of Ritual Remains Questions and Answers
crystalangel,
You can do many things with the photo. I would think of the intention and what you want from the work. For example, if you want to influence, you can add it now to a mojo made with influence herbs and roots and dress it with influence oil.
You can take the photo and use it in a honey jar, burn purple candle on top of it dressed with Influence oil while praying to influence the person.
Both are acceptable methods.

Re: Disposal of Ritual Remains Questions and Answers
Thank you dear JayDee!
My purpose was to influence him for this Easter...so the photo has a written petition on his forehead exactly about that " you will come to my home to spend the Easter Day"
That is my concern: The petition is written on it.
So I can still use that photo, in a general honey jar for example???

Re: Disposal of Ritual Remains Questions and Answers
crystalangel,
Thanks for clarifying. Now that we understand that the petitition written on the forehead of the photo of the man concerned your goal for Easter Sunday, 2023, it is clear that you cannot reuse it. It is DONE.
Simply dispose of it in a thoughtful manner, according to your desires. Follow the teaching at
Laying Tricks and Disposing of Ritual Remains by cat yronwode

for full details on all your choices.
Start your next petition with a new photo. Digitization makes it possible to produce as many copies of a photo as you want, at any size you want, so there is no reason to hold onto one that has out-lived the time-frame of your spell.
