Here's an update on the long-term success of that sugar jar spell I posted earlier in the thread. For the first week, I burned a white 4-inch candle on the jar every day. Each candle was prayerfully dressed with van van oil and blessing powder, then after lighting it (still prayerfully) I repeated the phrase written on the petition paper. For the next few weeks, I only did it on Mon Wed and Fri of each week. Finally, I just did it once on every Monday.

The jar has gone untouched for the past 2 months. A coworker texted me this morning to say that our boss hit the roof, throwing a big fit, when he found out about a mistake I made last night. So, I once again dressed a candle, lit it atop the jar, then gazed at the flame while praying the words from my written petition.

By the time I got to work, the boss was totally calmed down. He called me in his office, and said "I know you're still getting used to all these new rules, and I'm not sure anyone ever told you about this one. But you're not supposed to do such-and-such anymore, ok? I know it's not your fault, and you're not in trouble, but I got in trouble with the corporate bosses today, so please don't do this again."

That's not how he usually handles cases where his bosses get mad for things we do -- normally it's a big hullabaloo, and people sometimes get yelled at. But this was very low-key and barely lasted a whole minute.

So what I learned is, you *can* use a dressed candle and some energized prayer to perk up an old sugar jar spell, even if it was starting to wear off.

Hi All,

I am new so please forgive me if I am posting in the wrong section. I did a quick search and this thread seemed appropriate. (I'm a bit desperate and freaking out and hope to get some help)

My current manager used to be my supervisor. We got on well and he would often come to me for advice or suggestions especially since we both started our positions around the same time and were close in age and backgrounds. Many new changes to the dept were a direct result from my suggestions.

Ffwd to last yr when he became manager of the dept. My Performance Appraisal was terrible and I wasn't credited for anything I did, recommended etc. He took the credit for things I suggested. It was ALL negative and he seemed to have some grudge against me, especially when I worked my butt off in 2013 and was the lead on a lot of big (and successful) projects. I didn't argue the appraisal because I had a lot going on personally and couldn't deal with finding energy to argue (my dad was really sick for all of 2014 and passed in Jan 2015).

Now this year my Appraisal is coming up again and I have been getting tidbits from my new supervisor. She told me the manager has been "collecting information" on me since last Dec and he puts her up to do lots of sneaky things (which she disagrees with). He constantly spies on me (he works at another building), drops in unexpectedly hoping to catch me doing something wrong, asks other people to spy on me, will call/email me minutes before my shift ends to see if I'm actually there on the pretense of needing something...etc
Between her, my intuition and things other people in the dept are saying I feel he is coming for me and I fear I'll lose my job.

I ordered boss fix candle and this was the reading I got "The candle burned with a bright flame for five days. Almost all of the wax was consumed, leaving a thick wax ring at the bottom. The glass was left heavily sooty, lightening a little bit to only being sooty. The herbs were gathered at the bottom in the shape of a solid black circle with a black X through it. I would continue with the Boss Fix products and perhaps carry some slippery elm on you so you can slip by him (http://www.herb-magic.com/slippery-elm-bark.html). Just keep a little in a red flannel bag and keep it hidden on your person. Stop Gossip (http://www.luckymojo.com/stopgossip.html) mixed with the Boss Fix products would be good to. If you can get the powders down somewhere this person will step in them that would be good. I would still work toward getting a reading if you can so you can get a clear view of what is going on and know how best to proceed. You could also add Queen Elizabeth root if you are female or John the Conquer root if you are male to your bag with the slippery elm in it.

I need some advice, I don't know if this is the correct forum, and I'm sorry if it's not.
I have this girl at work that doesn't work on site she works from home but my boss favors her a lot and we still need to run things by her, like if she's our boss. So she has this "big head" and thinks she's the boss. How can I get her to leave? I already froze her but I feel she still tries to get me for small stuff. She's very anal about a lot and I'm tired of her being the "teachers pet"
She's not even considerate of all the other employees and stress them out as well
What do I use? I wanna place another order ASAP because I have other things on my list lol

I would like to get the proper LM products for job security. My boss has hired a full time person to replace me but wouldn't tell me when I"m being let go. He's a taking advantage of my presence there to train the new person and telling me I won't go anywhere for awhile but the fact is he is planning to end my contract once the new person is settle in (I can only do part time work due to kids) He has the capacity to keep both me and the full time so should I use boss fix products? influence products? or skull candle (color?)

In the meantime I will look for another part time job - is the green 7 knobs candle suitable in this situation?

Hi,

My supervisor quarrels a lot and argues over petty matters, not only with me but with other staff under him.
I have a photo of him but i am in it as well. I also have signatures from him.

What kind of spell or perferably petition paper can I use? If I have to use the photo do I cut/rip the photo into 2 pieces separating us to use in the spell or do I use it with both of us in it?

Can you point me in the right direction as I need to find favor with my boss.

Hi LM family,

I didn't get any success with a white candle sweetening and praying over to keep my last job, - the hotfoot products didn't come in time before i left that job. However, i landed on another awesome opportunity that's temp to perm. I love the flexibility and I trust that the higher divine had this better plan for me. They are now going to hire a perm person but want this person to be full time which I can't work full time. I am confident to complete all of the duties within a part time role and hoping to use a little bit of hoodoo to change their mind. I have influential oil on hand, what are some things I can do to influence them so I can save this job? I have access to the bosses office so I was thinking leaving my hair there dressed with follow me oil.. although it's a love aspect oil.. I have other LM love oils as well such as stay with me, love me...etc. but they aren't appropriate to use in the work situation. I can't get any of their hair to start a honey jar so anything I can place in the office, I'll try.

I've been having a lot of problems at work so I've done a few things. I started a honey jar on my boss, burned a skull candle baptized in her name with boss fix, anointed her signature with boss fix and put it in my left shoe, and sprayed a mixture of boss fix and peace water on her chair. Something must have worked because she started out surly, but by 10:00 am she was being super nice to me as if nothing was wrong. The rapid change was a bit weird but I'll take it! Even the VP (her boss) was being nice to me. I hope it's not because they know they are going to fire me...

littlewing, you might want to do some divination on that.

Also, I'm thinking of a variation on the old and simple eviction-proofing spell -- driving a nail into each corner of the property you live on. In your case, a thumbtack pressed into the floor under each corner of your desk. You can pretend to be looking for something you dropped under the desk, if necessary. Whisper the Lord's Prayer as you do it.

You can also reinforce your Boss Fix work by wearing a bay leaf in your shoe. Wrap it with the name paper you've used already -- or write her name on it and cross it with your name and perhaps a phrase such as "KEEP ME."

Asturias, I've always heard "red pepper" and "cayenne" used interchangeably. I was raised in California by parents from the Middle West who loved Mexican and soul food, so I don't know where they picked that up.

As to manure in this context -- I assume it was well dried first. The cayenne would cause them pain and the manure would turn their lives to crap, unless they treated Bibbs right. Rather more vindictive than our modern Boss Fix, as befits slaveowners.

In reviewing the posts I have found many spells to be for the person posting and their boss or supervisor. I have a bit of a different situation. My former boss was forced into retirement, but remains on the payroll and consults for the company. Things have not improved with the current person at the helm. We are all struggling. We want our former boss back and learned his boss recently asked him if he wanted his job back. When he responded yes, his boss said they still don't know what direction they are heading in (the company just got acquired and changes are taking place). What spell can I work on to: a. I have a major problem at work. We got a new director two months ago. Our Union shop Stuart going behind workers talk to the director. This thing happened with previous director and create huge mess and board force to resign to her. Now she is gone. But shop Stuart doing same thing with new director get favoritism. I am getting laid off first week of September. After 6 and half years I was shock. Director is giving hard time for me and another staff( don't give sick time, appointment time, no holiday time) we had to go to union for our rights. So we are bad people now. What can I do,to protect my job and make hate each other those two woman? Can I do vinegar jar to break them apart even I am not in that work place? can i change her mind to protect my job? Hello I'm new to posting but I have a question regarding my boss.

I make my living off of tips. I work my butt off sometimes standing and running around for 11 hours 6 days a week with no lunch or breaks. My boss has decided that he wants my dept, the hardest working people, to start splitting our tips with everyone even the slackers, people who sit on their butts and play on their phones and some of these people are getting high or drunk.

Hes also gonna take a cut of our tips for himself and higher ups. This is actually illegal but we don't say anything because he's said if we don't like it we can go find another job. I've spoken to some friends in other departments were it's already been implemented and they say for example they turn in 300 dollars and they will get 70 back with no trace of were the other 230 dollars went.

I was hired at a store about 4 weeks ago. Not even a week after I was hired the assistant manager took a job at another store. So now I have to close cause I'm a lead person.

Well my manager expects for me to cashier, stock shelves, make sure the night paperwork and money is right and also to clean too. Well its two of us working at a time, but I have noticed that when I get to work she leaves and I will be at work for 2-4 hours by myself.

Also noticed that the money hasn't been right since the assistant manager left and there is a cashier that I work with and seems my boss always has a problem when we work together.

I know my boss steals but what can I do? She manipulates and blames workers for things. Some have even been fired cause of her.

Tired of this and I want revenge already.

I know that at gambling casinos in some states, it is allowed.

But if this is illegal, you certainly can report this anonymously to the state. Especially if you have to report this on your taxes.

The thing is she opens the store and I close. As soon as I arrive she leaves. She takes store goods and sales items when on sale or not, take it out as trash in bags and give to her mother.

I just started working there. There are cameras, but not outside. & she drops the deposits off.

The DUME Candle would be good for her, as would a Hot Foot Candle or a Run Devil Run Candle, to get her out of the work place. At the same time, a Steady Work candle would be good for your own protection, as would a Fiery Wall of Protection candle, burned with it. If you are afraid of her, try a Crucible of Courage Candle on yoursef, to build up your strength.

If you can collect visual evidence (for instance with a cell phone video) and show it the boss, the thief will be fired and you will be valued. You may be promoted.

As a new member (but a reader for years and years) I seek some help for a friend that I cannot pinpoint online thus far.

A male friend of mine is a truck driver who has a Boss who always favours the drivers he likes most. His favourites always get the longest runs, the more elite jobs etc, while the other drivers get the short runs, to the least liked places etc.

The boss is male in his early 60's, with many health problems that are slowly getting worse. He is frequently ill and needing to seek medical attention.
He is very controlling and doesn't tell other senior managers what is going on in their branch, so they look silly when other people ask them what is happening and they don't know. He just doesn't want to let go apparently.

My friend would like to gently move the boss on, either into retirement or resignation. No harm or ill will is wished, just a way to encourage him to walk away (possibly focusing on health reasons being the most logical reason to go).

I will need to do this for my male friend, as this sort of thing is not something he could confidently undertake.

I am worried that a commanding or compelling spell would be too strong (not wanting to force him to leave as such) ?
Or is that something like this better tackled strongly from the start?

Appreciate any ideas on the best way to approach this situation from the wise members.

I think in this case, a skull candle dressed with Boss Fix and Influence oils could be used to create a candle spell that will influence his thoughts and help him arrive at the idea of retiring and how it's good for his health. Use a white skull candle, and load it from the bottom with a petition paper on which you've written the thoughts you want him to have ("You want to retire! You need to retire for your health! etc") and fold it around a personal concern of his (hair, sample of handwriting, etc.). Dress the candle with the oils and as it burns, talk to the skull like you're talking to him, telling him what he needs to do and the thoughts he needs to have.

I'm new this to forum but have been reading a lot recently.

I have a co-worker that is stirring up trouble and targeting me. I'm currently involved in a lawsuit with this person and ultimately I want this person to leave the company. The lawsuit is a separate issue that can be handled, but this person is stirring up trouble almost daily and making my job difficult.

Is the hoot foot spell worth trying?

I need some wisdom and help!

A rich and dangerously ill person will not return property to me, and I am scared to ask for it because he is abusive and sexually abusive (to minors as well - I know this because sadly it happened to me). I'm scared of him and can't take him to court, he has way more money and a team of lawyers.

Is pay me oil something I should work with here or is there something better?

Gosh I wonder is there a saint that would be good for this as well: recouping property, I feel really good about saints.

Also someone had suggested using a "red pepper packet" too... Which sounds heated to me and I'm not sure yet how far I am okay with that. Also I am concerned it could enflame someone's mental state who already is mentally ill. I don't know what you think about this?

I have the same question about "pay me" - can it make someone more sick or anger someone who's already rageful and mentally unstable?

Pay Me oil isn't going to hurt anybody or damage their mind. It's just a strong voice in their ear telling them to give what is owed.

My job is planning on hiring 3-5 new people which in turn will probably reduce everybody's hours. Is there anything I can do to trim the lazy new hires and lazy workers off? Should I consider hotfooting, freezing, or a vinegar jar spell? Should I word my petition as "all lazy people will quit"? I don't want to affect us hardworking people.

Hello branden,

You could hot foot each of the new people who turn out to be poor workers, that way you only hot foot the people who you want to hot foot. You could create a hot foot jar and make a name paper for each person you want to target, then put them all in the jar and work the jar. You can read more about such jars here:

Hello, I have an unusual situation. I drive a school bus which is seriously overcrowded with children. I have tried and tried to have some stops removed from my bus to no avail. My boss just won't do it because it is too much work for her. I have no other problems with her, as a matter of fact, we get along very well. But I need to get some kids off my bus. It's out of control, it's dangerous, and I am at my wits end. Help! I've tried everything, asked administration, etc. They won't budge. I need some spiritual/magic help here. But I need some advice what to do. Please, help.

Hello,
I am going to a company meeting in a few days where I will get to meet the senior vp of the company in my division. My director, manager, new and old coworkers will be there as well.
I did a freezer spell for the director because I had a reading where my reader said not to trust her- I printed the picture and put it in a ziploc with black salt then I put the ziploc bag in the freezer.
I have been doing honey jar spell for my immediate manager with bossfix honey jar kit from LM. I have been burning the candle for tues and thursday. I would like to do further work with the manager but I am not quite sure.
I would also like to get a lasting positive impression with this vp at the meeting to further my career-please advise.
I would like to be favor by all my coworkers- so do I sneak a group picture of them and do a big honey jar?

Any advise and suggestions? Thank you so very much!.

I started a new job in March and I'm feeling pretty lost and stressed out. In many ways, it's an improvement to my previous situation, but in other ways it's much more stressful. I have a health condition that requires me to watch my stress levels really closely. As a result, I've deliberately limited myself professionally to make sure I'm not in any kind of leadership or managerial position.

When I interviewed for my current position, it was presented as an administrative support role with some program coordination. Now my boss is saying he needs me to act as a "program manager". I feel like it was a bit of a bait and switch and it's stressing me out. He wants me to lead meetings and make executive decisions that are just not appropriate for my role (or my pay).

I need to somehow communicate to my boss that his expectations are not reasonable. I've been working a honey jar with boss fix dressed candles every day. I plan to add some foot track dirt to it when I get the chance to use a lint roller on his office carpet (before they vacuum). I also have a King Solomon honey jar kit and I was wondering if that would be helpful to use on him to get him to realize that he isn't being reasonable or realistic.

He's a good person, but he is just passing down the pressure he's getting from above. He's very ambitious and is trying to be strategic about his focus at work, hence the passing off of some of his duties on me inappropriately. I need to have a talk with him, but I want to do some more rootwork on him first to ensure that he can see my side. I don't want to come across as a slacker or insubordinate.
