i really enjoyed listening in on the program yesterday...it was
perfect as i was packing my boxes and preparing for my move to bayou
country (baton rouge, la)...the master / ruler root thing was
fascinating...i hate i missed the other shows...the beauty of the
doctrine of signatures and the scripture about plants for the
healing of nations...gorgeous (you know the writer in me is gonna
work that into something!)
this is amazing...it added a whole extra dimension to the
experience...
back to packing for me...

My question is this; when the day comes you are about to step
outside and you find someone has laid a trick at you door, what is
the best way to handle it? What would the techniques would you then
use to cleanse the area. I imagine using your hands to remove items
would be out of the question. I have read-iI believe in William
Seabrook, could be wrong- of charms which can render a trick
powerless by its touch.
(If it is in the form of thrown powders, make up a scrub with Chinese Wash or other spiritual cleansing agents and scrub it down. If it is something solid, like a bottle spell, go ahead and pick it up but immediately burn it in a fire or throw it away into running water, or such. See the HITAP page on disposing of tricks at

By the way, I loved the Hoodoo hour the other night and it motivated
me to go to my own lightning struck tree (I haver two)and harvest
some wood! I'm lucky to own part of ninty arces of land thats
unimproved save for some old logging roads. Anyway, I learn
something new and exciting every week, and I just wanted to let you
know that.
Too bad about the first two Hoodoo hours being lost, maybe someone
tape recorded them from their home phone and can get them to Dr.
Kioni. I know I considered it, but entropy being what it
is...Inertia won out.
