Miss Tammie Lee's suggestion about the razor is very good.

Take a clean cloth and lightly dampen it, wipe his razor blade then wipe the penis candle.
You could also do this for saliva with anything he has put in his mouth... fork, toothbrush, etc.

Also, you can carve his name/initials and DOB ...
