I would like to know are the Alfalfa powders just as effective as the leaves? I only have the powder at the time and would like to add some around my house and on a candle for a honey jar I have for myself

Can this be put into a spray bottle and sprayed on like a gift card and mailed to the target? Or sprayed on their car door handle
