As far as a freezer spell goes: would I just write the 48 names down on petition paper, in a plastic container or sealy bag, some water and a bit of I can you can’t oil, throw it in the freezer?

Will a freezer spell work to freeze out other competitors in a dance competition? I have the 48 names of the other dancers but not sure what can be done. I don’t want to hurt them at all- just bind them from doing their best...
