Thank you Catherine and Conjureman for your suggestions. He was convicted 6 years ago. We are preparing to go to the Pardon and Parole Board then to the Governor for commutation.

Briefly my fiance is my fiance from decades ago. We reunited a few years ago and he is in prison, essentially with a life sentence for a non violent first time drug offense. His co-defendant, without testifying against him, walked after just 10 months!!!! He has been in for over seven years.
