HELLO! will it work with the dustfrom using something to file your feet your feet

Golda, it may simply mean that he's a bit busy. He's obviously interested in hearing from you so leave him a message then give him time to contact you back. Since he sent you a letter you could also write back with a dressed letter.

I must wholeheartedly agree with Mary, reconciliation is very hard work and it gets harder as time passes, I usually advise people to move on a after a month, a year with no contact? Its just not going to happen.
