Even if you don't it would be good to call your doctor's even during the weekend. Leave a message for the oncall or with the switchboard. Your doc or his/her oncall will advise you best.

Your local Health Department will almost certainly have a number to call for more information on locations of clinics - some of them may be free even.
They will want to help you resolve this quickly, too.
